  1. It's the birthday of Retired Staff member Pekel! So let's wish him a good one, folks! ^_^Notice how I could not come up with the Retired Staff color, so I stuck with his old job's color. :PEDIT: Geez, that took forever. Had to get rid of the URL, though...either way, finally got the color to work. Thanks again, Gata. ^^
  2. Yes. It was dying in 2008 - many (that would be the understatement of the century) would disagree with me when I say it should have ended either at the end of 2008 or at the beginning of the year. The prices were outrageous, sales were dipping lower - the storyline had reached its peak interest at 2007, and 2008 was where it began to deteriorate slowly, set-wise and story-wise.
  3. Help Me Angels - Steve Winwood(I'm pretty sure that's the name of the song...if it isn't, someone correct me. Still counts even then because that's a lyric in the song, anyhow.)
  4. Raindrops Keep Falling On My Head - Burt Bacharach
  5. Have You Ever Seen The Rain? - CCR
  6. Ditto. He could be misremembering when he got the piece, but I could be wrong.
  7. Wow, nice! =D Great job, Taka - it's quite well done. Again, great job as always, and keep up the good work. ^^
  8. Ahh, I agree with V1P2. The Wizard of Oz and Schindler's List are worth adding to the list. However, I also forgot to mention Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade; Harrison Ford and Sean Connery were an awesome combo in that movie. Not to forget Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid - that movie has so many great scenes and lines.
  9. Hmmmm I think I agree with you, looking at it now. I have the pink DS Lite, which is a pink I like better. I haven't seen the pink...I ought to check it out. Indeed, I liked the shade of pink the DS Lite have. Although never having a DS LIte, either, did see a couple of friends' DS Lites with that color.
  10. They're a big business - they're making huge sales in their leading toy-lines. It's not hard for them to expand so much, nationally, locally - it'd be like a companies like At&t or Verizon expanding their business. Although this is a company creating toys, not one selling cellular phones, so perhaps that's not a good analogy. :PBut I think they can expand their business for about another year or two, where the economy might pick up, with any luck, so maybe for an even longer duration. As long as they conserve the money every so often so they can open up new stores every few months, they shouldn't have to worry about any loss of money in sales. Then again, not being experienced in the business world, I'm probably wrong. =P
  11. LEGO is definitely expanding, it seems like. I'm missing the LEGO store that was at my local mall. I was so young when it was around, had I known what BIONICLE was then, probably would have gotten the earlier sets. =/
  12. I don't have car insurance yet either, but believe me, even when it does come time, you will do anything but appreciate them.
  13. Hello. ^^ And yes, that would actually be quite nice. If it isn't too much trouble, I do have interest in it - it would be quite nice if you posted it. If it's too big as well, split it in half, perhaps, and might be easier that way. Might be wrong. But that would work out just fine - I'll be waiting for you to post it. =) Hello, I guess. =P
  14. Although not a huge fan of the series, I do own Halo 3. Eventually I learned that it is impossible to figure out what the storyline is about with the series unless you've played the first game. =P It's a fun game, don't get me wrong, it was just hard to follow, I guess. Too much confusion, honestly. My favorite weapon from the game was the gravity hammer - now that was a weapon that screamed awesome. :PI heard they were coming out with Halo 4, although I don't think I'll buy it. I'm surprised it took them so long to actually continue where they left off at the end of Halo 3...it should be interesting. I haven't seen any trailers for it, so I'm not one to judge how it will be, though. It seemed the creators maintained good sales with Reach and ODST during the abscence of a continuation of Halo 3's ending, however, so they gained more money probably than if they had sold Halo 4 a year or two after Halo 3's release.
  15. Granted, but you get sun-burnt.I wish I was immortal.
  16. Ahh, I see. Still, I haven't gotten one because it's a bit expensive, or that I just don't have enough money. I love my DS anyway, until it breaks I probably won't get the 3DS. However, a purple 3DS sounds pretty awesome...what I have currently is teal green, which is cool looking as well. The blue color is also quite cool. I do see it is better in a lot of ways, and there are plenty of games I'd love to get for it (The latest Kid Icarus game, Animal Crossing, Ocarina of Time...ah, so many. =P). I just wanted to get as much use out of what I have now before it dies as I can, I guess, for as long as it will hold out. Besides, I don't have enough money, even if I did want to get one. =/
