  1. I don't really think that "feminizing" sets really does much, to be honest. Before we can discuss the anatomical structure of the female Bionicle, we need to address the skewed gender ratio. Others have spoken of it above. Why discuss how "feminine" the female characters should be when there are so few female characters to begin with? -Rez
  2. Great to hear that things have been going better for you! Life is far from easy, and whatever may have happened to get you motivated, I'm glad it did. -Rez
  3. I'd totally compose some music for Bionicle! But that isn't realistic at this point, so I'll go ahead and agree with the opinion that Bionicle should create it's own original, unique music. I'd personally like to hear some orchestral music, but, after the animation LEGO posted, I'm guessing they'll probably go for a more "cheesy" approach to Bionicle rather than the epic-style genre they had going before. -Rez
  4. PayPal is available worldwide, so that shouldn't be a problem. I'm also pretty sure that PayPal converts currency ratios for you (at least it does for me ). -Rez
  5. The best methods of supporting BZP are either by purchasing any Premier Membership package/item from the store or by donating directly to the site. There is a donation button on the forum index right here: -Rez
  6. 8310 Nicholas Bluetooth (aka Nick) from LEGO Galidor far exceeds the craftsmanship of any other LEGO set created to date. -Rez
  7. Ah, dang. It was nice having you around again! -Rez

    Surgery

I'm very sorry to hear that! I'll be praying for you and your family. I hope that all goes well, and that she will recover quickly. -Rez
  9. There's actually a Tracker Ticket discussing this very issue right here. -Rez
  10. I was thinking the exact same thing. This entry makes it 1. 99 to go... -Rez
  11. Oh, I digress. I apologize for any misinformation I may have spread. I could only go off of what I tested. Glad you got this fixed! -Rez
  12. The banner could have something to with it, yes. But I doubt that it would supplant 30,000 characters worth of space. I'm guessing you've tried pasting the full text a second time in an edit? Also, in my experience, editing incredibly long posts occasionally cuts off some of the text body. The easiest fix I've found is by removing all of the text (by cutting it), saving the changes, then pasting the text back in another edit. -Rez
  13. Alright, well, I just edited my post above. I was able to input 10,000 words into one post. But since that doesn't seem to correlate with the data you gave me, I'm guessing that posts are measured in characters. There were roughly 60,000 characters allowed when I tested it, so that might be the limit. Do you mind finding the character amounts for those posts? If you'd prefer not to, I can do so if I have the link to the post. -Rez P.S. Again, I was really far off the limit. Sorry about that. I can only remember so much of what I've heard.
  14. When in doubt, test it out. Alright, so I've calculated that it's somewhere around 10,000. I was so far off...good thing I told you guys not to quote me on it. -Rez
  15. I think I remember reading a while back that it was somewhere around 1,000, but don't quote me on that. How many words are written in one of the chapters that keeps getting cut off? That might help me recall the limit. -Rez

    Customizing

Have all of your questions been solved? If so, glad I could help. But really, it was mostly fishers and Windy who did all the work. No need to thank me. -Rez

    Customizing

Looks like you're asking about the member title and yearly masks. The member title corresponds to your post rank, which changes depending on the amount of posts you have. The yearly masks, which are the spinning masks next to your proto bar, are indicators for how many years you've been on BZPower since you joined. For example, Windrider has this yearly mask: . This is the 11th yearly mask; thus, Windrider has been on BZPower for at least 11 years. You can find a more detailed explanation here in the Q&A Compendium. Make sure to check it out fairly often when you have a few questions. It may answer some of your questions. -Rez

    Quick BaseBlog

I've been pulling for the Royals. Having been born in Kansas City, they're an obvious pick seeing as the Rockies weren't even close to the playoffs. -Rez
  20. I would assume it calculates in 24 hour periods rather than in set days. -Rez
  21. From what I've heard in the past, the number of daily upvotes is limited to 50. Since this seems like a suggestion, I'd recommend posting it in the Tracker. Personally, I've never actually upvoted enough posts to encounter the limit, but maybe I just don't upvote as much as most do? -Rez

    Music for Others

I had no idea you composed! A 23-piece sweet sounds like an awesome idea. You should post some of the pieces here sometime, I'd love to hear them. Also, it's awesome having a fellow composer of classical music. -Rez
  23. Hey, there! Welcome to BZPower, END! Hope you enjoy your time here. Here in the Fan Created Media forum we don't actually start threads to discuss multiple creations of a specific category (you can post threads with more than one of your own creations, but it's better not to post threads discussing other members' creations as well--you can discuss their creations in the topics they create!); instead, we create separate threads for each piece of art we make. In this case, you've added a piece of your own art, so this topic is completely valid. But, in the future, remember that when you post in the Fan Created Media forum (and a couple other forums), make sure to create threads for your own artwork and comment on other member's threads to comments on their creations. Who knows, maybe someone will post another Brickfilm in the near future! Also, make sure to check out the forum guidelines for Fan Created Media. As a general rule of thumb, it's helpful to check the guidelines of a specific forum before posting in it. -Rez EDIT: Regarding the animation, oh, my goodness, that was so perfect! I absolutely loved it! The jokes were quite humurous, the graphics/aesthetics/? were impeccable and the LEGO builds and structures really fit the scenes. I honestly don't have much to critique, actually. Great work! Keep it up.
  24. I thought this was going to be philosophical. But seriously, why the heck do they call it Mata Brown? Why not Mata Orange? -Rez
