    Oh my god, is he okay? I looked at Dorian as if he'd grown a second head, when did he become such a reasonable person!? This wasn't right, it didn't make sense! Something was clearly wrong here. 

    I put a hand on Dorian's forehead to feel his temperature, hmmmmmmmmmmmm...

    ...I pulled my hand away. "Well you don't seem to have a fever."

    Hakari watched Kanohi curiously as he made a series of clicks with his bracelet. She was confused, what was he doing? But then her eyes widened as she realized what he was doing.

    "Oh Oh! You're doing morse code aren't you? That's so cool!" Hakari said, clapping. "Wish I knew morse code."

    "Hmmmm...you should really have a doctor look at your throat, both of you!" Hakari tended to blurt out whatever was on her mind. She looked at the wooden gukko with the fibers sticking out of it's mouth and nodded in acknowledgement. 

    "Ahhhh, so you came here because of that strange plant that was infesting the poor Gukko huh?" She was surprised this Toa even knew about it, as far as she'd been aware only her, Kanohi, and the merchant they rescued had been there. 

    "Do you know something about that thing?"

    IC: Hakari - The Bright Star Inn - Le-Koro -

    Hakari woke up with a yawn, sitting up in her bed and stretching her arms out. "Another beautiful day in paradise!" It didn't take long for Hakari to bounce out of bed and then proceed to skip her way out of the room, it seemed she was one of those 'morning persons' that were rumored to exist. 

    The Lesterin thought the first thing she should do was check on Kanohi and make sure he was alright. He seemed pretty roughed up so hopefully he had a good nights rest! 

    What she didn't expect was to find a strange Toa standing in front of his door. And indeed he was very strange, he looked like he was completely covered in bark. He looked like a big tree man, which Hakari thought was pretty neat. Though that didn't answer the question as to why he was here. 

    "Good morning! Did you make a new friend Kanohi?"

    Hakari drank for a while, but eventually she decided that she wanted to still have widgets when she woke up in the morning and retired to a room in the Inn. On her mind was still Seprilli, her homeland. Her memories of it were still hazy and fragmented, but she knew that someone was waiting for her there. 

    She just had to find her way back.

    I said nothing as Dorian told us everything. It was...a lot to take in. Joske being dead wasn't necessarily new information, most had already believed that to be true but...hearing how it happened was something else entirely. 

    I had to be honest, Joske plssed me off a lot. I always found him to be annoying and self-important. Point was I never thought I'd care if he was gone, but now I was shedding silent tears for him.

    And then there was Tuara...I knew she'd been going through something...but this was...I didn't know what to think honestly. I'd always seen Tuara as someone who was strong and together in the past...but the mark bearer saga had ####ed her up more than anyone else I knew, and that was really saying something.

    I put my empty glass down, my hands were too shaky and I was worried I'd drop it. I probably would have too after Dorain mentioned him. I knew exactly who that was, Makuta. Even thinking his name sent a shiver down my spine. 

    It was after this that Luten attempted to comfort Dorian. Dorian then mentioned Merror. So Merror used his Toa power to revive Dorian huh? I...I would have to thank him next time I saw the old geezer. 

    I quickly wiped my face, I didn't need Dorian to see that I had been crying, or anyone else for that matter! They were probably too distracted to notice anyway!

    Krayn, always the man with the plan, spoke first of confronting a certain Maru about this whole "Makuta is gone" business, it seemed everyone else was having similar thoughts. 

    "Should I bring my beating staff?" I knew investing in a long, metal pole was a good idea.

    I cringed slightly at the mention of Krayn's arm. It was my fault it happened. I took a longer sip of my bourbon, hoping it didn't run out too soon. 

    "I'm just gonna...enjoy this sausage fest." What the #### was I saying?

    I took a good sip of my newly filled glass as I looked at Luten, who had just arrived to see what we were doing. "Drinking Bourbon, it's a very strong....drink!" Big words were already becoming harder to remember, guess I was at least buzzed already. 

    The Dehkaz and Krayn came in, I gave them a grin. I watched Dorian straight up start flirting with Krayn and for whatever reason...yeah I have to admit it was kinda hot. I never thought I'd feel that way towards watching two men embrace but I guess I had changed more than I thought. 

    "Are you guys gonna kiss? Can I watch?" I took another sip of my drink.

    "Well when it comes to medical stuff, I trust Doctor Praggos here." When it came to anything else that was a different story. "Buuuuut, getting a second opinion wouldn't be a bad thing I suppose either." 

    People need me at a hundred percent... If I was being honest, recently I had been wondering if people needed me at all really. Though hearing Dorian say it made it feel a bit more real. 

    I downed the rest of my drink and set down the glass...carefully. As hot as my current body was...it really couldn't handle liquor at all.

    "But yeah, I'll be careful. Don't worry about it." I picked up the bourbon and started to refill my glass, a little more wouldn't hurt.

    Ah that was right, Dorian wouldn't have known about what happened in Ko-koro, because he was...well wherever he had been at the time.

    "It's not a big deal...I just get headaches here and there, it's whatever..." Alright, I knew it was pretty serious, but I didn't want Dorian to worry too much about it. It wasn't like I was going to let it stop me from doing what I could at any rate. "...probably get better eventually I'm sure." At least that's what I told myself.

    Zanakra nodded. "Very well, I task the two of you of making it happen. Go yourselves, or get someone else to do it. I don't care which, as long as it gets done." 

    Zanakra walked over to the side of her throne and grabbed the hilt of her massive hammer. "I will remain here, in case we get any unexpected visitors. It wouldn't do if the queen wasn't here to greet them now would it?"

    Zanakra grunted. "Now that we are firmly established here in Razorfish;Vaa, I would like to get a firm grasp of who are closest neighbors are." Of course when she said neighbors, what she really meant was enemies to either destroy or subjugate. "It would be foolish to think we're the only well established fort this side of Zakaz. We have to learn as much as we can about these 'neighbors', as I'm sure they'll be doing the same." She spit into the nearby pale.

    "You two seem to have at least half a brain on you, better than most of the Heu:Nii here at any rate. What are your thoughts on this?"

    Zanakra read in a book somewhere that asking advice from your underlings was a good mark of a leader...actually it was a Lesterin she beat the #### out of who had read that and told her about it but eh, same difference.

    I caught the bottle flawlessly as you'd expect. "Apparently I am. No ice." I popped open the bourbon and began to pour it into each of the glasses. 

    "Those words didn't age as well as this bourbon." I commented as I listened to Dorian.
