  1. Hey man, I just realized that I never congratulated you on the promotion. So congrats! =p

  2. After a crowded weekend, I ought to have time to get some auditions recorded today or tomorrow. I'm thinking that I'll try out for a good number of them. (Except the girls. ) -Ax-
  3. Well said Omi, very, very well said. I've seen forums without as many rules as Bzp, and it was not a pretty sight. -Ax-
  4. I am the Senate. [/LameStarWarsReference] This has got to be one of my favorite staff name change pranks so far. -Ax-
  5. Well said, well said. I agree that such topics don't deserve a praised status, they only take away from Bzpower's reputation. Good choice, Omi. -Ax-
  6. o_O I must say that I've been in a similar situation before, it doesn't happen often, but it can be fun when it does. The incident I remember the most was a few years ago when my youth group and I was at a Christian Music Festival. The shows had ended around midnight, we had to get home the same night, and the drive home was at least two hours, if not more. Everyone was really wired, so (at least in the van I was in) we spent over half of the trip home headbanging to Thousand Foot Krutch. B) It is fun, isn't it? -Ax-
  7. Alright, I'll give this one a try... I just decided to do a simple memorial to one of Bionicle's heroes, but a memorial that still conveys my abnormal mindset: Thanks again, Omi! B) -Ax-
  8. Well, I've read the stories, and I've concluded that my votes go to: Love and Rivals, Shrouded, Confessions of a Dark Hunter. All the entries were great, and these three appealed to me the most. Turakii integrated her usual humor into a great story that still fit the theme. SZ, you wrote a great story with several twists that I never saw coming. And Jedi Gali wove an intricate tale exploring the feelings of a character who is usually displayed as emotionless. All were very well written, and I figured they were very deserving of votes. -Ax-
  9. Alright, I'll try to cook up an image. Would you prefer if I PMed it or posted it here? -Ax-
  10. Wow, snow already? It's been cold here, (mainly windchill), but no snow for us yet. They are saying, however, that we're likely to get some snow tomorrow with a balmy high of 36 Fahrenheit or so. B) -Ax-
  11. Oh my. I just about fainted a moment ago. So about the content block... what do I do? A content-block-sized custom image of... something? In any case, I'm really excited right now. I would give you a vigorous handshake of thanks if I could, but I suppose that would be a tad impractical at this time... So I'll just give the my very hearty thanks and this: Thanks Omi! -Ax-
  12. I stared at that for several seconds while I marvelled at the brilliant photo editing behind it, then began laughing. -Ax-
  13. Yuna? I know next to nothing about Final Fantasy, except that that looks like her doing one of her... summonings, I believe they were called. -Ax-
  14. Aren't Moms great? Be sure to wish her a totally Happy Birthday for me! -Ax-
  15. Well, unfortunately, it looks as though I may not be able to enter after all. I'm basically less than halfway done with the story, and almost to 3,000 words. I'm also just feeling like my writing is a bit flat in places and could use a good amount of revisions after I complete the story. In any case though, I will for sure be quite active in the voting process (if that's what it turns out to be ). And I do have to thank you, SZ, I now have the motivation to finish a short story and actually post it. -Ax-
  16. I personally would be very excited to see an official podcast. Some things that I could think of would be elements such as staff or member interviews, discussion about recent events in Bionicle such as new sets, new books, etc., and maybe some discussion about upcoming news items on the calendar, such as Brickcon, Brickfair, that kind of thing. In any case, I think it's a great idea! -Ax-
  17. Whew. I'll just have to see how things work out (namely time and writer's block) but I'll sure try to enter if I can! -Ax-
  18. Would I be considered totally weird, insane, and out of place if I tried to enter with my miserable writing? I might try anyway, I have a story that I've been working on that would certainly fit the category. -Ax-
  19. Yeah, the previews for that movie are the kind that make me raise my eyebrows, lean away from the screen, and shudder; hoping to never see them again. -Ax-
  20. I would say that you've made a good decision, Ranna. I'm kind of in the same boat as you are in this area. I'm not as close as I should be the God, and I have been suffering the consequences, like more emotional stress, difficulty to keep a good schedual, and lack of motivation. I would say that it is a very wise thing to do to take a break and find Him again. I'll be praying, Ranna, and I truly wish you the best. -Ax-
  21. Meh, sanity is overrated anyway. To dull and predictable. -Ax-
  22. Congrats KIE! That really is totally awesome news. -Ax-
  23. The excuse perfectly valid reason that I used to convince myself to buy Jetrax (right after I had bought Rockoh as well), was that I really wanted him direly needed him for stop motion. Perhaps something similar would work in you situation. (Just make sure it is convincing, something to do with the fate of the world hanging in the balance.) -Ax-
  24. Oh dear... I do wonder if the advertising department manager for that company is still under their employ after this was discovered... -Ax-
  25. Congrats on everything Macku! Have a wonderful birthday, and congratulations on your beautiful new child! =D
