Has anyone mentioned the new App yet? I'm just looking at Umarak's building instructions, and there's a plug for a Bionicle App with the Mask of Control as its icon. I guess we're getting a new game?

One of the compelling features in the 2016 Bionicle sets is the ability to "Unite" the Toa with their Creatures. Umarak is also able to Unite with all six of the Creatures. Which combination is your favorite? How about your least favorite? What do you like/dislike about the Uniting feature?

January 1st, but some stores take a little longer to stock them. Like, my local Walmart stores won't get any of the sets till the 6th. I went ahead and ordered the rest of the sets I can afford from Toys R Us. Unfortunately the TRU in my area is closing, and they aren't getting any new sets.

I am also really looking forward to Mirror's Edge: Catalyst. I loved the first game, and the changes coming in Catalyst are exciting (especially zero guns and open world). Also looking forward to another Diablo III expansion, but that probably won't be out till 2017...

I've been building some Creatures with the new sets for my next combiner series, and here's an alternate for Melum...that I can't finish. Isn't it such a cute little snow turtle thing? There aren't any good parts left for a head. Poor adorable little snow critter doesn't get to be in the project.

I was really looking forward to the Uniting function, and boy, it totally lived up to my expectations. Even Kopaka and Melum look awesome merged together, and they were the merger I was least excited for: Must buy all the sets so I can combine them. I was really excited for Kopaka, and while I liked him at first, he's growing on me more and more. That mask is absolutely my favorite version of Kopaka's mask.

Probably a cliche answer, but I think I Wanna Be the Guy is the hardest game I've played. I don't think I made it past the very beginning. Risk of Rain was a tough one too, but I think I was just terrible at it. Oh, and FTL: Faster Than Light. I've never been able to beat the final Act.

Thanks for the encouragement! That Club Code page probably went over a bunch of people's heads, I know I missed it at first. I don't really see the point in making stuff like that "secret." Those photos of the new parts are straight out of Black Six's review of Uniter Onua, by the way. Totally! I really hope they keep doing the monthly Facebook stuff through 2016, especially Matt Betteker's paintings.

I'm going to miss all the ball joints with axle holes that came with the 2015 gearboxes.

I guess it's not fair to say "all of it?" My favorite part of 2015 was just finding BZP again, after several years of inactivity. I guess my favorite moments were getting featured, joining the YouTube channel, sending MOCs on the Convention Circuit, and of course complaining about all the Bionicle sets in Bionicle Discussion. Oh and definitely participating in the contests - BBC Contests, Flickr Contests, BFTGM, and the Journey to Netflix contest. That was all new to me, and they're really fun activities.

I built Kopaka/Melum and Umarak. Kopaka is good. I like his 2015 set better, but I'm definitely not disappointed with the new set. His mask is AWESOME, and I like the silver blend a lot. I even like his chestplate. Pretty much a good set all around. Umarak is extremely impressive. Buy Umarak. Seriously. I will say that while the waist-swivel isn't bad, I don't really care about it on the Toa. It's really cool on Umarak, though, when he's holding his bow.

Spotted Umarak, Kopaka, and Tahu at Target! I was only planning to buy Kopaka & Melum, but couldn't resist getting Umarak, too. Just built Kopaka/Melum and they are great, now it's time for the hunter.

I've been busy as a Bohrok this year in my MOC building, so here's a little review of everything I made in 2015. Life is starting to speed up through January and February, so I don't know how active I can be in 2016, but I'll still be here on BZP. I know I couldn't live with myself if I faded away from the Bionicle reboot. Speaking of which, I'll be heading to the store soon, since the local Target supposedly has some 2016 Bionicle sets in stock. Time to spend that Christmas money.
