If I wasn't taking this seriously, would I suggest that Dark Scitus was... Jean-Luc Picard? Yes. I can't figure out why everyone is suggesting Star Wars characters. This is the Star Trek RPG, after all. Also, I have to agree with Lavama about the two-headed announcer.
