Today, I just realised how I was seen in the lecturer's eyes. It was enlightening!
I'm going to apply for a scholarship in the polytechnic and hopefully lighten the family's financial burden (no thanks to the home renovation and taxes).
Part of the scholarship application form needed, as you could guess, recommendations and comments from lecturers about the student.

In an accident while deleting obsolete programmes, I deleted Adobe Flash Player from my laptop.
Wise move, I can't watch online videos unless I download them and I do not need to lose space on this laptop. I may need a larger hard disk for this laptop.
But, it was a blessing in disguise.
While everyone else in class was browsing the video sites and watching young music talent surpassing their own talent, I found myself unable to do that.
Instead, during that break, I took up a note

Absolutely cool. I'm now reviewing 'Dreamgirls' for it's 'Soundtrack' section. It's a fantastic album, sound quality wise and some lovely songs that can be pulled out of the movie context and applied to life! But some tracks really need you to have the movie's knowledge in your head or else you'd be facing a turn-off.

I have two things to be relieved about.
Firstly, the co-curricular activity (CCA) project has been cleared. With direction, we managed to solve the problem just today! I spent my entire day on the laptop and finally came up with the solution, and insurance. Insurance.
Secondly, my holidays have come to an end. Tomorrow, I finally return to a NORMAL life: Lectures, tutorials and a lot of music-playing and composing.

You all know that the automatic function in cars is, by far, the most common type of gear found in the car.
There used to be the manual setting too. I bet all of us remember that.
Do you know that the manual setting is safer, much safer, than the automatic settings?
If you're driving at 160 km/h, or about 100 miles per hour, and you need to slam the brake, this could have two consequences.

This morning, I watched the soccer battle between England and Israel. I rarely sit down to watch soccer, but this game amused me.

1) I got a call yesterday, and it came from the polytechnic. I qualified for the second diploma, and now have the choice of accepting the diploma or rejecting it.
I've been ordered to accept it, and I'm interested in it. In short, I'm going to accept it. If all goes well and I balance my time properly, I may just graduate with two diplomas in my bag.
