  1. Again, I would have to ask, what would that gain me? (Also, it wouldn't work because there are other people who know the same things I do, and they would stop me.)
  2. I'll teach you how to do that. Hey guys, is Mafia Zero still running, or...? It seems like a good testbed. Consider yourself a marked man.
  3. The Detective claimant has provided me with far more information than the Mafia have access to, including hints to the identity of the Mysterious Figure (Detective gets these, Mafia don't). Additionally, I can tell you from experience that the Detective almost always comes forward with information when the coordinator asks him to, so if there's a Mafian impersonating him, that usually results in there being two claimants, one legit and one not. In this case, there's only been one claimant and he's proven to be immensely helpful. @ Chro: What would I lie? What does that gain me? Everyone, vote Canis. Anyone who doesn't will become very suspicious.
  4. You realize that the GM is supposed to be the person who makes the game function according to its parameters, right? And if those parameters begin becoming unreliable...that's dangerous territory.
  5. >Music: Miles Edgeworth: Objection 2009 >Present: Sleeping Sibling We know that the Cloaker's sibling was in the area, sleeping--in other words, unconscious. Who are the only two people who were unconscious? X and Unit! >Present: Sibling List The kind Detective Gumshoe has been so helpful as to provide a work-in-progress list of siblings for me, and one of the pairs on that list is Unit/Canis. I can also confirm that X's sibling is not on that list, which means that there's only one sibling pair that it could have been! The prosecution argues that, by process of elimination, Canis must have been the Cloaker. I ask the jury to convict him and the honorable Judge to deliver the maximum possible penalty for his crime. The prosecution rests.
  6. A: Hey, leave the reference identification to people who know what Fire Emblem is. B: That's already been theorized. No proof for or against, really.
  7. Oh, my apologies in my lateness. Medic, Detective, et al. please PM me.
  8. Well, I'm okay with this. I managed to survive beyond Round One for enough games, I guess it was time for it to happen again. It's most likely Shadowvezon. To wit:
  9. Yes, please. I have stopped reading anything that is written in any poetic style--sonnet, rondeau, villainelle, haiku, free verse, anything. Written in poetry? Skipped! I did it as a theme for my role. You are not the Siren. Stop. It's not funny. It's not entertaining. it's annoying and it's obscuring even semi-useful information with irritating, pointless format. And whoever it was who suggested that it should be spread? You should seriously rethink your decision-making paradigms.
  10. You know, iBrow. It works better when you give your proof in the topic. Otherwise no one trusts you. Yes, even if you're dead.
  11. Calling it now. Portal or iBrow are the Mysterious Figure.
  12. I opted out of this game because I knew I'd die on round one. XD
  13. At least I actually had a good reason for it. And I don' even like poetry.
  14. >Goes away overnight >Comes back>ALL THE "POETRY" ...what have i done
  15. So, are there any other particular things that people would like to see in the Warren Commission RPG? I'll start working on the RD come Dec. 1
  16. @ Basilisk: What is it with you and worshiping the Lovecraft mythos? @ Tyler: It all depends on what people would prefer.
  17. I was thinking that the players would be the ones doing the investigation that ultimately leads to this world's version of the Warren Report. The DPD, the FBI, etc. Are you considering more of a realistic angle or is there going to be a little bit of conspiracy indulging going around depending on what bureau you're working for? -Tyler That's something I have not decided on yet. It really could go either way, though if it does go the conspiracy angle, it'll be more realistic.

  19. ...Count me in. Also, kudos to all who played! This was exceptionally fun, and I hope to see the Siren again. Portal, feel free to post our convo. XD
  20. @ Basilisk: I know it was. I can read, at least. But do you see my point? The whole Hellenic league fielded an army. This is multiple city-states we're talking about, presumably roughly the size of the ones the players will be runing. All of them, together, fielded 7,000 men.
