  1. (Let me preface this topic by stating that I'm pretty sure this isn't quite the proper subforum for this topic, however I'm not entirely sure where it would fit. It's more of a showcase of various Bionicle media more than anything). Some of you may know me for my 2001 Rahi Revamps or my Bionicle: Audio-Narration Project, but for those of you who do not, I am Joev14, owner of Infinite Inspiration Incorporated. As a huge collector of Bionicle, and of Lego in general, most people are impressed to hear I own every single Bionicle set from 2001-2010 and 2015-2016 (including Click, Klakk, and Turaga Lhikan, while excluding all other non-canon promo sets). However, while I am personally proud of my collection of sets, I am in many ways even more proud of my collection of Bionicle Literature. Over the years I have not only collected every chapter book, but also every other piece of literature and media you can imagine, from comics, to games, to physical copies of story serials. So get ready for a showcase of every piece of story material you might need to immerse yourself completely, in the world of Bionicle. For reference, I plan on creating physical editions of The Crossing, Journey's End, and a compiled edition of all the Bionicle short stories. 2. I absolutely love these. It's a shame not all the parts used are real life parts, otherwise I might consider building a few of them up. That being said, I'd be curious to see your take on a Turaga Lhikan model.
  3. And here I was thinking a single chest-mounted launcher was weird. You sir have taken it to a whole new level. That said, I especially like the protector of fire and the protector of ice due to their complex designs, but the rest are really simple. Some more unique attachments and torso builds might improve them.
  4. Loving the sneaky incorporation of the Skull Spider underneath the headplate. This whole model is genius.
  5. Chapter 2 of Makuta's Revenge is OUT for those of you who haven't seen it yet!
  6. 'Fraid I can't help you there, I already took them apart and I didn't take any behind-photos. If you're wondering how they are built, though, they're just like the G2 Toa, with a medium silver shell on each of their backs, and a gearbox, also built just like the Toa. I'm just wondering how you attached Pohatu's launcher and Kopaka's wings.
  7. No need to ask me, I'd love to see your spin on them! Could you get some shots of the back? I'd like to show a picture with all six and I'm certain I have the parts to build all of them.
  8. Funny you should say that - I did think about making G2 Av-Matoran similar to the Protectors. Decided against it since those Protector masks are just too different from the Av-Matorans'. Doesn't matter now, though, since these are all in pieces. I just wish I owned the 2008 Makuta, I'd love to remake them as well. Maybe I'll do the Karda Nui Makuta, I think I have enough of their parts to pull it off...we'll see. Aw heck, I love these designs so much, and since people seem to like the idea, I'll do the Mistika Toa if it's alright with you.
  9. Actually, in comparison to the original, the torso and legs have gained a little length, while the arms have stayed the same length as the original. The shoulder plates are actually held in place by an axle that passes through the entire shoulder, and is capped with a bohrok eye/black tooth on each end. It's one the my most unique custom designs I've come up with, and to this day it's one of my favorites. The design keeps the shoulders nice and tight, fits perfectly over the inika body, and doesn't stress the part at all. It's like it was meant to be. As for building Stronius...probably not. But we'll see. My main goal with this series was to build the four main Glatorian from The Legend Reborn, and Stronius would look very out of place among them. But once again, we'll see.
  10. You guys have been waiting way longer than you should've been asked to, and I greatly appreciate your patience. So without further adieu, ANP has returned!
  11. Well, here he is at last. I built the original version of this MOC way back in 2011, shortly after Bionicle's 'end,' but I've been slowly making changes to it over time and it certainly looks very different from the original. He is one of my most prized MOCs, I hope you like him as well! Also, if you're interested in seeing more of this guy, and talking with a bunch of other Bionicle fans about Bionicle: The Audio-Narration-Project, then head over to my channel at 4PM Central Standard Time on October 24th for our 1000 subscribers livestream video! Front Back Action Pose Just a little word here, I always thought to myself when Click transforms, who's to say he can't transform into other things? That concept has lived out in the form of this Scaranax Launcher (Like the name? ) Weapons Comparison (As you can see, the original model has sacrificed his leg guards ) Once again, be sure to tune in for our channel's livestream! As of now, you guys have seen all my big Bionicle MOCs, and with college happening, I'm not exactly sure when I'll have time to build more. Hope you guys liked 'em!
  12. We're back! After some revamping of the project, we have returned. Every cast member now owns a Studio Mic, meaning that the sound quality has improved yet again! This is where I will be posting the chapters, and where you can give your criticism regarding them! If you're interested in auditioning, check out this topic! A quick summary to explain what this is. I've always loved reading Bionicle books; in fact, I have a feeling most of you do. I've always wondered though; what would it be like if it were in the form of an audio-book, with somebody reading it out loud? Furthermore, what if all the characters were voiced by different people. What if, on top of all that, there was music added from various Bionicle media to help immerse you in the world of Bionicle? That, is what ANP aims to do. ANP, Audio-Narration-Project, began with the first book of Bionicle: Chronicles: Tale of the Toa. I hope that if all goes well for Chronicles, that we'll be able to go on to do Adventures, Legends, and the Bara Magna Saga. Chapter 1: January 11th Chapter 2: October 24th
  13. Third in my set of Glatorian Revamps, Kiina was probably the most distinct model amongst the four. Her unique torso build was hard to work with, as I was trying to keep the original design while improving upon it at the same time. I think it turned out rather nicely. Please comment, and give a thumbs up if you like the MOC! (Apologies for not having a comparison photo, my original Kiina had to donate some parts to this MOC in order to complete it). Front Back Action Pose The Wandering Hero himself, Mata Nui, will make his revamp debut on Saturday. Also, if you're interested in Bionicle Audiobooks, check out my channel and tune in for our livestream at 4PM, CST! I'll be discussing these MOCs at some point during it.
  14. Not a fan of the upper jaw. It should really be redesigned. Get rid of the overhang on the sides of the face. Incidentally...does it have two tongues? o_O
  15. No problem! I'm hoping people will comment and keep this topic alive!
  16. Interested in joining us for a livestream? Tune in on October 24th, at 4PM Central Standard Time! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hEyxaltHA0s
  17. Honestly, the head wouldn't feel so small if the dish below it didn't draw so much attention. If you rebuilt the neck/shoulder area, it would probably look less disproportionate.
  18. The ratios of size and color is pretty similar to the original build. He actually has more orange on his arms and legs than the original did. He would've needed that manly mustache to be a Hahli Inika clone. But that's irrelevant, this MOC definitely captivates the shape of an inika torso without being one, which is very difficult for something so detailed as an Inika torso, I congratulate you. Actually, underneath all that greebling lies a simple inika torso build.
  19. As promised, I have returned with a revamp of Gresh, the rookie we all knew and loved from the first half of 2009. Although he's probably got the most simplistic build of the four, I explored a lot of new techniques on the back of his torso, and with the Hordika legs. Front Back Shield Mode Comparison Action Pose I shall be returning sometime mid-next week with Kiina! Please comment, and give a thumbs up if you liked it!
  20. Whew. Well. It's been quite a long time now, hasn't it? But hey! You guys are used to waiting, right? *Joev awkwardly laughs as everyone just stares* But seriously. You may recognize me for my previous Rahi revamps, from way back in January/February. As some of you may recall, I mentioned having seven MOCs build and ready to post (I only posted three back in February). And that was very true. However, when I went to take the pictures and found that my camera was in fact, broken. Yay... Well, now that I've gotten it fixed, I am once again able to show you guys these MOCs! So, here's my next set of revamps, the four main Glatorian from 2009! First up, is Ackar: The Fiery Legend Front (I accidentally overwrote the enlarged version of this one without making a backup >_<) Back Comparison Action Pose Since I've made you guys wait so long, I'll be posting Gresh this weekend, followed by Kiina sometime this next week. Lastly, I'll finish off with the prize of the collection, Mata Nui, sometime next weekend. Stick around and enjoy, I promise you won't be disappointed!
  21. And we're back! Welcome, Bionicle fans, both new and old, to the Ultimate Bionicle Storyline Reading Order for Years 2001-2010. Now first, to clarify something; this is literally every piece of relevant Bionicle Lore you will ever find. Anything that shows up here is relevant, so if you’re just looking to get the core story, and are too lazy to actually read everything, this is not the place for you. The goal of this list is to literally create the most immersive and knowledge-filled experience possible, and if you follow it, you will officially be a Bionicle Storyline Expert. Right off the bat, there are two different lists here. The first, which I call the “Spoiler-Free Order” is a list that takes certain events out of chronological order to avoid spoilers. This list is ideal for new fans who haven’t read hardly any of the storyline. Those of you who know the story well may be looking at it and saying, “Wait a second, doesn’t that come way earlier in the story?” You’re probably right. For example, the short story Decadence, takes place at the very beginning of the story, however, it features major spoilers for people who haven’t yet read anything else. For this reason, I have intentionally taken certain items on the list and moved them to later parts in order to avoid spoiling plot details. There is minimal splitting in this version. The second list, which I will call the “Chronological Order,” places everything closest to the order in which they take place. In many cases, items on the list are chopped up because certain items are literally taking place at the same time, like MNOG and Tale of the Toa. This list is perfect for returning fans who already know the spoilers, but are looking to get a review of the series and want to see events in which they occur. Here is a key to help you determine what certain items are on the lists. C = Chronicles (Series 1) A = Adventures (Series 2) L = Legends (Series 3) B = Bara Magna Saga (Series 4) Games and Animations are Underlined Shorts, Serials, and Podcast Serials are Italicized Split Items are in Bold May I state, and this is very important. I did not mark these items because they are unimportant. Any experienced Bionicle fan will tell you that the Games, Animations, and Serials are absolutely crucial to understanding the Bionicle storyline entirely. If you leave these items out, you will be left very confused at many points. If you’re looking for a resource for all these items, you can find these books on amazon; each book is typically $4. Also, I am currently directing a project, known as the Bionicle: Audio-Narration-Project, that aims to create audiobooks of all the Bionicle books. You can find it here! For games, animations, shorts, and serials, I recommend using Biomediaproject (All these items are free on this website). Please read everything above this point before clicking on these! I promise, it's important! Now that I’ve got that out of the way, you may move on to the lists. If you are new to the Bionicle Storyline, choose the Spoiler-Free Order. If you are a returning fan who has read at least 95% of the items on this list, you can choose the Chronological Order. Spoiler-Free Order (New Fans!) Chronological Order (Fans who've already read the Series!)
