  1. Rhotuka spinner launcher is my favorite. It was extremely enjoyable to use and you could make custom launchers of your own without much of a problem. They were also simple to make and easy to use once you got the hang of it.
  2. A few hundred thousand glasses of quaza oil please. Sincerely, Aldous Witch
  3. I think having Surge's minifigure head or a head from one of the beasts would be awesome to have as a spinny.
  4. Very accurate and awesome. That is some great parenting skills right there, the kid is lucky to have a father like that.
  5. The current setting of a thirty second wait for posting on a forum is alright, but for searching it should be lowered to ten or none at all. Having to wait twenty seconds just to search again is a bit weird in my opinion.
  6. Like a lot of other people, i choose Breakout being the best wave of sets and story. On the hero side of the sets, they were all really good even though all of them but Stormer had basic humanoid builds that most Hero Factory sets have, but they still had personality and still looked good overall. The villain side of sets consisted of a variety of designs and colors. You had small creatures like Jawblade and Thornraxx, medium sized humanoid characters like Voltix and Core Hunter, as well as unique ones like Splitface. The others were fairly alright and still had personalties and great designs to them. Don't forget though, if you were to put both the Winter sets and Summer sets together and say they were just one big wave of sets, then Breakout would be the only one so far to include all nine heroes, which is something i feel the latest two waves suffer from, not including Stringer and nex in either of them is just weird. However, that's not to say those waves are bad, they're still good, just not as great as Breakout in my opinion.
  7. Woah, you got lucky being given a display case with it.
  8. Very smooth and looks to have an awesome build. Unfortunately my spare cash is going towards summer Constraction sets.
  9. I was going to say a Bionicle game, but there has already been a few. I think a Hero Factory video game would be awesome.
  10. I wouldn't mind Sly Cooper. Appealing to kids and the older teenagers who used to play the games in the PS2 days.
  11. I think buying Premier Memberships just to make polls is a bit far, however i do plan on getting an Infinite Premier Membership for all the other perks, that is when i have a lot more pocket money than i do at the current moment.
  12. That was well made and i really enjoyed that. I like how it showed off the friendship between Kopaka and Pohatu as well as what actions the Bohrok could perform. I'd say that was a masterpiece for Bionicle fan made animations. You could definitely tell that a lot of effort was put into it.
  13. Stringer, simply because he has a taste for music and i find him to be a pretty funny character with his accent. I wish he appeared in Brain Attack and Invasion from Below.
  14. I'll try to tune in. Seems like everyone is going to have a great time though and trying to win prizes should be some fun.
  15. That's weird. According to LEGO, they check the sets by weight to make sure they have the right amount of pieces, and that piece is a big one (meaning the sensor would probably notice it). Cool, though. Yeah, I thought that as well and I was very surprised seeing it in there along with the other one. It was also unusual seeing a lot of silver in a set that was meant to be mainly white.
  16. I've never had this problem with any of my Lego set purchases, however i did get an extra bonus. When i first bought Inika Matoro, the canister came with an extra body piece, the big silver one that connects the arms and head together.
  17. It's great to see all of the Hero Factory episodes posted on the official site. People won't have to worry about copyright claims on other sites now.
  18. The Queen Beast has a great color scheme in my opinion, same goes for Evo's new walker. While it may have less functions than the original, three legged Evo Walker, i feel this one has a much better color scheme. The yellow and green really shows off the new Evo colors and there is no orange seat to ruin it. I feel this is a great set for people new to the Hero Factory theme, as well as those who love minifigures. I do however feel this set might be a bit expensive in some countries, but that is just my opinion. I will more than likely pick up this set.
  19. There isn't too much that interests me from this set. The Crystal Beast looks like a very standard and simple humanoid figure. It looks to be slightly wonky and not too stable. I do however really like this color scheme. I find it to be very unique and the green goes well with the translucent cyan-ish blue. I may get this set, but mainly for the colors and the Bulk minifigure.
  20. For me, it's a tie between "The Enemy Within" and "Breakout". They both had some pretty good fight scenes and were darker than the usual. The only problem i had with Breakout was the final fight scene, Black Phantom was taken down fairly easily, but the fight still lasted longer than the confrontation between Furno, Stormer and Von Nebula.
  21. I don't think Hero Factory is here to stay much longer. The fact that Lego has tried the mech idea and gone in a new and much different direction with the current sets tells me that Hero Factory's profits may have gone down in the recent years. But it also doesn't have to mean that, I'm just saying that Lego either has done this to try and get profits up or they're just trying something new. I'm not too worried if Hero Factory goes, as long as it doesn't suffer like the later years of Bionicle did, and Lego doesn't completely abandon the idea of Technic or Constraction sets, then I'm all good. I agree with you, yes it would defintiely make each theme hurt each others profits. I can't imagine Lego ever having them both active at the same time though.
  22. I don't own any Lego system based games, but I've seen enough gameplay of Laval's Journey to know that it does offer a lot of great gameplay and a fairly enjoyable time when playing on your first run. I guess it does give a good introduction to most characters from the first year of Legends of Chima, but I'm not exactly sure if the story of the game fits in anywhere with the TV show or if it is completely separate from it.
  23. I think a third person shooter videogame would work well with the 2008 story as most characters wielded either Midak Skyblasters or Nynrah Ghostblasters, so for me it would make perfect sense to put those two together. While the Av Matoran only had melee weapons, i still feel that they could be controlled from a third person shooter point of view. However, you can never forget about them flying, so i guess when going into the flight mode, the camera angle would transition into a center position with the character directly ahead and not to the left when on ground surface. This way, it would allow the player to have better control of movement as you wouldn't be seeing just one visible side of an area. I had never thought of anything like this, but it sounds very original and funny. In my opinion, you came up with a very creative idea.
  24. I like them quite a lot. They are so much better than the Bionicle minifigures, however i am not saying the Bionicle minifigures were bad, but there is so many more possibilities with these new minifigures as well as having more play value with the increased amount of articulation, which i feel the Bionicle minifigures partially lacked. The only thing that the Hero Factory minifigures lack is waist movement, which isn't too big of a deal as i feel the detail of the pieces helps make them still look good while maintaining the main points of articulation and thus, making them still good.
  25. I don't think they're great but they are good enough for me to like them and i may consider getting one or two in the future when i have more money. I think it's great to have the opportunity to now buy Bionicle themed clothing.
