  1. I talked to LEGO via a social networking site in which I cannot mention, suggesting the idea of an LDD Pro version. I said it would be more effective for designers who are more used to CAD programs like AutoCAD or Autodesk Inventor. They commented it saying that they'd pass the request on to the LDD team, so that may be something that we might see in the future. Anybody else like the idea?
  2. I prefer the Hero Factory characters to the BIONICLE ones. They seem more "chibi-ish" than the others. Good job.
  3. Wait a second there bud. You my good friend have told me in person that $13 isn't bad for the customizations and personalizations you get from it. The price is fine in my opinion. $13 is about the same price as next year's heroes. Yeah, and you get your own personal hero with this, and you get a custom instruction book, and can use this hero in Mission 2: Ordeal of Fire. I think it's a fine price, and obviously many people agree, because as you said, it's the tenth most popular product on the LEGO Shop website.
  4. Check here: www.bradfordrant.org This was a promotional thing, so each pod is one-of-a-kind. You can find the pieces to build them though, just without printed pieces.Interesting. Don't really get the point too well, but whatever. Thanks for showing me.
  5. What do the other pods look like?
  6. I really liked this theme. It had well-designed sets, great color scheme, and really funny videos on the website. Yes, the theme ended in 2010.
  7. Well, there are most likely more than one Waspix on Quatros. The weird thing though is that it appears as if there is only one Raw-Jaw.
  8. Wait, Greg is doing Ninjago?Yeah, he has also written some Ninjago books, which I haven't seen yet, but they seem good.
  9. I think I have most of the pieces for that, but I see a printed one on there, which I don't have (I have it in a non-printed piece though). Don't know what I'd do with the thing if I had one though.
  10. Yes, in 2001, BIONICLE was a sub-theme of TECHNIC. I really like a lot of the newer large TECHNIC sets. The trucks that they have been making recently are incredible. This one is great, because it has a boat-load of reddish-brown wheels!
  11. Whatever it would be, it better be child-appropriate. Keep in mind the age-range guys. There are little kids who will play Hero Factory games. I don't think a first-person shooter game would be the best idea for LEGO to do.
  12. I can't wait until these are launched. I personally think that Hero Factory is a great successor to BIONICLE. I don't get why so many people have to patronize the line.
  13. I know exactly what you mean. I like to build architectural concepts on it sometimes though. It can get awfully annoying with ball joints though.
  14. I'm not bothered by the animals talking. Have you ever read an allegory dude?
  15. Yeah, he writes some of the story. Read about it on HEROsector01 next time. Also, it's not "Quassy", it's "Quaza".
  16. No, it's my job to drive Aanchir crazy. I'm his bro, so I've been doing it my whole life. Aanchir, you still be makin' me mad.
  17. I like this color scheme a lot more that Dino Attack's dark red and dark stone grey.
  18. I already knew that, and I feel like many people did, but...*looks up pictures*...NOOO!It's... blue. It's very blue. Lego, I am dissapoint. It's not blue, it's Dark Azure. It's a newer color, used in some of the Spongebob and Cars sets I believe.
  19. I'd like to see a bridge of some sort built in LEGO Architecture. That'd make a great set.
  20. $4 for a collectible minifigure? I've never seen them sold in retail at that high of a price. Usually they are $1.99! Where'd you see that price? The retail price is $2.99.Oh, sorry. I was looking at the retail price of the older series (1, 2, and 3). Still, where'd you see $4? I've only seen a $4 price tag on a collectible minifigure at a vendor that I stopped at when I was at BrickFair 2011.Well, they're actually $3.50, I just rounded the price up to $4.00. And the place where I see them being sold for that much is Toys 'R' Us. They used to be $2.99, but the price was raised.LEGO sells them for $1.99 or $2.99, depending on which series. That's odd that Toys "R" Us sells them for that price, because they have it for LEGO's price at my local stores. What series is it that is charged for that price?I was being charged that much for series 5 (A few days after they came out.)Still kinda strange, but at least I have a bit more info, so it makes more sense. Thanks for telling me that, because I'll check one of my local Toys "R" Us stores to see if it's the same there.
  21. Hence the "as approved by Makaru" in the opening post.Didn't see that, sorry.
  22. Also, is this "Official Topic" approved by the staff as an official topic? I'm just making sure.
  23. And it does work on the iPad, which is nice. Note to self: Get an iPad.
  24. It's not just one, it's a whole series. Don't worry, I'm with you in that we both haven't played any of these ones yet.
  25. The thing that helps Ninjago meet up to BIONICLE is the story. It is more humorous than the BIONICLE story, and the characters are easier to relate to. I really enjoy the Ninjago episodes, and I think they are making a DVD with them on it. If they are, I'm buying it!
