  1. Don't you mean the Inika masks? And by the way, the Kadin looks amazing in my humble opinion...And the Sanok isn't that bad-looking. On a separate note, who else thinks the Black Phantom helmet looks a lot like a Sanok? A smaller, maybe modified Sanok? Anyone?
  2. I agree with the above with respect to best. But as for worst, I think that the Ultimate Dume Kraahkan was the worst mask ever. It lacks appropriate connection points to any other head design. Plus, it isn't all that versatile for MOCing.
  3. Reminds me of a foe from the (sadly) washaway Darksiders game. Look up Wicked K. Looks decent . Really dig the spikes on the legs! Well done.
  4. Thanks! I'm getting a few more pieces from my trip back home and hope to slightly modify the lower arms near the hands (they're a bit too thin). Edit: is it just me or is it that my topic views-to-replies ratio is too darn high? -_________-
  5. Well the legs are a bit generic but the rest looks super-duper! And the arms could use a bit of beef And you might want to consider taking your picture against a more suitable background. They will look much more professional. Overall, very cool.
  6. Yeah, what's up with those? I get a "fatal error" message each time I try to access them.
  7. I have the images uploaded to flickr if that helps. There's a feature that says "Share slideshow" but it doesn't seem to work for some reason :/ Never mind, probably someone else would be able to help me. Thanks anyway
  8. Thank you! I tried connecting Furno XL's cape but it didn't fit. I was thinking of making a non-Lego cape though, embroidered with some gold designs. And by the way, do you have any idea how to embed the slideshow into the topic? I tried copying the code but it didn't work :/
  9. Hello everyone. This time I'd like to showcase my first self-MOC to be posted here, and while he doesn't share my name exactly, he is one of my favorite MOCs to date. While I do feel like some gaps need to be filled up, and some angles need to be changed a little, I don't have the budget to keep on making Bricklink orders to my desire. Nevertheless, I do intend that by the time I leave for summer I will have gotten me some more pieces for revamp as well as for other MOCs. Holding Halberd Back Curved Daggers Weapons Action Pose With a Friend A little backstory: He is one of the last of his kind, a race of supernatural beings called The Lumi (pronounced LOO-MAI). He is an extremely elegant fighter, mainly uses a halberd and some curved daggers for close-range melee, and has an array of supernatural powers, including short-range teleportation and energy projection. He has secret ties with iconic characters from all around the Multiverse, and is a member of an underground alliance to which this guy and that guy also belong. They are all plotting to take down HAEMATITE, a titan ruler of a faction of the Multiverse's finest Dark Hunters. Story update in progress.... Note: This character features in BZPower Member Phantom Terror's Epic: The Adventures of Sandstorm. More story (unless someone else has any ideas) coming soon. Slideshow! Lemme know what you guys think! Edit: Added a picture of his weapons for clarity...Story update coming soon
  10. Looks awesome!! Very creative and excellent part usage. Also I see a lot of Yoda in there.. Btw his right shoulder looks fantastic..What piece is it?
  11. I believe Kiina's head would've worked wonders with your design. And are those parts painted? I don't recall seeing that helmet in that color before. Swell job on the MOC btw. But what I don't understand is why there would be a mermaid for a hero in the first place :tohu:
  12. You really need to brush up on your photography skills, dude. I see some interesting design aspects used in your MOC, but the photos don't quite do it justice. I like how you use the 2010 leg shell for armoring the back of the neck, giving a "collar" look which is quite cool. And the use of the Skrall helmets for leg armoring is creative. But the left hand, imo, looks a bit rushed and sort of slapped together, so maybe work on that a bit? Keep on trying, and don't be afraid to experiment with new techniques, and you'll definitely get there
  13. I'm pretty sure you shouldn't make a BBC topic of a MOC unless you already have the images.
  14. All three links are broken, dude!Edit: Wow!!! Definitely one of your finer MOC's-don't get me wrong I love your stuff But here is what I kinda don't feel too crazy about:1-Arms are a bit too short, and hands are a little small for him2-Could benefit from some better colour layering as you saidBut other than that it's insane!!! And I sorta have an idea for a small modification to the shield to make it look better, but I might post it as an LDD file.Best of luck with that contest!!
  15. kinda have a surprise for you guys :D

  16. kinda have a surprise for you guys :D

  17. They both look awesome apart from the fact that Takua doesn't have any red as well as the shield on Jaller's shoulder. But great aesthetic appeal otherwise :tohu:
  18. I like the name, it's sorta Bionicle-y and evil And yeah the color scheme could use a bit of a rework, and I would have preferred a ready-made dragon head which I don't have, but oh well. If I could get the supplies for a revamp I will most certainly take these things into account. Also bear in mind that this entry includes pieces from only 5 sets (Furno XL, Scarox, Razcal's Glider, Kai's Fire Mech and a City Mini Helicopter), and if I had more pieces it wouldn't look like this at all!! But anyway, thanks for your opinion!
  19. Thank you! I had a very limited supply of pieces for this MOC. This is most definitely at the top of my revamp list. But it was definitely fun to make, and I'm happy with how he turned out regardless. Best of luck to you
  20. Entry name: Rahkvrindigul: Dragon Lord Entry Pic: here Topic: here Best of luck to everyone!!
  21. This is so much win!! I particularly like how you built the head, and the weapon is muy fantastico! Only two qualms with it though; 1- Torso is a bit on the small side 2- Hooves are also a bit bland... What you could've possibly done was to use one of the 2012 armor shells (such as the round-ish one on Evo's shoulder or the one on Bulk's knees). Great MOC, nonetheless... Best of luck!!!
  22. I really like this guy!! Green Lizard dude=epic win!! The building techniques are very impressive. Good luck in the contest!!
  23. So.... I finished making this the night before the official deadline, and took photos of it on the following day. But since we (thankfully) got a deadline extension due to the forums' being down I took a new set of photos and posted them on my photostream today. And now, behold the Dragon Lord in all his epic glory!!! He is involved in my (yet-to-be-written) storyline of Planet Gyptus. Here's a little backstory: He is a leader of the Dragonoids, a race of humaoid dragons that are in battle against the Arbiters, who were sent by the Interplanetary Council to the Planet Gyptus, on a mission to end the war between the Anubians and the Horeans once and for all. The dragonoids have taken sides with the Anubians, due to a shared interest in eradicating the Horeans. After losing his ability to fly due to an accident in his childhood, Rahkvrindigul devised an armor suit that enabled him to teleport to any location within a 20-mile radius. He used this skill to subdue his older and much more skillful brother, Vardrazan, during a battle to determine the future leader of the Dragonoids. More backstory later! And here is a slideshow, for convenience. Enjoy, and good luck to y'all!! Moe, out!
  24. I absolutely love it!! I think Bionicle and Lego are a huge part of my personality... I could've been a completely different person if it hadn't been for Lego in general. I like some of the sets from Hero Factory and such, but nothing will ever quite reach Bionicle in terms of the sentimental value it has in my heart
