  1. I love the '01 masks. The Kakama, Ruru, and Huna are my favorites, but they're all awesome. I'm hoping to someday soon acquire each '01 Great mask in each Mata color. On the subject of misprints, I believe that each noble mask was misprinted in each Mata color. By the way, did you know that while there are Mata red and black Rurus that were created as misprints, neither of these colors is actually considered a misprint color for that mask? A black Ruru was included in both 8546 BIONICLE Power Pack and 8585 Hafu. The Mata red Ruru was included in 7397 BIONICLE Clock. And yes, the Vahi was the first Kanohi to be designed. (Source: BS01)
  2. Wow. I've been expecting this to happen eventually for a while, but it's still a surprise...Here's hoping that in a year or two they'll announce LEGO Universe 2, incorporating the awesomeness that was the original pre-alpha game/ideas/concept art.
  3. So you're judging an unreleased game based on its graphical style alone? That's just sad... Saying it's definitely going to be THE MOTHER OF ALL GAMING before it's released is really sad too IMO.-DovydasWell, seeing as about half the games discussed in this topic haven't been released yet, that statement could apply to a number of other games. I'm sure any of these games is more than deserving of the title, but I personally support SS since I'm obsessed with the Zelda series, and from all I've seen of SS it's going to be amazing.
  4. Cool; it's downloading now. I just hope this game is less buggy than the first one - my sister has played through the game three times and each time has been stopped from getting 100% completion by game-breaking glitches that prevent access to the Gryffindor and Hufflepuff common rooms.

  6. I probably won't enter, since superheroes and comic books aren't really my thing and I'd only have two weeks (read: two weekends) to think of an idea and build it. Shame, since I was really looking forward to the next BBCC...ah, well. There's always next time...
  7. I think the most likely to be resolved are Lesovikk's status (seeing as he's one of the major suspects for the murder of Karzahni and Tren Krom) and TSO's status (I believe Greg's stated that he "still has plans for him"). I'd really like to see Krakua's and Mimic's situations resolved, but I doubt that'll happen.
  8. Yeah, the arms are probably the biggest problem with the MOC. I'm planning on revamping him sometime, so I'll be sure to fix that! Also, what would you suggest for the eye color? Short of making a custom head, I can only do trans-orange and trans-lime. I'll be sure to address those issues when I revamp it. Thanks for the reviews everyone! I'm now accepting PBZP requests; PM me the specifications if you want me to make one for you!
  9. Welcome to BZP!

  10. Huh, I saw this on another site while the forums were down. Anyway, this is a very good MOC. Aeiss himself looks awesome - the color scheme is amazing (TEAL!) and the construction is solid. The hover bike is neat too; I especially like the use of the turbines.
  11. Unfortunately, the shoulder pads don't look very Samus-like at all. Samus's shoulder pads are far more spherical. Sorry. Maybe you could revamp the MOC when the next HF wave comes out?
  12. Titan: Looks pretty cool. I really like the use of Vezon's mask and the skyblasters on the arms, though the arms themselves look a bit long. Toa of Fire: Looks good overall, though the feet on the shoulders are too big and the great Huna isn't a very feminine-looking mask. Toa of Light: First off, I really like the use of gold - especially the Kraahkan - though the legs could use a bit more. The custom torso and arms also look good. However, the black and grey throw off the color scheme a bit, and the staff looks a bit odd. Overall, great job on all of them. Though in the future, please rotate the images so that they're right-side-up.
  13. First off, I think that the writing was very good. However, I'm a bit confused about the story's background. Obviously the end is a reference to the beginning of MNOG/the basic plot of '01, but the fact that Vakama died and the references to several different islands was confusing, as it obviously doesn't fit with the canon in that sense.
  14. Onua Mata and his masks, as that would be the hardest to replace.
  15. Toa Balta, my self-MOC. If you didn't know, Balta is canonically a Toa in the Kingdom alternate universe.---------- ----- ----- FrontBackPose Thoughts?
  16. Sand Tarakava. That is all.
  17. I capitalize Toa, Matoran, Agori, Rahi, etc., but I only capitalize some names of Rahi species (i.e. Nui Jaga, Kikanalo, etc.).
  18. AAHHH! Use spoiler tags! Use spoiler tags!
  19. I like it. Creative idea, good use of parts, and the weapon mode is just awesome.
  20. Might I ask why you chose to build a Toa without a Kanohi?
  21. I was thinking pretty much the exact same thing. And some of those comics have titles that will certainly result in some interesting stories, so I can't wait to see what others come up with even if I don't enter.
  22. The difference is that Vaati is an awesome character as well as a boss. He had a compelling backstory and actually felt like a menacing villain. Bellum's just some random monster that eats people's life force who pops up at at end and tries to kill you - his only "motive" is that he's hungry, basically. In regards to the eye thing, it doesn't help Bellum's case that his game was made after Vaati's games were, so it seems like the eye concept was basically reused. By the way, I have played MC, and it's my second-favorite game in the series (after MM). Though I expect it will become my third-favorite once SS is released.
  23. Actually... I believe that Tetra, Link, and the pirates found a new land to call Hyrule....Yeah, I know. But we never found out what happened to the characters in WW and their home, the Great Sea. Also, I just beat Phantom Hourglass today. The ending was rather disappointing; it seemed rushed and not very well-written. And what's with Bellum? All this talk about how evil and dangerous he is, and what is he? A flying yellow squid with a big eye. He's not menacing, and he isn't even very big, especially compared to the games other two-screen-filling bosses. Anyway, with PH complete, I still need to beat Zelda 1, Zelda II, ALttP, OoA, OoS, LA, MM, FS, and FSA. (And SS of course). Planning to buy ALttP on VC once I beat MM, and OoX when they come out on 3DS eShop. Hopefully FSA will come out on Wii U VC; all the others I have.
