Mnn, I'm afraid all I've got is that I know a maybe-kinda-decent-depending-on-your-standards rap/hip-hip group called "Jurassic 5". After some digging, if wikipedia is to be believed, they started out in Los Angeles, and have had one of their songs featured exclusively on the American and European versions of the Sega Dreamcast game Jet Set Radio A.K.A. Jet Grind Radio, which was released in 2000 and was one of the first games to feature cel-shading.

I like xccj's idea for this. 03. e- Well, blogs have been referred to as the "blogosphere", or something like that, so I imagine they'd be an atmospheric layer- Which makes me imagine the blogs as being in the upper portions of really tall buildings scattered across the islands, connected by bridges and wires. 04. c- I kinda like the homeless idea. I imagine BZP as being like a bunch of communal buildings- there's space here and there for people to rest and everything else is shared. Random ideas- Well, now I'm really begining to imagine BZP as a city- a really open city. Where the roof of one building is the floor of another, where scenery in one area can differ vastly from another. Like Metru Nui, but with higher density building. And- Well, now I'm holing myself up in my ideas.

The way I see it- PSP- can play music and some stuff you probably already have other devices for. DS- has some good games. I mean really, that's what you're getting this device for and that's all you should pay attention to- "Does this thing have games that I like?" "Which titles will I want to play and what device supports the majority of them?"

Like Krahka said- Whether it's tracing or free-hand, copy other people's work. All the time. Can't draw something? Look for an image with it and trace/work off of it. If all goes well you'll then be able to draw it again without reference and at different angles and such. And always ask yourself: "about how far?" How large is the space between this line and that? How high above the nose is the eye? etc.

Hey, hey! Settle down. You've only made five entries. It takes time to become well-known. You'll get good readership eventually. Personally I'd suggest starting by coming up with a catchy title. It doesn't need to be cool sounding, just catchy and different. Also maybe fiddle around with you're blogs settings some more. Re-arrange content blocks, add some images. Try to get a feel of what other people want to read. And avoid pure complaint entries!
