  1. I would've kept Tahu as a Nuva. Golden Armor is cool, but I loved his Nuva look, and I like to keep the Nuva as a complete team, not 5 and a tag on. I also would have let Krika survive, maybe let him assist the heroes during their rebellion against Teridax.
  2. Wow, you definitely have my vote! I always loved pirates, and this one looks to be a tale of epic proportions!
  3. Cool! I already have a great idea for this! Out of curiosity, what exactly is a Chronicler's Staff? (outside of story that is)
  4. "Well loved." I like that analogy I had at least 2 in my collection of 24 or so, not bad odds. I had wondered if they were misprints or not, but yes they do definitely have trouble sitting inside Rahkshi.
  5. True true, though I wouldn't mind for him to have some sort of vision based power, like causing temporary blindness in his targets or something (now that'd be effective!) That's actually a cool idea, he does have a "shield" visor under his mask like Hahli did, though any modifications he got might be from the Pit, rather than from the Ignika like she was.
  6. I like it! It would make sense to have some sort of device that could create a whole bunch of Toa all at once if the need arose. One thing I'd note though, according to Tuyet herself, Toa Stones aren't super special in and of themselves: "...almost any rock can serve as one. A Toa takes it in hand and places a minute portion of his energy inside. Later, it can be used to trigger the transformation of a Matoran into a Toa. But a Toa Stone is passive – just a receptable for Toa Energy. The Nui Stone is something else again." That being said, naturally the Nui Stone would have to be much more than an ordinary rock, so I'd say your theory is quite sound. I do find it interesting that putting Toa Energy into Toa Stones is voluntary on the Toa's part, but the Nui Stone takes the Energy whether the Toa(s) wish it or not. (Btw, I really like your signature picture. Very cool!)
  7. This is incredible, thanks for taking the initiative and putting all of this together! Looking forward to seeing how progress goes!
  8. For me, Power Miners (Crystal King anyone?) Johnny Thunder, Aliens from Mars Mission, etc
  9. So we all know about the light up eyes that were introduced in 2006 by the Piraka, how in the story each member of the Piraka species have vision based powers. However, those guys weren't the only sets that included light up eyes, both Umbra (released that same year) and Lesovikk (2007) were given light up eyes in their sets. Neither of these characters have listed in their bio (or shown in the story) of having vision powers. Now I know this probably was LEGO trying to use up that light up eye feature that wasn't ever going to be seen again after the Piraka left the scene, but I was wondering if anyone has any head canon of whether or not Umbra and Lesovikk have vision powers (either naturally given, or a side effect of Pit Mutagen). Or are these two characters so minor, nobody even cared to think up a story-wise reason why they have light up eyes? Of the two, my own personal head canon is that Umbra has a version of Laser vision (similar to Zaktan) because that goes well with his arsenal of light powers. For Lesovikk... I haven't decided if he should have any.
  10. He's alive! It's good to see you continue this, I honestly had forgotten about it since 2017 (lots has happened since then...) Thanks for putting out new chapters, there have been epics (and comedies) that I've followed in the past that were never completed and it always made me sad, and wonder how it would have ended. Great couple of chapters as usual, it's still very entertaining to read.
  11. I kept all of mine that that I bought first hand with the canisters. The only set I never got early on was Tahu, and I got him later on for a really good deal without his canister (however I might go back and find a spare one someday...) I enjoyed having them all stored away in their individual canisters, they always looked super cool (especially the Bohrok in their "hive")
  12. I feel like I need that on my wall. It's very appealing to look at, nicely done!
  13. He's fairly easy to come by I've found, as far as the original Toa are concerned. Here's another good one I found. All hail good guy!
  14. I can think of a few... however I do not wish to share them all at once. (btw these are all "stolen", I did not make any of them myself. Credit to whom credit is due and all that)
  15. Pahrak was my first one ever. My first "good guy" was the Boxor (with Nuparu) Pretty sure I got them both in 2002 when they first came out.
