He's referring to the first half of Steal the Mask 3, and to a greater extent the second half of Steal the Mask 2 (which by the end was veering dangerously close to RPG territory, thus the rule against it in the first place.)

 

Unfortunately I now need to take the Mask so that I can leave once it's stolen back and return to retirement, so I blast Tahukan in the face with my arm cannon.
