My most nostalgic memory would be going to my friends house to read the comics.I didn't get LEGO Magazine, so we would schedule dates specifically when the magazine arrived, so we could read them at the same time. Then we would play the Bionicle board game for a few hours.

This game remains my favorite LEGO game ever. I must've beaten it over 10 times.

Day 23 Well, today my Chem professor decided to surprise the class with a group assignment that he swears he told us about before, but no one knew about it. So that'll be fun. Since it's due Tuesday. I attempted to download Black Mesa, but the files were corrupted, and I didn't feel like using another 6 hours for downloading. Completely unrelated, but I think I've finally gotten the hang of the one-handed card cut. Took me a while though. To wrap up, I just thought you all should know that I had to deal with my sister texting me the lyrics to Friday, with each line in it's own text. Over a period of three hours. I'm going to kill her.

My God. He's like the holy spawn of Jimi Hendrix and The Beatles. Mr. Fantasy may be my new favorite song ever. EDIT: And throw some Jethro Tull in there for good measure.

Day 22 Oh Thursday's, how I love you so. Took a Fitness and Wellness exam this morning, I think it went pretty well. I spent most of the day reading Plato's Gorgias, which was a really interesting read. Also, I found out my roomate definitely does not enjoy any sort of electronic music.

Day 21 Well, we had the freshman swim test today. Which was passed without much issue. Did some basic level kinematic stuff in Phys lab. Aaand that's about all the interesting stuff. I've got my first 'real' test tomorrow, so... later!

Day 20 Dang, 20 days already. Well, Tuesdays are still my least favorite day. Early morning Phys Ed and late night Humanities just don't make for a good day. Not to mention I went through seven years of Scantrons for the Physics Dept. Man those are heavy. My Chem lab was pretty good today though, we did some actual chemistry finally. I seem to remain my halls resident Physics expert, since we had another study group for the homework that's due tomorrow. I'm gonna polish off this paper, and head to bed. G'night y'all!

Day 19 Today was my first official day of working in the laser lab. It was just me and a senior, and we were working on the plumbing. We had to fit a heat exchanger, which is basically just a heavy metal cube, into a mess of hoses and pumps. We managed to disconnect most of the hoses and screw the exchanger into the box, and then set to the task of reconnecting the hoses. And these are no normal hoses. They're designed to withstand extreme water pressure, so they're about 8mm thick PVC, with metal wiring all throughout it. Which has the added side effect of being nearly impossible to bend, much less turn the sharp corners we needed. Fortunately, yours truly came up with the solution. We used a hair dryer to heat up the hoses, and made them flexible for just long enough to attach them. Mission Accomplished.

So, I've been listening to Caravan Palace recently. Absolutely love 'em. Anyways, I realised that Caravan Palace was the only Electro-swing I have, and that just will not do. Which brings me to the point of this entry: What are some good Electro-swing artists? I know very little about this genre, other than it being awesome.

Day 18 Slept through breakfast again. I'm bad at getting up on weekends. Played some more Magic, and finally won a game. Wrapping up the day watching the Steelers/Broncos game.

Well, I did homework all morning. I just figured that was the boring part.

Day 17 Well, I missed breakfast, due to the little sleep I got. I played more Minecraft for most of the afternoon. We got a totally awesome mountain base, which we cover the outside in water, so it can't easily be blown up. It looks awesome. However, the admins for this server were really abusing their powers. Flying around and killing people on a strict survival server is all kinds of messed up. It was great though, cause the two other guys I was playing with all had pon skins on. I was Vinyl, and they were Dash and Octavia. Best team ever.

I think a slight Russian accent would be the coolest thing in the world.
