  1. Since I seem to be the one pioneering the animation, I will answer these questions as best I can.

First things first. I am planning to use a highly controversial method of animation: Microsoft Powerpoint. I've made animations in the past using PPT, and though they take a long time, the end result can look very convincing. In many ways, it's similar to Flash. Thus, the style will probably look very similar to MNOG. Animation will be minimalistic, as will the art, but PPT for Mac can do some wonderful things...

In terms of the dialog, I'm of two minds. Do I put the speech at the bottom? Or use actual voices? Not sure.

Unless we get REALLY serious about this, I won't be making them longer than a few minutes each.

And, finally, the content. To start with, I expect I'll just make a couple of shorts depicting particularly exciting/important moments for my characters. After that? I don't really know. Probably particularly significant scenes for the RPG as a whole.

  2. Ah, this seems interesting. I shall now embark on a fascinating look at each of my characters' names...

    • Merror - came up with this ages ago. No idea what I got it from. No connection to 'mirror'
    • Stralix - again, original, though I later noticed that it's a combination of three Glatorian names: Strakk, Malum, and Tarix
    • Lohkar - inspired by the Lohrak, and Loki, the Norse trickster god
    • Zadron - came up with him just as they were first making the LHC (2007, or something) and so Hadron + a cool letter = Zadron
    • Echelon - IMHO one of the coolest words in the English language; means 'level' or 'class'
    • Krohlen - original
    • Lemaku - original (despite it looking like a combination of Le and Maku)
    • The Illusionist - ...do I need to explain?
