1. Granted, he is a real comic book character. I wish Walmart had a better selection of cheese.
2. I'm fine with most of them as background, but I'd really like a Chronicler with plenty of characterization.
3. Granted, for a value of 'mine' where you share it with everyone else. I wish my phone had an infrared emitter.
4. I'm thinking a Toa of Iron would have the easiest time. Since lightsaber hilts are made of metal, it would take a mere thought for him to turn one into a metallic pretzel. At that point, the Sith would try to use Sith lightning, and the Toa of Iron would be best off with a Kanohi Hau to block it. Then he can materialize chains around the Sith. Alternatively, any Toa with an Olmak could just send the Sith back to the Star Wars universe, or any other of their choosing. Or a Toa of Light could materialize his own lightsaber, and then we'd get this :
5. Entry Name: The Spectacular Jasukra Entry Picture: Gallery BZPower Topic Deviously well-mannered, Jasukra passes his dark magic off as the parlor tricks of a traveling magician in order to con the inhabitants of Okoto out of their most treasured possesions: the Golden Masks.
6. Granted, the new president is Teridax. I wish the president was Pohatu instead.
7. Though a few of these are Inika builds, and some may gripe about that, I think you did a good job creating a canister-sized Toa team outside the normal Inika-build design, with the various other custom torsos. (It's somewhat difficult to make a canister-sized Toa without a standard torso anyways, so good job.) They all have some bit of extra adornment to make them unique, as well, such as Paramax's Rahkshi-head epaulettes and their weapons. In fact, the weapons are probably my favorite aspects of the team, simple enough to work but complex enough not to be boring. Javvik's sheild is just awesome. Good job on the Matoran, too, although I think the legs are a bit long. I always think of them as having long arms and short legs. Is the Skalabar wearing Furno's head as a mask? Nice use of that piece. Overall, nice job! (Also, yes, I see the cat. Best part. )
8. Granted, but they all escape and no one has any bacon. I wish more people would critique my BFTGM entry.
9. Check out Jasukra, my entry for BFTGM, in BBC!

10. Granted, but BFTGM is also the acronym for Badgers From The Gabilan Mountains, and now I have to take care of a bunch of Californian badgers. I wish the world was on the backs of four giant elephants on the back of a giant space turtle.
11. Neat revamp of the Bone Hunters. You got that desert warrior look you were going for indeed. I'd say my favorite aspect is the weapon. Too many entries have weapons that are too many conflicting pieces stuck together or just a single weapon piece from a set. Yours is in the sweet spot right in the middle with an original, but simple, design. The rest of the build is nothing exciting, but you were right about using tan connectors. Not bad.
12. This is pretty cool. I like how you used black to create a look of boots and gloves, although I don't understand what the black socket joint just below the neck is for. The Akaku lends itself well to being a scientist's face, with the scope eliminating the need for him to have a separate microscope. The best part is the concept of a scientist instead of a 'hulking brute,'as you put it. Good job!
13. I hate to tell you this, but villains based upon existing characters aren't allowed in BFTGM. Aside from that, though, it's not too bad a rendition of Bane. You've got the muscly look going quite well, and the tubes on his back are fairly well-done. My biggest criticism is how large his forearm armor is; it's a bit too bulging for my taste. Not bad overall though.
14. Gallery Deviously well-mannered, Jasukra passes his dark magic off as the parlor tricks of a traveling magician in order to con the inhabitants of Okoto out of their most treasured possesions: the Golden Masks. So this is going to be my entry in Battle For The Gold Mask. Hopefully you can tell that he's wearing a tuxedo and tie. I tried to really give him character outside of the "KILL! DESTROY!" brutish villain or muahahaha evil mastermind, with the beard, mustache, and suit hopefully giving off a con man vibe. He's more than that, though: he's also a master of the dark arts, but he prefers not to get his hands dirty. I haven't entered him yet, because I'm hoping to get a few critiques or a 'go ahead' (unlikely) from you, the master builders of BZPower, first, and act upon anything I find substantial before submitting him.
15. When a Makuta grabs Chuck Norik with a shadow hand, Chuck Norik absorbs him. Chuck Norik hit himself with a slowness Rhotuka before racing Pohatu so Pohatu wouldn't lose by too much. Chuck Norik created the Great Beings.
16. Jaller Has a mask that breaks the no time travel rule
17. Probably a Kakama Nuva. While the Olmak would be far more efficient for travel, I can just imagine how exhilarating it would be to move at extreme speeds without any kind of vehicle. Also, it grants the ability to phase through things, which would be pretty useful. (Who needs doors?) It can also share its power with those nearby, if desired, which I think would be pretty cool. If anything, I could get a job as the world's most radical chauffeur.
18. Tiribomba. Seriously though, of the characters we got as sets, I'd say Nektann was worst off. He got, what 5 canon appearences? And his personality was pretty much generic warlord. But that was just 2010's fault, and he was the only Stars character not previously introduced. And the Voyatoran, too, aside from Velika. As for characters not in sets, I'd say Kapura. He was wonderful in MNOG with his eccentric wisdom, but after that he did practically nothing. The rest of the Chronicler's Company shared this fate, but I always loved Kapura for his sagacity, and because we met him first.
19. Wow these are awesome. If the official animations look anything like these, Gen 2 is going to be amazing. Keep up the good work.
20. Ah. forgot that part. However, we must consider two things: 1) Artakha designed the AA for the Nuva to use, and if it was necessary, could have designed different armor for Toa of a different model. 2) The definition of the word "adaptive." Who's to say the armor not only adapts to the environment, but also to the body of the Toa wearing it? Like the One Ring in LotR, which was capable of adapting its size to fit its chosen bearer. Agreed! This leaves just one inconsitency: If either of those points above are true, then we would expect the Adaptive Armor Nuva to look much more similar then to their Nuva forms than they did. At this point, I will agree with you and say that we should take the sets (at least the '08 Nuva sets) with a grain of salt.
21. Oh, of course. Noob mistake. *facepalm.* But my original mention of the adaptive armor Nuva was targeted at the actual armor, not the Nuva. If the armor was made to fit more Toa than just the Nuva, which is a logical contingency for the event that the Nuva failed and other Toa needed to don the armor, then its build would be a common one. This is especially important if we credit the regional variations theory, although some don't, because if you needed something that would fit varied bodies of Toa, you would design it based upon what all the variations of Toa build share. I presumed that, within the parameters of my theory, that common point would be the Inika build. But like I said originally, it's flimsy evidence anyways, like you've been saying. And even though the sets are obviously not perfect, aside from the movies, they're all we've got. And we never even got movie Inika builds EDIT aside from TLR, and those were totally set accurate. So we've just got to work with it as best we can.
22. Well, we know the Mata form can't be the Original, because Helryx would be the Original and she looked totally unique to Takanuva, who had seen the Mata. I think it makes most sense if we assume that they were different because they were created by Artahka. And another thing (link):
7 Without their armor on, do Toa resemble the original Mata prototypes? 7 I don't think so, no
So the clothes analogy is off. Sorry. The Metru is probably the norm throughout the universe now, being the inevitable streamlined pinnacle of Toa design (like Homo Sapiens Sapiens is the current form of humans, having supplanted the Neanderthals.) But that doesn't mean it was always the norm, and it wouldn't explain Jovan, Lesovikk, or the Inika's builds. Does anyone have that Greg quote about a default? From what people are posting, it seems that Greg could either be saying a) that there is a default, and unrelatedly, the Metru build is standard throughout the universe, or b) that there is a default, and it's the Metru build, which is standard throughout the universe. EDIT: I can't get the quote to work...
23. 한. Pohatu. He's just so nice. Plus, he leads the resistance in the Kingdom. 이. Matoro. His internal fears of inadequacy, followed by his total sacrifice, were so touching and admirable.세. Vakama. He turned evil, then good again - I like characters like that, even if it was kinda OOC. And: "I desire just one noble destiny, more than any power you can offer me." (Weirdly, he said that to Teridax, not Roodaka. )네. Takanuva. The immature Matoran who embraced his destiny and beat the Makuta (kind of.) Also, you play as him in MNOG.오. Jovan. We didn't really meet him, but he was said to value wisdom above weaponry.육. Lesovikk. His tragic story is pretty endearing, and in the Kingdom AU he saved Takanuva. Those characters are indeed Korean, by the way. After you said it, I just had to.
24. So what does a Magnetism Nova Blast do then? Attract every ferromegnetic object for kio around to the Toa of Magnetism, crushing them and everything around them, or repel every ferromagnetic object for kio around, sending everyone flying into the nearest ocean possibly impailed or ripped apart or something? Or maybe just stick everyone together?
