He smiled cheerily at all who passed, not caring if they smiled or glared in return. Vinathli had gone to find a new job for them, and Jilsud had decided to scout out the city. These were the most important things that happened that hour, but Jilsud decided to check to make sure he wasn't forgetting anything. As he reviewed the last hour's events in his head, as well as where he needed to go, he walked directly into a female Vortixx, one who didn't seem anywhere as cheery as he was. Well, no one on Mata-Nui was quite as cheery as Jilsud.Bowing akwardly, Jilsud spoke. "My apologies, ma'am." He said to Kohra, his voice quite unique and strange, comparable to a cockney accent in human terms.

"It is a dangerous business leaving your home." she said, cooly. "You step into a road; and if you don't keep your feet, you have no knowing of where you might be swept off to." she said. "Or whom you might walk into. Is there something on your mind that has you so distracted?"

IC: Feongulf raised a eyebrow as she passed a monotonous looking Toa of Ice. "It's hardly a very interesting town, is it?" she said, gesturing around her at the village of fire. "I'm not a big fan of this place either, really."

IC-Beatha:"There's little other reason that he would be crying, you twit," the Toa of Fire said, smacking Yrano again.IC-Naria:"I don't like hurting anybody..." Naria said slowly. "...But you aren't just anybody, so it's alright!"

IC: "I do," replied Garren, finishing his work, and unveiling his masterpiece. They were, at first glance, two ordinary blades, and two strange gauntlets. But when Garren put the gauntlets on, and put the blades in his hands, it all made sense. The gauntlets were attached by chain to the swords, so Garren could never lose them. They were mounted on a sort of universal joint, so that the chain wouldn't twist. Garren could also detach the blades, and connect them, forming a double-sided blade. The blades could also attatch to his gauntlets, insuring that the toa would never lose his swords. He executed a daring flurry of swipes, stabs, and acrobatic maneuvers. The swords gleamed blood red, a trick that garren had learned by accident. He could temper the metal to any color, and this was his magnum opus. "What do you think?"-Bane

"Froody."IC: Amaris, Chimaera's FuryAmaris said nothing as she watched Corik walk away. She had seen siblings been ripped apart almost bi-weekly in the arena, and it didn't surprise her. Afraid that she wouldn't be sensitive enough to speak, she remained quiet, feeling the edge of a flayed mace she pulled out of her weapons holder.

IC:Kohra raised an eyebrow at the strange conduct of the being that had just bumped into her. He was definitly odd. A small idea crept into her mind. It was silly...but she had to try it, just to see if her assumption was right. She suddenly pointed behind the other Vortixx. "Look, a butterfly!"

IC: Jilsud, Ta-Koro"WHERE?!?" Jilsud yelled, turning around on a single foot as he did so, his other foot meeting the face of the matoran who he had clotheslined. As the matoran held his bleeding mouth, writhing in pain, Jilsud looked up and down, searching for the non-existant insect.

IC: KryzaKryza remembered that Cevnix had said not to let anyone know that this was the safehouse of the Nui Bank. "Jobs? We are simply living here, me and my toa companion. We are not hiring, not for anything at all. I heard that a mercenary group is in the inn across the way, if you were looking for work."
