Charles J. Guiteau, on , said:
I've listened to more than my fair share of "explicit" instrumental pieces. Very strange experience, I must say ...
We've got to protect the children from sax and violins!
(i am so sorry for that)
That is the hardest I've laughed all day long.
Well said, well said indeed.

Heh, good point.

Incredible!
What's next, televisions that show color? Telephones without cords?

Happy B-day Turakii!
I would mention something that you're old enough to do now, but the only one I can think of that hasn't been mentioned is joining the military without needing a parental consent form. =p
Hope you have a great one!

I'm definitely going to do NaNoWriMo this year! I've done it for the past two years, but only reached 50,000 words last year. My username is Axinian the Chronicler.
I'm planning on a Bionicle fan fiction which I'll eventually be able to split into a pair of epics to post here on Bzp.
It really is a lot of fun, and a great experience.

At long last, the solution to one of the world's greatest mysteries is finally revealed!
*Insert maniacal laughter here.*

Oh my. I just realized from the first picture that you have no fewer than
fourfive (wait, make that six, I just recognized the Defiant) models of Federation Starships on the shelf. Is that a Borg Sphere on the top?Your house must be awesome...
As are the shirts, both FF5 and Bzp.

Aw man, I love that game. I'm thinking of reinstalling it on my computer and seeing whether or not it will work on Vista...
I never actually finished the game when I played it before. I did manage to beat the Berg after several days of practice runs on his track, but I didn't get too far on Mars or Adventurer's Island.

Why so serious?
You wanna know how I got these scars? No thanks, maybe just a magic trick instead.
I always just pronounce it Bee-fa-home.

After a crowded weekend, I ought to have time to get some auditions recorded today or tomorrow. I'm thinking that I'll try out for a good number of them. (Except the girls. )

Well said Omi, very, very well said.
I've seen forums without as many rules as Bzp, and it was not a pretty sight.

This has got to be one of my favorite staff name change pranks so far.

A culture that embraces spam? That's not what we're about here at BZP. I agree with Shilo that we're better off without it.
Well said, well said. I agree that such topics don't deserve a praised status, they only take away from Bzpower's reputation.
Good choice, Omi.

I must say that I've been in a similar situation before, it doesn't happen often, but it can be fun when it does.
The incident I remember the most was a few years ago when my youth group and I was at a Christian Music Festival. The shows had ended around midnight, we had to get home the same night, and the drive home was at least two hours, if not more. Everyone was really wired, so (at least in the van I was in) we spent over half of the trip home headbanging to Thousand Foot Krutch. B)
It is fun, isn't it?

Alright, I'll give this one a try...
I just decided to do a simple memorial to one of Bionicle's heroes, but a memorial that still conveys my abnormal mindset:
Thanks again, Omi! B)

Well, I've read the stories, and I've concluded that my votes go to:
Love and Rivals,
Shrouded,
Confessions of a Dark Hunter.
All the entries were great, and these three appealed to me the most. Turakii integrated her usual humor into a great story that still fit the theme. SZ, you wrote a great story with several twists that I never saw coming. And Jedi Gali wove an intricate tale exploring the feelings of a character who is usually displayed as emotionless.
All were very well written, and I figured they were very deserving of votes.

Alright, I'll try to cook up an image.
Would you prefer if I PMed it or posted it here?

Wow, snow already? It's been cold here, (mainly windchill), but no snow for us yet. They are saying, however, that we're likely to get some snow tomorrow with a balmy high of 36 Fahrenheit or so. B)

Oh my.
I just about fainted a moment ago.
So about the content block... what do I do? A content-block-sized custom image of... something?
In any case, I'm really excited right now. I would give you a vigorous handshake of thanks if I could, but I suppose that would be a tad impractical at this time...
So I'll just give the my very hearty thanks and this:
Thanks Omi!

I stared at that for several seconds while I marvelled at the brilliant photo editing behind it, then began laughing.

Yuna?
I know next to nothing about Final Fantasy, except that that looks like her doing one of her... summonings, I believe they were called.

Aren't Moms great?
Be sure to wish her a totally Happy Birthday for me!

Well, unfortunately, it looks as though I may not be able to enter after all. I'm basically less than halfway done with the story, and almost to 3,000 words. I'm also just feeling like my writing is a bit flat in places and could use a good amount of revisions after I complete the story.
In any case though, I will for sure be quite active in the voting process (if that's what it turns out to be ).
And I do have to thank you, SZ, I now have the motivation to finish a short story and actually post it.
