Whew.
I'll just have to see how things work out (namely time and writer's block) but I'll sure try to enter if I can!

Would I be considered totally weird, insane, and out of place if I tried to enter with my miserable writing?
I might try anyway, I have a story that I've been working on that would certainly fit the category.

Yeah, the previews for that movie are the kind that make me raise my eyebrows, lean away from the screen, and shudder; hoping to never see them again.

I would say that you've made a good decision, Ranna.
That said I also feel like I need to strengthen my relationship with God. I had neglected to study and spend time just listening to him in his still small voice, which is another reason why I broke down this last semester.I'm kind of in the same boat as you are in this area. I'm not as close as I should be the God, and I have been suffering the consequences, like more emotional stress, difficulty to keep a good schedual, and lack of motivation. I would say that it is a very wise thing to do to take a break and find Him again.
I'll be praying, Ranna, and I truly wish you the best.

Aw man...
Now I don't know where to send the wedding present...
I don't suppose their were any observers? Family, close friends, a couple of droids?

I would be happy to volunteer my skills as a sound mixer if you require one!
If not, I'll sit in the audience and dabble at my eyes with a pink handkerchief, whispering "Oh, how sweet!"

Meh, sanity is overrated anyway. To dull and predictable.

Congrats KIE!
That really is totally awesome news.

The
excuseperfectly valid reason that I used to convince myself to buy Jetrax (right after I had bought Rockoh as well), was that Ireally wanted himdirely needed him for stop motion.Perhaps something similar would work in you situation. (Just make sure it is convincing, something to do with the fate of the world hanging in the balance.)

Oh dear...
I do wonder if the advertising department manager for that company is still under their employ after this was discovered...

Huzzah!
I probably wouldn't be of much help, but if you need someone to run the soundboard, play any CD-based music, and make sure that the batteries in all the microphones are fresh, that's my area of "expertise"!
Will I be required to dress accordingly? *Rummages for eyepatch.*

I do hope things work out for you, Omi. I personally think that you're doing an excellent job, but I respect your decision, and hope that things will work out in the end.
Best of luck,

Don't worry about it Bink, I know that you're doing what you can, which is a load in itself.
And anyway, at the end of the day, it is just a game. We can certainly wait.
-Ax-

You can do it, Amp.
I'll be praying.

Nice!
That's really a good idea for a Bionicle fan, and they look really good on you.
I wonder if some of the guys who have Bionicle-loving girlfriends will have an idea for birthday gifts now...

Going all the way to a convention and spending your free time to help out a site (and trust me, it is stressful enough), setting up all the MOCs and taking them down while helping with coverage.
Sounds like a more than sufficient reason to me.
Congrats magpi! You really deserve it.

Wait, what happened? O_o
BtB
My question exactly.
I truly hope the answer doesn't actually have to do with a nuclear arsenal...

Erm...
...
*Goes and listens to the Barney themesong*

You gotta cut my daughter some slack here. Remember, she's got a little sister on the way, and all those retired Barney videos we own will soon find their way out of mothballs and into full living and dancing color on our widescreen TV. Turakii's just getting ready for the inevitable.
Very true, and an extremely good reason indeed. Always wise to prepare.
Barney is a pretty good example and educational fellow, I remember that much.

Oh dear...
I believe that most memories of my Barney days have been erased from my mind. The most memorable incident I have with the large violet, overweight dino is coming in to watch his show to avoid being crop dusted outside.

*Faints* Sweet!
That is one of my dreams right there, to see Hawk Nelson in concert, and get them to autograph a guitar pick for my collection.
Were the high-fives from on-stage during the show, or afterwards at the autograph table?
And did they play "Hello"?

No worries, you are only semi-doomed.
Nah, you'll be fine. The best advice I can give is to follow the directions from you orthodontist, especially concerning what to eat. And be sure to brush and floss well.
Just a few warnings, never eat a whole apple or raw carrots right after you have your braces adjusted, namely with your front teeth. The pain of the times I tried to do so are still burned into my mind.
For the first few days after getting an adjustment, I recommend soft foods: steamed veggies, soup, etc. Beware of cold foods like ice cream though, your teeth might be sensitive to the cold for a few days.
I suppose the most important thing is not to be nervous, you'll get used to them, and they'll be out before you know it.
Don't forget pictures!

Awesome! I'll see if I can finish up some stop motions for your project this weekend. Until then, feel free to use anything at all from my brickshelf.
Good luck Amp! I look forward to the video.

I wish you the best of luck Phy, we'll sure miss you. I hope things work out in the end.

I personally would be very excited to see an official podcast.
Some things that I could think of would be elements such as staff or member interviews, discussion about recent events in Bionicle such as new sets, new books, etc., and maybe some discussion about upcoming news items on the calendar, such as Brickcon, Brickfair, that kind of thing.
In any case, I think it's a great idea!
