My poor old dog is almost completely blind and deaf, and she has bad arthritis. On another note, that's cool that you can block certain signatures.

So I am in my school's forensics (public speaking) team. I do extemporaneous (limited preparation), impromptu (pretty much no preparation), informative, and parliamentary (debate) speaking. Our first competition is tomorrow, which means I probably won't be on tomorrow at all. But expect a blog about it Sunday. Anyone else do forensics?

I guess a few of you may be wondering what I've been up to.. Well, to start off, my love for ponies has been greatly increased during this amazingly long update. Uh.. it was a really hot, dry, summer. I joined some other forums. I turned 16 on September 5th. And I think that's everything.

Isn't it ironic... Now that BZP is back, there's hardly anything to do? ... HINT HINT.

Whoa. That's all I have to say. I mean... I'm just gonna' be blunt: These new forums suck. I'll not leave BZP or anything (and I actually love these new blogs - but could someone tell me how to get to mine from the blog home?) however this is going to take a LONG time to get used to. Anyway, aside from that, let's see what's happened in life over this huge amount of BZP nonexistence, shall we? First off, I'm now officially a brony. So shoutout to all you other bronies out there! I've recently gotten into my first band with two of my best friends who moved back to town after being gone for a year, so that's amazing. My CD collection has grown substantially, including the new Dream Theater, Opeth, and soon to be Megadeth albums. The former two are some of my favourite records in a long long time. School is surprisingly great this year. I have Guitar and Animation classes and two spares for this semester, with woodwork, drafting, english, and cafeteria next semester. Should be cool. Um... still no girlfriend yet, though there's a cute girl in my guitar class I might like. Nothing'll happen with that though. If anyone read my epic, I WILL be continuing it (though I know nobody but my friends cared ) and I still MOC and draw avidly, so I'll be pretty active. Guess it's good to have the site back, even if it has changed a ton.

So I've got a fever on my beloved five-day weekend, spent all day outside yesterday in the wonderful sun, which severely burnt my right leg, and I've got a horrible throat-destroying cough. Oh, And I've got a ton of easter chocolate I can't eat. Edited for wordfilter bypass.-Nukaya

I have a favorite song. It's one minute long. Every minute I listen to it 10 times.
-
Does anyone here play it? It looks interesting, and all my friends tell me, "Oh, it's the greatest thing ever, you should totally play," but I've been dragged into these kind of things before (i.e. Dofus) and I did not enjoy that at all. I just want to know what the point of the game is. When I ask my friends, they say little more than "You dig n' stuff." Can anyone here be more serious than them? Elmara

If I had to sit another 10 minutes in that car with my sister I would die.

What started out into an exploration of a new fad of BZPower and the Internet as a whole has led to my viewing of nearly all the episodes of My Little Pony: Friendship is Magic. It really isn't nearly as masculinity-consuming as I had expected it to be, and it certainly wasn't nearly as much so as I had originally appraised it. So, finally, now, I admit something that originally I deemed strange and slightly demented in multiple facets, but now accept it as a part of who I am. I'm a brony. (don't hold it against me guys really)

No, not from candy. I'm being quite moderate on that. KEY. LIME. PIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIE. Anyways, Happy Easter to everyone! Whether you believe in the religious reason or not, I hope it has been a good day for you all.[/restrainingfromreligiousdiscussion]

Alright, I've been thinking about writing about this for a while. Bionicle has had a great run. Ten years of amazing story and sets. Then it gets ended. That itself was in my mind a good move on Lego's part. The newness of Bionicle had definitely gone, Bionicle was (at least for me) getting to be boring. The set designs were repetitive, etc. Now, there's always the possibility of it returning in the future. Here is why I don't think that is a good idea. If lego returned Bionicle, what are they going to do. Say to its new fans "Oh sorry, all this stuff we're talking about was explained in the original story ten years ago, go search for it, and whatever." Or - more logically - have a totally different story and characters. And... That wouldn't be Bionicle. If they gave it an entirely different story, and characters, with no ties to the old line, they might as well rename it. Of course they could have a story loosely related to the old story, and give a short summary of the old story. But... A short summary of Binoicle? Is that physically possible? The story is so huge and wound around itself, I cannot image a simple, short summary of Bionicle that would leave nothing major unsaid... ~~~ Feel free to discuss this here; however, all comments on my blog have to be approved by myself, and I will edit/delete any comments that are flamish. Please, I want to have a civil discussion, if you please. -Zar-

As of today, there are five more days until May. And then just 8 more weeks until I get out of school for summer break.

My brain was spinning in high gear for the entirety of the episode. I'm still trying to figure it out. » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... «I mean, seriously, we've got Slender Man aliens you can't remember, an astronaut with a chick's head in it, Amy's pregnant, and the Doctor got shot in the future. Plus that TARDIS-like device is back from "The Lodger". And we'll have to wait another WHOLE WEEK for the conclusion. (Moffat, I hate you.)

There was a huge portrait of Rei Ayanami at the art museum. I was pretty surprised.

So, howdy I guess. I've been considerably busy this school term, what with doing 20 credit hours, pledging to a fraternity, having my own radio show, going to track meets, doing homework, participating in the Student Alumni Council, and a bunch of other stuff. So, because I felt that I didn't want to get blindsided by all of the stuff I'm going to have to do once my classes start to ramp up (and I know they will, considering 3 of the 5 classes I'm taking are Sophmore I level classes and I'm only a Freshman II), I went to Home Depot and bought a 4x8 piece of dry erase board, had it cut up into four equal segments, and started to put together a week calendar (which is what is posted), a homework calendar, and an event calendar (for stuff happening in the future). So yeah. I go home tomorrow for easter, and who knows, maybe I'll grab some of my pieces and take them back with me. AND NOW FOR THE IMPORTANT STUFF I beat single player on Portal 2 in under 8 hours, way solid game. I won't give out any spoilers about what actually happens in the game, but J.K. Simmons as Cave Johnson is awesome.

Of all the times to get sick, why did it have to be now?

Recently, a dinosaur film that I saw clips of as a child was released if full and digitally restored. I would love to share this amazing top notch stop motion animation film with everyone, and see if they enjoy it as much as I've enjoyed it my entire life. Just look up Phil Tippett's Prehistoric Beast in Google, and it will probably take you to a video hosting site where it's located. If you would like to. I would like to spread awareness of this great film by using this image in signatures. If you would be kind enough to spare some signature room. Thanks for reading.

Full of Portal playing, music listening, breeze shooting, and happiness. Happiness that just can't be matched by anything else. I think I'm done on BZP for the night. Regards. :s:
