  1. I'm overall interested in the villains. I'll be getting the heroes, because I want my collection to be complete, but I'd say that I like the villains because they are pretty unique in this wave, and I can see a lot of possibilities (not to mention the unique colors for these themes). Here are my thoughts on the villains: [*]Black Phantom – Much more complete than before (It was a preliminary image that we saw before, so we should always expect major changes and improvements). I really like the color scheme. I like how LEGO is using a lot of previously released part to build, because It makes it useful for anything just about. Those pieces that are new are unique, but also can serve for many purposes that I can picture, which is good, because they won't be one-time pieces. He looks as if he is designed to be a rogue Fire Lord. [*]Jawblade – Really cool. The silver and the red really symbolize a shark in that the silver is what some sharks appear as, and the red symbolizes a sort of dangerous accent with blood vaguely in mind. He's another small-sized masterpiece, as was Fangz. They use lots of cladding pieces to add a texture―in this case, scales (though most sharks don't have visible scales). His head piece is quite nice, and reminds me a bit of Drilldozer. This set will be a must-buy. [*]Thornraxx – Quite interesting to use turquoise (Dark Azure I believe) in a set like this. They used it well, for sure. I see many good uses for the wing pieces. They remind me of Insectoids, in a way. He looks like a pretty simple set, with not very much complex or unique characteristics, sans the complicated-looking body build. The colors in all are fairly interesting, but I'm not sure how much I like it. His head reminds me sort of a Jetbug/Scorpio/Waspix-like design. [*]Toxic Reapa – Yes, this is most certainly a great set. The colors go together perfectly, and the set looks as if it were a one-piece action figure (I say that because his pieces go together and fit so excellently). I like the use of SYSTEM pieces to act as tanks. He reminds me a lot of Corroder, but his weapons are a lot like Rotor's Biohazard Gas Shooter, if you have seen it in use in the Television Episodes. I'm most-certainly going to buy this set, and I will have a ball with it, I know.I've noticed that all of these villains resemble previous villains that were locked up by the Hero Factory. If this is an intended characteristic, I can imagine that―going along the lines of a "Prison-break" wave―that these villains went rogue or got mutated at the Hero Factory, and these being the result of that mutation. I'll try to get to the Heroes, but I really can't keep typing after that.
  2. They have: http://www.flickr.co...57627770456799/Oh yeah, my brother showed me that. I forgot about it. I would have made him in Bright Yellowish Green (Lime) though.
  3. I'd like to see it. It's probably going to go straight to DVD, as have all other LEGO movies. If it's going to be anything like The Adventures of Clutch Powers, it will be a must have/must see on my part.
  4. W-wait, let me stop you there. Is it? Is it really? I have no idea why Von Nebula was a threat to anyone, why he wanted revenge or why he didn't try to fight back. I really don't call that good writing.Well, would you like me to explain it to you in brief? You can check on HEROsector01 too.
  5. I wonder if there will be any Hero Factory tie-in with LEGO Universe. Probably not, because Hero Factory isn't really SYSTEM-based, but who knows. I have noticed however that Hero Recon Team custom heroes' images are hosted in the LEGO Universe website domain. Here's this for an example of what I'm talking about (Check out the URL).
  6. Do you know what set it came from? If not, do you know what year it might be from?
  7. I have two BIONICLE video games for the Gameboy Advance that are kind of cool. I think they are BIONICLE: Quest for the Toa and BIONICLE: Matoran Adventures.
  8. I'm assuming that Stormer may be playing a different sort of role next year; maybe something like a promotion or a similar concept.
  9. The story in the comics and television episodes is pretty interesting in my opinion, because it's well-written, the animation (in the television episodes, not the comics ) is quite amazing, and the way they are put together really well. I am a big supporter of how the story doesn't go back and forth in time and doesn't change locations and then come back to where they were the previous year. I also like how the sets are released with the waves that go with the episodes/comics of that time of year.
  10. Ah, I was thinking that you would probably edit them, but I was thinking of something more like Adobe Audition, but Audacity makes sense and is pretty good. I'll download them off of iTunes withing the next week, because I want to also check out the BZPower app. I'm also going to download the Hero Factory FM podcasts, so I'll definitely get to it soon.
  11. Hey, you could go to LEGO World if you were in Denmark! I've heard that's it's amazing. It's also sponsored by LEGO themselves I believe. You might want to check that out if you are unable to make it to any US LEGO conventions.
  12. Those were the pieces that I was speaking of. They were new once Evo 2.0 was released.
  13. I didn't know it was down for a while, because I had been away at a boarding school. I didn't really have anything much planned though, but I would have expected when I went on to be able to discuss topics such as Hero Factory and other things in LEGO General Discussion.
  14. Any chances you think we might get something like this again any time soon?
  15. If it's Skype, they must have a really good internet connection, because it's hard to get it to sound great. Anyways, I listened to a few, and one of them sounded like you guys were really bored, but the other was kind of interesting. I forgot which ones they were though.
  16. That... Is... Amazing. Congratulations to my brother, and that guy I talk to on HEROsector01 *cough* I mean my buddy Argy!
  17. Who has LEGO Battles: Ninjago? I've been wondering if it's a cool game... Also, I have some cool Ninjago Logos (SVG for the win), but I'll let you know that I think 2 or 3 are unofficial. The SVG is official though. Here they are, along with some other various logos if anybody wants to use them on a blog or something.
  18. In all of your opinions? What wave do you think was the best? I thought that the jungle wave was pretty cool.
  19. By the way, how do you guys record them? I'm interested in that. I mean, you all can't be in the same place, so is it like an internet conversation or something? It seems pretty cool that you do that.
  20. I am simply incapable of feeling out the packages. I always say something along these lines: My brothers usually buy some for me, and then send them to me by mail. That's how I get mine.
  21. Okay—seeing the Genie—they need to make a minifigure of the Flying Dutchman in Spongbob with his leg piece!
  22. I can't wait until 2012 for Ninjago Sets. The preliminary images I saw were quite interesting, and LEGO is sort of throwing a change-up by going a different direction in Ninjago. The sets look pretty good from what I have seen, and I'm sure I'll be buying a couple. I also love the name "Lloyd Garmadon", though it is more of a Welsh name.
  23. Yeah, I'd like to see that. It would be a more effective ways to stimulate builders collection of Hero Factory parts than a set for the sole purpose of parts. I guess a parts tub counts as a set, but I'm fairly certain that's not what this topic was originally implying. A tub of parts would be nice, yes.
  24. I'm wondering how the sets will be packaged, because I've heard that the heroes won't be in canisters, but I've also heard that the villains are going to be a similar size to the Matoran. Does this mean that the villains—sans Black Phantom—will be packaged as canister sets?
  25. I don't think that there have been in any sets, but I'm saying that it got added to the Hero Recon Team palette.
