I grab a Mohtrek and surround you with versions of 14-year-old me. 14-year-old me being horrifying, you drop the mask in order to scramble for safety.

I invite you to a dinner at a fancy restaurant. No funny business, I assure you, just the two of us, a nice meal, and an air of... well, romance, I suppose you could say. You do how ever fail to notice that a squirrel seems to have made away with the mask.

However, I was taking advantage of the fact that I seem to be irresistible to all versions of Onaku to lure you into a trap. While you were busy trying in vain to romance someone with no interest in love, I was off in another body, waiting for my chance to take the Mask. The fact that a squirrel got it first only makes things easier, since I don't have to go near you to get it. I merely have to whisk away the squirrel.

I tap you on the shoulder and ask you if I can look at the mask. When you give it to me, I run away as fast as I can.

I give you a crossword puzzle. You try and solve it meanwhile I take the mask.

I punch your innards out of your body, then assure ShadowVezon that any romantic advances I made towards him were purely ironic.

 

My mask. Well, actually, I throw it off the cliff and push SV off after it. So technically, it's his mask.

I laugh as you then literally fall to your death.

Since it doesn't appear to be anyone's mask, I pick up the mask.

I pop out from the bushes behind you and take the mask

Turns out it was actually a fake mask... rigged with explosives!!!

 

The resulting explosion is in no way grand, in fact, I do feel that it barely even qualifies as an actual explosion. It was more of a poof. I mean, sure, it blew your hands clean off and beat up your body to the point of the blunt force trauma and burn wounds killing you, but it was just so... disappointing. Oh well, at least it served its purpose.

 

Meanwhile, I hold the real mask some distance away.

But that mask is Cardboard, As I'm revived by the Real mask I dig up the Treasure chest I stashed it in.

I grab a Sanok, take the cardboard mask, and use it as a projectile to knock the mask out of your hands into mine.

I throw a Boulder on you, the only thing that the boulder doesn't hit is the hand you were holding the mask with.

I use the Matatu to levitate the boulder, and although still recovering from being crushed, somehow hit enough of you for you to fall down and lose control of the mask. I levitate the mask back to my location.

I use force (many dark side) to throw boulder back on you.

I twist your head 7200°.

Pohatu shows up. You follow him, but go right past me, so I snatch the mask out of your hands as you go by.

Nobody expects Matoran inquisition. They stole you mask and give it to me for unspecified reasons.

Their weapons are fear, surprise, and ruthless efficiency, which I exhibit when I pull your legs out from under you and take the mask.

The mask cannot be charred, fool. That's obviously a fake! But if that one's fake... then who has the real mask?!!

Turns out that false mask (yes, it too was fake) was coated with highly potent toxins that kill anyone on touch.

(Yes, really. I gained the resistance back when I briefly took up the identity of The Joker, while I was a Hunter on Odina.)

 

I pretend that the Mask you have is another fake, and pretend that the Mask I'm holding is the real one. You steal mine, only to die from the poison, and I swap mine for yours.

Actually, I now have to remove it along with your face. Not as a method of stealing the mask, mind you. It's just the rules.

However, I then appear in front of you with the mask, waving it in your face as a taunt before teleporting off with it.

Fortunately for me, that was the fake mask. I'm still holding the real mask, dummy.

Well, I was hoping to pull a Kansas City Shuffle on you, but oh well. You are indeed holding the real Mask. Until I appear from behind you to pull it away, before disappearing again. With the real Mask.

Nah, still a fake mask. I'm hiding the real one in a secret location, something I accomplished in between your disappearance and re-appearance.

I use a Komau, and you lead me to the location of the mask. I switch out the mask for a duplicate and run away with the real one before you can notice.

I actually had a backup plan in case someone pulled something like this. I rigged the mask with explosives. And I made sure they would work properly this time.

 

And so ended Sumiki's tale once more, this time in a giant explosion visible for thousands of miles, and felt for hundreds.

My ghost flies over to your body and attempts to possess you, but it only causes you to drop the mask. I force your body into doing a little jig while one of the 14-year-old versions of me from earlier runs off with the mask.

I evict you from my body and chase after your past self, catching up to him and beating his head into a bloody pulp.

I find another of my 14-year-old selves, possess him, put on an Olmak, and join in beating the other 14-year-old me to a pulp. After doing this for a while I snatch the mask and throw it into an alternate dimension.
