CeeCee
After watching the movie WoS, it never really made it clear. I know Nokama was the deputy leader, but she didnt seem all that great at it in the film.Did they even have a Toa leader at that point? fishers64
Nokama, with some assistance from Norik. Quote Hero Factory RPG | Bionicle Mafia XXIX: Storyline & Theories
Rausaro
To be honest, I think it was mostly Norik. Matau and Nokama did play a major role, though. FrozenFlash
I'm saying Norik. He basically gave knowledge to the Hordika and lead them to Keetongu.
Makuta_of_Oz
Nokama, with some assistance from Norik.I'd say this is the best answer we're gonna get. LewaLew
Officially, Nokama. Though the Toa Hordika were not much of a team anyway. I doubt they would have made it without Norik. Quote How well will you die?
Nuparu1995
Nokama seemed to end up being the "de facto" leader, with Norik for guidance, yeah. In the end, though, Norik really took over in his stead. -Jaller-
In title, Nokama, but Norik really lead them, he had them find Keetongu and charge the Visorak nest (The Colosiem typo) and some other things to. Quote LONG LIVE BIONICLE
The 1st Shadow
What everyone else said is pretty much correct. They had no official leader, but Nokama did her best with much assistance from Norik. Takhamavahu
I don't think they took the time to sit down and decide. Stuff was happening and they just needed to work together. There was no time for a little comittee meeting to appoint an official leader. There was no time for a little comittee meeting to appoint an official leader.Yeah, to clarify, no new official leader was determined in-story, but I believe Mr. Farshtey confirmed that Nokama was the official team leader. It was official to us, but not to the Toa themselves. Quote How well will you die?

Kaleidoscope Tekulo
I always thought the Hordika themselves acted on consensus after Vakama left. Though, looking back on it, Norik seems the most logical answer based on the movie. I haven't read the books in a while, so I'm not too sure about Nokama's role.
