I suppose Ill start with the good news. Since I began selling lego online business has been excellent, so good in fact that I had to replenish some of my sets to sell:

And I received some more trans flames, dark green ones this time!

Now the terrible news, I will not be attending nor will I be sending in any MoCs for brickcon. Yea it sucks I know but I have no choice in this matter without a massive fallout. So I wish my friends attending the best and I am sorry I will not be among you this year, again.

And would you believe I paid 12 dollars for these:

They are quite rare little flames but they sure are pretty. Ill be putting them to use soon.

Well, my Mindstorms 2.0 set sold for $289.99. I am finding myself a bit somber that I have to ship it out now, it was the crown jewel of my lego collection until I won the original Millennium Falcon. Can one really put a price on such a set?

Ah well, I need the cash to keep my hopes up for brickcon, which is quickly approaching...

My quest to obtain all the trans colored kanohi is nearing its end. Today I got:

All that remains now is the trans yellow and light blue kaukau. Id like to have the flintsmith trans purple one but I doubt it will ever happen. I have the yellow one on order but the light blue one is gonna be tough to find I think. I do not suppose anyone wants to trade?

I was walking to work today, and as I went over the bridge I found several broken kongu inika parts scattered along the road. A foot, a torso armor, some thigh/shoulder armor and a zamor holder. It was rather sad, I thought to myself, how could this happen? Could someone have thrown a perfectly good kongu out the window? I salvaged a foot and the torso armor, I plan on making a battle ravaged kongu revamp with them in hopes of bringing some honor to this disgraceful act.

Lets have a moment of silence please...

This week I feature another truly classic set.

    6285 Black Seas Barracuda

Description: This was the largest set from the first series of lego pirates. Released in 1989 and retailing for around $80.00 US dollars, it has become a big time collectors item in today's market, at $550.00 bucks MISB! Containing 876 parts and 8 minifigs, this set featured firing cannons, a rowboat, an adjustable crane like device and an anchor. Once built the set featured everything you would want from a sturdy ship, with captains quarters, a treasure chest of gold, a plank, lots of minifig swords and of course a treasure map!

My take: Yep, I had this set and of course I lost it. It was a lot of fun since I had several other pirate sets from this series. I used to like to have the crew mutiny against the captain and have him walk the plank!

    Until next week....

This is my gas station clerk wishlist, if every customer I helped followed these guidelines, I would have no need to rant.

~If paying with a debit or credit card, please SPECIFY which type of transaction you would like, rather than have me ask over and over.

~When punching in your debit pin number, please do not proceed to shake, slam or yank on the debit pinpad when it beeps at you for inputting your digits too fast or incorrectly.

~When purchasing items that require photo ID, please do not be offended that I ask for it, or give me the LOOK.

First of all I must thank Black Six for promptly and politely addressing the matter of my premier membership. After tomorrow it will be no more, as it should be. Above all else I strive to be humble and fair, I hope this will further cement that legacy.

Secondly I thank anyone who showed intrest in my blogging topics here. I plan to pay for lifetime membership one day soon so this is not the end. I really enjoy blogging and have had a blast during the past year doing so. I also thank Kohaku, for giving me the opportunity to become a blogger and being a good friend.

Lastly, I have to say that I am glad this matter was resolved in a just and fair manner. Stay active my fellow bloggers, one day I will blog again I promise. Until then good day to you all.

As I will be out to the zoo tomorrow, this weeks set comes a day early!

    6984 Galactic Mediator

Description: The largest set from the second series of Space Police. Released in 1992 and retailing for about $70.00 US dollars, today it can be found MISB for $200-500 dollars and is quite rare. Containing 387 parts and 3 minifigs, the set featured 2 prison cell blocks, a small rover vehicle and the front of the ship could be divided from the rear. Once built the cell blocks are held snugly in between the 2 rear wings and can be taken out as they pivot slightly. There are several tools to be found in the ship and lots of neat little details.

My take: Once again, I used to own this set, it was a gift from my mother when I was ill in the hospital. Lots of playability to be had as you can take prisoners, repair the ship or detach the front of it in case of an emerency escape/capture mission. I really like the series 2 color scheme and minifigs also, the commander had shoulder pads and the dark green visors were a nice touch.

    Until next week...

(Please note these are HIS images, and not mine)

TarthurT has caught my eye with some of his works before, but his latest from his Transformer folder is truly stunning. Blik as it is called appears to fully transform into a bike (with a a few extra parts as seen), and somehow retains a streamlined and visually pleasing appearance, both in color and shape.
