  1. Really struggling between Matoro and Dume & Nivawk, but I ultimately voted for the latter because it takes a set I didn't much care for and made it absolutely stunning, whereas I already really liked Matoro Mahri.
  2. Especially considering how much blood there was 2 episodes back in Gravity Falls, something unprecedented for a Disney show (I think).
  3. I like it too, but I thought it wasn't that well regarded when compared to other gen 6 mons like Aegislash and Greninja.
  4. Is Goodra that popular? Last I saw a popularity poll of Gen 6 Pokemon, it was rated fairly low.
  5. I thank your brother! I really enjoyed coming up with a design for it, especially since I'm a noob when it comes to System.
  6. Yeah, even though Lego is about creativity, I'd rather see great official stuff than great fan stuff.
  7. Favorites per gen for me: 1-Venusaur 2-Celebi 3-Altaria 4-Togekiss 5-Chandelure 6-Aegislash That's without even mentioning any honorable mentions like Gyarados, Glaceon, Sylveon, Serperior, Reuniclus, Talonflame, Sableye, Mawile, Zygarde, Xerneas, Groudon, Kyogre, Rayquaza, Dialga, Palkia, Arceus, Genesect, Reshiram or Keldeo.
  8. At first I was gonna use human heads but then I decided to make them properly Bionicle. Does Furno's cape come in white? Because that woulda been lovely, I only have a black one that looked terrible with the white armor.
  9. Thank you! I did wanna add something larger to resemble his lab coat (even considered a cape but it looked atrocious) but I couldn't put together anything that looked decent. Yeah, the patient would glow too (probably just the armor since only shells come in that color). Yes, I am attempting to make the whole team. So far I have the base for the Soldier and Pyro done and I'm working on details and weapons, but I'm still reworking things. They might not be as accurate and sadly Soldier can't hold his Rocket Launcher the way I'd like, but I'll try to make them as accurate as possible. I also have ideas for the rest, especially Heavy and Sniper. No idea when any will be done, but hopefully Soldier and Pyro should be done soon.
  10. LOL! Sasha the Cordak Blaster, even better than Sasha the Minigun. xD
  11. Poliwrath is pretty bad (plus Politoed is infinitely cooler) but my absolute least favorite Pokemon is frickin' Seel.
  12. I'd recommend Gravity Falls. It starts a little slow but gets progressively better every episode, concluding (so far) at a spectacular season 2 mid-season finale. I've also taken a shine to Star Wars Rebels. The animation is a little meh but the story is pretty good.
  13. I think someone already made a crossover long ago under the name "Team Bionicle 2", I decided to go with "Toa Fortress". xD
  14. Voted for Umbra, it captures everything that Umbra was and, as Aanchir said, looks even nicer.

This Toa Fortress was invaded by Frostelus and the stone was stolen by the Piraka in the confusion, as the Toa team that guarded it died (except for some loser who went on to... *script-checking noises* set the stage for 6 of the world's most important heroes). *cue mlg sad music* But what if Frostelus never attacked and Makoki Stone guard team never died? Well in this universe, the Brotherhood of Makuta still wanted the Makoki Stone badly, so they hired a team of Toa mercenaries to defeat the Makoki Stone guard team and gather the stone, and thus began the Toa Civil War. The Order of Mata Nui stepped in and hired a team of Toa mercenaries themselves to help the Makoki Stone guard team combat the Brotherhood's team. When they did well enough on their own, the original Makoki Stone guard team was disbanded and the members went to various other locations. As the battles escalated, the Dark Hunters saw profit in this and secretly offered both the Brotherhood and the Order help, thus effectively managing both sides of the war. The Dark Hunters sold both sides cutting-edge weaponry, Kanohi, armor (color-coded for the Dark Hunters' convenience) and information on the other team's moves. Thus the story brings us to our star for today: the Order of Mata Nui's team's doctor, a Toa of Plasma who simply calls himself "Medic". Only select members of the Order know his real name. His weapon was designed by himself and built by the team's engineer (who also calls himself "Engineer"). It is a modified fire hose from Ta-Metru's forges that shoots a beam of elemental energy that binds together its target's mechanisms and makes them run better than usual, thus repairing any damage. When it's used, it builds up charge (that the Medic calls "Übercharge" that, when activated, makes its target (and the weapon's user) invulnerable for around eight seconds. It also has different settings for different effects, such as one that enhances its target's vision, accuracy and reflexes to the point where they can consistently land practically flawless hits and one similar to the base setting but sacrifices invulnerability for low passive damage resistance (which jumps to very high when Übercharged) and much faster charging. He wears a noble Hau that glows when he Übercharges someone. Not much is known about the Medic's past as a Su-Matoran, other than he was his town's doctor and made groundbreaking discoveries in repair, when his patients survived. Now as a Toa with access to the Order of Mata Nui and the Dark Hunters' vast armories and workshops he has much more healing potential, but he seems to view healing as a side effect of conducting his dangerous experiments out of curiosity. One can tell his maniacal laugh is not for discovering a quicker way to repair damage from a minigun. Anywho, without further ado, meet the Medic!
  16. I don't think he will, sadly. I would absolutely love to be proven wrong, though.
  17. Some of my favorites include Gravity Falls, Wander Over Yonder, Phineas & Ferb, Kick Buttowski, Jimmy Two-Shoes, Mirai Nikki, Puella Magi Madoka Magica and Parasyte -the maxim-.
  18. I like that team! I don't have much experience with Keldeo so I can't really comment on its set (other than it looks overall good) but everyone else looks very good. The right choice for Mega is definitely Garchomp, since M-Tyranitar is much more physical and M-Scizor is more useful when running SD + 3 attacks. Skarmory and Excadrill are pretty standard but tried and true. I'm not sure which of the slashed items is better for Skarmory, guess it all boils down to whether you want the additional safety net Leftovers bring or piling up residual damage from sand with the Rocky Helmet. I'm leaning a little towards the Leftovers but either is a valid choice. If you'd ever like to spar whether it be on ORAS or Pokemon Showdown, I'll gladly oblige.
  19. No problem! Nothing more epic than a pink land-shark stomping all over the opposition.
  20. Any of the 3 are good candidates. Since that looks like a sand team, M-Garchomp has a lot to gain from Sand Force (unless it's a more defense or support-oriented Garchomp), but M-Tyranitar has more staying power than normal Tyranitar for setting up sand, although this can be remedied by using an Assault Vest. As for Scizor, the mega is just an upgrade, but one that allows it much more protection and lets it carry out its duty. That is, unless it's an all-out attacking Scizor that would benefit more from a Choice Band. Overall, I recommend Garchomp if it's hyper-offense or Scizor if it's a Swords Dance set with Bug Bite, Bullet Punch and Knock Off.
  21. Difference: the Morbuzakh conflict was told over the course of two books and several comics. The books especially used this "placeholder" conflict to establish firmly both the personalities of the Toa as well as the setting, while also including abundant foreshadowing for what would happen down the line. In addition to that, Nidhiki and Krekka featured prominently in the first half of the year, providing a threat to the Toa Metru that directly related to the larger conflict (Makuta's plan). They were mysterious, they were dangerous, and they built up suspense. As a bonus, we had Ahkmou the traitor as well. It's not fair to compare 2015, the first year of G2, to 2004, and just as well, because there is no comparison to be made. This is exactly how I feel. I feel like years like 2007 and 2008 were the peak of Bionicle in terms of storytelling. I want G2 to move me as much as Matoro's death moved me, to thrill me as much as the final battle in the Codrex thrilled me and to shock me as much as Teridax taking over the MU shocked me. I doubt any of these will happen because G2 is taking notes primarily from 2001-2003, but I've got hope for something shocking down the line.
  22. Remember, that complex and interesting story is what got so many kids hooked onto the original Bionicle. My first exposure to Bionicle was the MNOG, and it was strange and fantastic and full of cool details and such. The media was always bold and powerful, and I don't think many would disagree that kids should immediately get dumbed down or lesser quality media just because they're kids. That awesome and detailed story was what got us as kids interested in Bionicle, and it's not just our higher standards speaking now. It's what proved to be Bionicle's strength and standard that got us hooked, and getting rid of that could prove to be a mistake. I think by complex story they mean the complexity of later years that so many people dislike (although that alone is what got me into Bionicle since I love a story like that).
  23. Is it bad that is the first thing I thought when watching that scene? xD
