Mushy the Mushroom Posted January 18, 2025 Posted January 18, 2025 (edited) The Piano Guys mix, castlevore on Spotify, and recently back to Jeremy Green, Ghibli instrumental, Movie instrumentals, and Simon Khorolskiy worship songs (even if not in English, I adore the meaningful lyrics and folksy style and have memorized the subtitles-as a total skeptic of even modern American Christian artists + their often disappointingly shallow (IMO) songs). If anyone has any favorite instrumental/classical singing or obscure composers they favor, I’m ever eager to enrich my audio experiences. I find it amusingly admirable that one could excel so in the arts (at a later age) with no classical training simply out of spite. So soothing after severe sleep-screaming-paralysis-and blindness nightmares. I feel like I’m in 3rd grade homeschool science again- but it’s interesting , makes sense and doesn’t hide the deleterious alterations done to modern food and medicine. Because when you’re your own doctor and lab rat patient , doing everything research-based “right” and it’s not working, you must figure out why. I finally know why exercising fasted is making me gain fat and burn muscle. And why my years of starvation level food intake (from youngling years food allergy related abuse, financial food instability when escaping it, and then years of being to physically ill to eat enough, starvation during Helene) always led me to inexplicably gain fat. And why fasting always makes me gain weight and doctors never believed me. And why now I’m running on fumes with intense exercise and barely eating yet gaining weight.
