Ever had them in the middle of the night? That's when I usually get them. A month or so ago I woke up to both of my nostrils bleeding, and it took about an hour to get it to stop. I was pretty lightheaded afterward.

Anyway, you just need to sit up, lean forward slightly, hold a paper towel on it, pinch on the bridge, and put an ice pack on it.
