  1. IC: Erike & Samera Erike shrugged, a small grin on his face. "Well, for one, you look like hammered Rahi droppings."
  2. IC: Erike & Samera Why you gotta be so rude, don't you know I'm a being too? Erike fumed, withdrawing the hand. Samera had some very choice words to say about this Lash, which amused Erike and confused him. Samera had never shown a protective side of her host before, but she did now, and over a simple lack of politeness. "Well, Lash," Erike waved a hand about him, "I'm assuming you lost."
  3. IC: Erike & Samera Erike pulled his cloak tight as he looked around. Upheaved earth and broken ground; either she was lying about her wounds or incredibly lucky. Toa were dangerous beings to mess with. He nodded, and extended a hand to help the female up. "Alright...but you aren't going to get any air sitting like that. Name's Erike." And I'm Samera....

    bad habits

Start with the small things, before you go and change everything right off the bat. Skip the Coca-Cola and get the water. Get the salad side instead of the french fries. Little things. If you jump from consuming all this sugar, salt, and fat to low sugar, low salt, and low fat almost over night, you will not succeed. We are wired, as a species, to look for sugar, salt, and fat, so you need to wean yourself off them. Don't count calories either. You'll drive yourself insane and it doesn't work. Use the stairs instead of the elevators for some starting exercise. I HEAVILY suggest running or walking at least three times a week to lose weight. That is the best exercise you can do without any big dollar purchases to lose weight the fastest. I can help you set up a walking/running guideline if you like. Sources: 10+ years of my own weight struggles and successes.
  5. IC: Atlas He had scared a Matoran away from stealing some trinkets in the market. He would have crushed his head too, but getting the entire Guard on his back was not going to help guide his Destiny. Not at all. Atlas struggled with that part of his life. Judging the sinners was his first priority, and nothing should stop it. But he knew that getting listed as enemy number one would make it very difficult. OOC: OFI
  6. IC: Yenroot If broken promises were gold, and stabs-in-the-back diamonds, Yenroot would live a lot better than he was currently. But he relented; after all, this Hammerlock was the one with a weapon, and skills to back it up most likely. Yenroot lifted his head, tilting his conical hat back up on his head. "As you wish." he replied, softly. He restrapped his bow to his back, and wrapped his hands together in front of his torso. He was trying to stay calm in this melting pot of....characters, but he needed to stay cautious. Rahkshi hunters....if what they say is true, getting on their bad side would be a bad idea. But if they are lying and they are working for Makuta, I better try and not voice a strong opinion either way. Amoral point of view. "Steak sounds great. I would have brought my spice kit for grilling if I knew I was camping out tonight."
  7. IC: Erike & Samera Erike stepped away from Lihada, eyes diverting to the gate where some form of combat had just finished. It was loud and quick, and there were probably injured. "Finally!" he exclaimed, breaking into a steady run to the gate, his cloak billowing behind him. "A chance to do some good." Samera laughed in his mind. You'll just hasten their deaths. Flee or Kill. That's our life. He ignored the slug and came onto the scene, scanning for any wounded. Lots of dirt was thrown up-"Elemental battle."-but as for wounded? He couldn't find a single-oh, wait, there was one. Vortixx, like himself, leaning against a wall. She looked hurt, or just exhausted. Was she caught up in the battle? He wasn't sure. "Excuse me," Erike called out, jogging up to the female, "are you hurt? I'm a doctor." OOC: Erike (& Samera) interacting with Lash
  8. My chief concern is the amount of time and energy you will have to put into this. The players don't know where the traps are, so you will have to GM their every move to determine if it is safe. That's a lot of time and nitpicking that some players may not enjoy at all.
  9. Talking about anybody's attractiveness as the only reason you like that person is shallow, regardless of gender.
  10. IC: Nacka Nacka kept her distance and watched the trio with care. They didn't look important...but that's what makes them important. She thought she had it all figured out. The bigwigs, the ones that work around throwing money everywhere, might have a lot of money, but they don't have anything interesting. It's the ones that try to look as normal as possible that probably have something interesting to steal, whether for keeps or for selling herself. Either way, these three fit the bill in Nacka's eyes. So she would watch.
  11. Well, I didn't get myself killed over the weekend, so that's good.
  12. IC: Atlas "The Law states that the sinners, the heretics and the infidels, will be punished, not by the hand of Mata Nui, but by the hands of His disciplines who work for Him; the disciplines will be granted a paradise of their own via the good works they do in the world." Atlas closed the book slowly and tucked it away. It was one of his favorite passages in the book. He didn't care for the paradise; the island could be paradise, but it must be purged first. Purged of sin. He scratched his cheek slowly. He would have to speed things along, but no new names had been given to him. He would hunt naturally then. ******* Ta-Koro would be a good place to start. A fortress trapped in a lake of lava, it held many people fearing the island, but it also held many people seeking to prey on the fearful. As Atlas crossed over to the village, he kept his eyes open. OOC: Atlas OFI
  13. IC: Nacka Nacka retrieved her sights from her pouch and slipped them on. She clicked them into NOD, the world before her turning into a fuzzy green. Then she zoomed in on the pair of figures ahead of her, some 300 paces. "Trouble in paradise?" Looked like the one-Female, apparently-was about to yell at the male. She stopped though. "Interesting. Either she didn't want a fight...or the attention." Nacka retuned her hearing aid on them. She'd know soon enough.
  14. Going to be gone from Friday Noon to Sunday Evening.
  15. Going to be gone from Friday Noon to Sunday Evening.

  16. IC: Erike & Samera Lihada. Better remember that. "I'm Erike." And I'm "Samera." "Pleased to meet you." Let's kill her.
  17. You leave me no choice but to attempt it myself, I see. Pros: Least biased person on Bionicle. Cons: Least knowledable person on Bionicle.
  18. PM me your resume, buddy. I'll help you out. Resume? i'm self employed. I'm pushing to start a game dev business. Then all I can say is good luck.
  19. Please do. Somebody get a map of the island with all the new locations put in.
  20. OOC: The Parakuka is hidden, FYI, but I can roll with this. IC: Erike & Samera Erike twisted towards the voice mid-step. Samera laughed in his mind as Erike adjusted his cloak quickly. It must have fallen loose somewhere in trip; he was just thankful nobody had seen it....so far. "A birth defect." Erike lied, crossing his arms behind his back. "Thank you." Samera giggled again. She saw. Kill her. Keep the secret.
  21. My Mata Nui fanatic is on the move after offing a Skakdi in Ta.
  22. Not worth it, honestly. Depends on who you invite to your party. If you invite a bunch of awesome people who will play a board game or watch a movie or bounce along to really cool music or build Lego or just talk about interesting stuff or all of the above, it's pretty sweet. If you invite a bunch of jerks who drink adult beverages and tear apart your house and treat girls badly and make a mess, then no, it's not. I just don't do parties, so either way isn't really my cup of tea.
  23. The thing is though, I'm not going to play as them.
