What will this be used for in there? ~

Recently in our area we had TWO Blizzard Warnings (not watches, warnings, meaning it is definitely supposed to happen). Now, we were all prepared for said blizzard, but when it was supposed to come, no blizzard. Sure, lots of wind, and snow that was on the ground blowing around, but that was it. Apparently that was really what they call a blizzard at least right then. Weird, eh? ~

Why didn't you get ME Portal? Anyhoo, that list is quite cool, and a gazillion times better than the stuff I got. =P (no money, no Lego, just some candy, some clothes, and a few novelty-but-still-not-cheap toys: digital camera you clip to a pet's collar and it snaps a photo every 1, 5, or 15 minutes; and a plastic gun/catapult thing that shoots plastic cats that my mom thought I'd find hilarious... >.>) You got Monopoly Here and Now? Wow... Our whole family got a couple board games from people we know, including Monopoly Here and Now: The World Edition, which does indeed have electronic banking. Only thing I don't like is how different ours is played from the original (minus the banking, that oh, I said a leet word - contact a Moderator to take proto from me!): Ours is all about bidding on famous cities and building stuff there, so everything is in millions or thousands of dollars. There is a weird feature where you can bid on a property instead of buying it with the listed price, using the electronic bank thing. You basically hit a button, and it starts a random timer from 15 to 90 seconds. Then you take turns shouting out bids until the timer's done. Why is this a problem? The bids often, often end up WAY below the listed price, and it really drags the game on. Oh, the other board game was Deluxe 60th Anniversary Scrabble, which is pretty nice. When are you gonna show us the photos of your loot? I'm looking forward to 'em. Ohhhh, the emotes are the links! ~

Besides the falling, I love the Wii Rainbow Road. So cool-looking! I owned on the DS one though, I -RARELY- fall, and I beat everyone I race on WiFi on it. ~

Obviously BZP Related Stuff is from LoMN. The others are very hard to tell, besides that the FSPOT one is obviously from some FAIL picture, and the Contests and Such is some extremely disturbing Pikachu art. ~

As I'm sure many, many, MANY people are doing, I'm posting a "HAPPY NEW YEAR" entry! ...Well, except for one thing. I'm not talking about 2009. I'm talking about a mystery year you shall NEVER KNOW. AHAHAHAHA. Also, Laughin'Man brought to my attention a spam e-mail claiming to be from Bill Gates. I'm here to tell you it absolutely cannot be from Bill. You see, he's my buddy, and I should know, he doesn't talk like that in his e-mails! Here's a good example of one of the many e-mails he's sent me. Now, obviously he's a good-natured guy who likes to joke around and stuff. He's not some internet newbie who thinks the Nigerian Prince scam will save him from some minor loss in the stock market. I won't let my good friend Bill get insulted like that. :angry: Oh yeah, he really didn't give me a couple million bucks. Really! *hides wallet* ~

I'm sure it's -very- obvious to most Star Wars fans, but the ion cannon on the Malevolence very much worked like and resembled the Death Star's Superlaser, even to the two operators (this time droids instead of Death Star Troopers) in the tunnel the beam shoots through. There's probably a storyline reason for this, as in, it might have turned out to be the prototype for the Superlaser itself. Takuma, you do watch Clone Wars? How come I somehow didn't know? We've never talked about it =P ~

Argh, what's with all these people getting more than me?! =P Well, I do have two brothers, and I also forgot to get out my wishlist until AFTER everyone finished shopping for me. >> ~

Yeah, I noticed a bit of that the second time around, but it's still a good movie, I think. They're not? I thought I read something that said they were doing The Voyage of the Dawn Treader... Torhuki I love those movies, can't wait for Dawn Treader. Also, Disney decided not to do Dawn Treader, so production's on hold temporarily, but 20th Century Fox is expected to pick up. It's still by Walden Media, though. I can't wait, that's a really interesting book! ~

Wow, has it really been since the 9th that I last blogged? I need moar ideaz... For now, at least, Laughin'Man posed a good question chatting with me the other night. Anyone care to theorize on this quite interesting point? Comment away! ~
