    Um, Pixar... are you sure about this teaser? I get that everyone thought Cars 2 was too dumb and childish, and that you want to prove it can be serious. But are you sure the best way to do that is to disturb and potentially traumatize the kids who liked it? For the record, I do like the first Cars and I think Cars 2 was okay. I'm sure the movie itself will be lighter, and the teaser doesn't really have bearings on if Cars 3 will be good, but this is a surprisingly dark trailer for a film series most known for selling brightly-colored die-cast cars to small children.

    I say wait until Black Friday, but I'd be totally fine with Christmas season starting on November 1st as long as Thanksgiving got equal billing. But that's never going to happen because most companies make more money on toys than turkey.

    The problem is that most of the people who can do the coolest stuff also have extreme physical and/or emotional baggage, so if that doesn't apply, I'd want to be either the Flash or the Doctor from Doctor Who. If that does apply, Wong from Doctor Strange. All of the powers of Doctor Strange, but you get to read books all day instead of deal with a crippling hand disability.

    I am getting so excited for this movie and I think it'll be great, but there's still a part of me that is afraid it won't live up to the original (which is my favorite Disney movie). There will be, and (at least with 'Gaston') with bonus Howard Ashman lyrics that went unused the first time around.

    I saw that the Hallmark Channel has already started their non-stop-till-Christmas 48/7 Christmas movie marathon literally one day after Halloween. (And I did mean to type 48 hours a day. They have two different channels playing two different 24/7 Christmas movie marathons. What is life)

    I'd probably keep it on the down-low, but use it as a force for good whenever I can. But I feel like no matter what anyone (including myself) says they would do or not do, having that kind of power would fundamentally change whoever had it. Absolute power corrupts absolutely, and all that jazz.

    I think that Lionsgate was smart in leaving the Power Ranger-y elements out of the trailer. They're definitely aiming for the YA Hunger Games Divergent market with this trailer, and the suits or Zords or what have you may have made it look like a movie just for kids.

    I'm kind of surprised that Null doesn't have Protean as its ability, as I think it would really fit the idea of an amalgam Pokemon. I think the design is really cool though, so I'm totally catching one for my team (and naming it Kevin, because it looks like a Kevin). I'm really hoping that the Ultra Beasts turn out to be some new form of boss fights, because since they're not technically Pokemon, they could break from the Pokemon formula, like with more than four moves or new strategies that would require an entire team to take down. The day/night shift is very interesting, and I think it will help the two versions stand apart, especially if wild Pokemon vary with the time. I'm planning on getting Moon, so it will take some getting used to.

    They're saying now that he's actually going to be in Ben Affleck's Batman movie, not Justice League. Which is for the best, since he's too good of a villain to be used as a secondary character. Deathstroke has always been one of my favorite DC villains, back from when he was just Slade on the Teen Titans animated series to being the best villain Arrow ever had. I'm looking forward to seeing how Affleck handles him.

    Become a classic. Besides creating a song that could potentially define a generation, if I wanted to write more (money-making) music I doubt anyone would turn a record-smashing artist down.
