Tavakai Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 (edited) Yay, it's up! You're on time! Link's not working, though.EDIT:No doubt I'd enjoy this a lot more if I'd read your comics, but oh well. The main thing I'd suggest is putting a frame around that window; its edges aren't very defined and I couldn't tell it was a window at first, looked more like some cloud of snowy essence. But anyway, it's still pretty good. I liked the Batman transitions. Edited December 2, 2011 by Tavakai Quote
toastergrl Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 (edited) It begins. Good work, Utah! Now I need to get off my lazy posterior and actually make a comic now... :PHmn... or comics. In the tradition of yesteryear's, just in case others don't cough up. Edited December 2, 2011 by Tapika Quote
Tenebrae Invictus Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Wow, Joland must've had a good Christmas since he "killed" his "zombies".Good comic Utah, and glad to see the Calendar's up! Quote Up, down, turn around, please don't let me hit the ground
LNU n' Pinkie Pie Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 (edited) Yayz! A calandar! And a good start from Utah. You certainly have been waxing nostalgic lately. :POh, and, um, at the bottom of the calandar, a wild Joland appears? Edited December 2, 2011 by Pinkamina Diane Pie Quote Coming soon... Utah Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Well, I did see it when I got up. XDThanks to everyone who read (and possibly enjoyed) my comic!@Tav: I agree, I definitely need to put a frame on that. Thanks for pointing that out!I eagerly await everyone else's comics!-Utah Quote
vataki Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 I was sort of wondering when this would be up. Glad you have it up and running now, Kahi.@Utah: The last panel was really funny. "This is why I don't give you tacos before bed" was a bit random, but definitely funny. Good comic. Quote naw man
lavaside rahi Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Woo! It's up! I'll have to check in on this as the month goes. Gotta get reacquainted with everyone's comics again. :PVery nice calendar, Kahi! I really like the look of it, it's all classy...much nicer than that burnt orange I had last year. :lol:And nice comic, Utah! If I recall correctly you were the first advent calendar comic last year too...anywho, I think your graphics have gotten better in the past year (and they were already pretty good to begin with)! ~kh Posted December 2, 2011 Author Posted December 2, 2011 Hilarious comic, Utah. I loved the Batman swirl thing you had there =PAnyhow, a new comic is up today: Atomic 009! Quote
Tenebrae Invictus Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Well then! Can't explain how he got tied up in the tree, hm?Good comic as well, 009! Enjoying the graphics as usual, and I like the Merry Christmas thing at the end. Quote Up, down, turn around, please don't let me hit the ground
WVUFan! Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Awesome comic from Utah. The "mostly" part really made the joke better. And 009's comic was also really well made. Even though it was short it was still very enjoyable.Lets Go Mountaineers! Quote lol i not know how to astronaut

Zerothemaster Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 SWAG009, why are you so awesome and I've barely heard your name bandied about? Also, another classy kickstarter from Utah, but I do echo Tav's comment... it looks like there's a hole in the wall Quote The Drawing Room (Comic) ~ Mata Nui Adventures (Comic)Lost Forgotten Souls (Comedy) ~ Bad Images (Comic) ~ Reality (Comic)
LNU n' Pinkie Pie Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 (edited) Also, another classy kickstarter from Utah, but I do echo Tav's comment... it looks like there's a hole in the wall You obviously don't understand. They have to have pictures of outside things because windows are too expensive. :PI also have to echo Zero on 009. When the comic first pulled up, I thought, "Ah boy, another razor comic. "But then I read it and there was much rejoicing. Highlights were obviously the swag bag, and the ending. I chuckled. Edited December 2, 2011 by Pinkamina Diane Pie Quote Coming soon... Utah Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 See, this is why I love being first. I open up the Calendar. And all the better people go ahead of me! ^~^In this case, 009. I loved your comic! The "swag" bag was hilarious, as well as the being tied up in the tree. XDOnce again, I'd like to say thanks for everyone who enjoyed my comic. And for the constructive criticism!-Utah Quote
Philipnova798 Posted December 2, 2011 Posted December 2, 2011 Ah yes, 009. How long has it been?Either way, I enjoyed the comic. And I don't want to know how it happened either. ATOMIC 009 In Space Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 So mine's the second one, eh? That's good. Gets it out of the way quickly so it's shortness won't look as strange between two long strings of big long elaborate holiday spectacular comics.Nevertheless, I'm happy to know that everybody liked my submission.Fun Fact: I made the Swag Bag sprite months ago, and decided to use it in this Comic entirely on a whim to get out of making new bag sprites. Good to know that my laziness paid off in this case. And really, it's probably for the best that no one knows how 009 got tied up in that tree. It's far too horrific for a Holiday Comic. Also: Utah's was an excellent way to kick things off. The "Zombies" and "...Mostly" parts definitely made the whole thing for me.-ATOMIC 009 In Space Quote
Justax-Kal Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 Bag o' Swag. So cool it rhymes.Once again, you manage to put the awesomeness back in Razor style. I love the snow gear accessories you gave them.J-K out. Quote Sort of retired

Tavakai Posted December 3, 2011 Posted December 3, 2011 This one kind of reminds me of this one Garfield comic where Garfield hugged the tree--except here, the tree seems to have hugged 009. :PHappy December to you too! Quote
~kh Posted December 4, 2011 Author Posted December 4, 2011 That was extremely awesome as always, Atomic009. The graphics and humor were top notch. I liked how you edited your background to fit the winter theme.New comic, this time from Piraka~Mistika! Quote
