  1. Man, the new forums have a habit of blocking my account for extended periods of time. Anyway, MoC1, your comment gave me this disturbing image of Stained Glass fused to Moratorium, going on a rampage with the Gahu-Shadowblade. Exo, please prevent that from ever happening. >_<Anyway, I do not have words to describe how much I loved the last few chapters. Don't worry, I don't think any of us saw that twist coming at the end. Now I need to find something to occupy my free time until New Year's, hm....Notice: Expect shenanigans of some sort in the coming months. ~Keizah, signing out!~
  2. Hm...I'm going to need to re-read this chapter a couple times. There were so many deaths in this chapter that it will take some time to register. I wonder how Dranes will fight Gahu-Shadow, considering that Gahu-Shadow is so powerful that his opponents might as well not be in fusion... Sorry if I'm slightly unresponsive, I guess it comes from having watched macabre anime like Darker Than Black.Edit: Ironically, though, I have trouble watching stuff like Elfin Lied and FMA because they're "too graphic."
  3. 2001 Turaga. I liked how the more "robotic" design. The function, while slightly inane, was still a nice aesthetic touch.Turaga Dume, on the other hand, was a Matoran with slightly bigger arms, bigger legs, and a unique Kanohi. If he hadn't been packaged with Nivawk, I doubt he would have sold very well.
  4. Frankly, a major character deserves to have an actual name. Perhaps Greg could have pranced around it, called him "The Original Makuta" or whatever, but I think Teridax deserved a real name.
  5. Oh my......quite the dues ex machina there. On the other hand, I noticed that the villains were being awfully sporting, only fighting Khadaz one at a time. However, I imagine that Darkea and Darkhadaz would have ended up negating eachother somehow, and Dark Night isknown for being honorable....anyway, I imagine Gahu-Shadow being a little more ruthless than the other villains.
  6. I am also a fan of Daft Punk, mostly because their music is much better than my country's so-called "techno."
  7. Can't Hug Every Cat (acoustic cover) - thestarsnatcher
  8. I agree expect that I am VERY VERY extremely disturbed and I hate it. It's a show made for girls. I could rant about this in more detail but I'd probably get banned so I'll leave it at that.Well, this is a forum dedicated to a toyline that was marketed to children ages 6-12....
  9. Believe me, Minnesotans and Canadians have less in common than you may think...and very few of us look like Marge Simpson. It's too bad that Sweetie Belle didn't sing this episode. I guess she's still in denial.
  10. Is anyone else really excited for MLP: Fighting is Magic? The developers just released their first preview, featuring Twilight Sparkle, of course.
  11. I'm a little curious about what would have happened if Darkhadaz had won that battle. Would have Khadaz been absorbed into Darkhadaz? Also, wouldn't killing Khadaz just make Darkhadaz more vulnerable? I guess he either didn't think of that, or was confident enough in the Gahu-Magna spell to risk it. The battle felt a little short considering the amount of time built up towards it, but it's still a satisfying read. Also, I liked how the battle ultimately came down to Khadaz creating a new technique, then Darkhadaz failing to duplicate the same technique (i.e. highlighting the differences between them). Interestingly, marigolds apparently mean "pain and grief" in the language of flowers. I didn't know that when I drafted Marigold, the character, but it fits her pretty well. Keizah, signing out~!
  12. Hm...so are we talking about the character we like most, or the character we connect with best? i.e. I wish I could be a Fluttershy, but I'm usually more of an Octavia. Also, any opinions on best sidekicks? As you can tell from my avi, I'm mostly a Gummy fan, but Angel and Spike are okay too.
  13. "Lower The Moon" by Not A Clever Pony But Germany sounds so silly... ;_;
  14. Definitely. Fluttershy's cuteness is on full blast in that episode, there are awesome action scenes with Rainbow Dash, and Rarity does....whatever it is that Rarity does. Anyway, it would be the ideal episode to introduce your friend to the characters in the show, but the plot isn't too difficult for a first-timer to understand.
  15. IC: Tsulrix peered around a corner briefly, spotting another crowd of human soldiers, and ducked back into the alley. When she heard their footsteps, she kicked a barrel of alcohol towards the soldiers, igniting it. She felt a mixture of joy and disgust as she heard their screams, then smelled the stench of burning human flesh. Tsulcrix cursed at herself for being so weak. Either you kill them, or they kill you. This is no place for empathy. She thought, running back into the alley to prepare another ambush. OOC: Maybe I should have thought of more combat applications when I made this character...oh well.
  16. I prefer Sweetie Belle, mostly because of her personality and talents. Also, I know what it feels like to have people choose my future for me based on my apparent talents. Believe me, it's annoying... Also, Tiger Taming. Keizah, signing out!
  17. Ah, I was starting to miss that sweet, sadistic robot voice. Anyway, the dialogue in both battles was good. I've noticed Keizah has a tendency for ironic one-liners, which helps prove that he isn't entirely lacking a sense of humor. I feel sorry for Miserex, especially since it sounds like he was brainwashed by that master of his. Keizah, signing out~!
  18. Interesting...shoot I use that word too much. "But the humans, in their foolishness, attempted to shatter the boundaries that separated these worlds." That line is a little ironic because that was basically the reason Bioni-Lords was conceived in the first place. Do I smell a self-reference? But anyways, it'll be interesting to see how the new game goes over. Curses, I used that word again....I really need a shock collar or something.
  19. It's interesting that you say that you had trouble gathering sympathy for Death...I guess a lot of his motivation got explained in this chapter. Overall, however, I think he was a well-developed character. Also, nice Godzilla-like clash there between Death and Librum.
  20. IC: Tsulcrix had experienced a number of ambushes before. After all, Xorov was home to several crime lords, many gangs, and countless petty thieves and crooks. She had found that it was still possible to gauge where one was most vulnerable, minimizing the damage from ambushes. However, Soldiers appearing literally everywhere through dark portals was something else entirely. She managed to avoid a flurry of crossbow bolts from a group of soldiers, then willed a nearby merchant's cart to burst into flames and collapse in front of the soldiers. It halted their progress briefly, but those armed with axes or broadswords quickly worked to cut a path through the flames.
