  1. L.A.P.D. - The Offspring
  2. Ok, so the majority of people is pointing out that they can be reused as long as they can be retrieved. I guess we will never get official confirmation as Greg left, but so far all the posts make sense. However, some have pointed out that they could run out of energy. Would that be determined from the power level of the disk? Also, could a Kanoka of Teleportation be re-used? Would it teleport with the user (assuming that you use it on yourself, like Tehutti did)?
  3. I've always had some this doubt. Are Kanoka a one-use-only item, or can they be re-used? Does it depend on the power level?
  4. Espionage - Green Day
  5. Mundian To Bach Ke - Panjabi MC.
  6. I like it. The stinger function is awesome and its new proportions give it a monstrous feeling. The claws you used are a very good alternative to the classic Onua Claws. However, the color scheme is a bit messy. Probably removign the red Visorak feet would be a good idea. I'm not a fan of how gold fits there too, but that would be fixed by adding more Voya gold pieces. Other than that, the arms are a bit too long for my taste.
  7. I agree with what others said about this MoC being more of a Toa of Water in general rather than Gali specifically. Probably the lack of a Kaukau is what causes it, even though I prefer the Faxon over the Kaukau Mistika any day. With that aid, I have to point out that I like the use of a custom torso (is it custom? I think it is but can't be sure due to armor covering it up) and the fact that you remembered to put armour BOTH on the chest and on the back.To make it less generic and more Gali like, I would probably have given here those fan pieces that the 2002 Gali Nuva set had. Also, a gear in the back (there's space for it) could have been a nice detail.
  8. Really nice MoC! The spikes really work well. Same for the ear-thing made out of Playset-Piraka-Spines. I like the fact that you included some Kanohi on it, they flow well with the MoC and give it some resemblance with the old school Rahi. Other than that, I have to say that the legs look a tad too thin in comparsion with the rest of the MoC.
  9. Change the world - The Offspring
  10. I think I lost one of Onua-Nuva's arms about 8 years ago.
  11. The Bohrok-Kal for me. Kohrak-Kal was the first villian canister set I got, and it's headplate design, silver coloring and awesome shields are just amazing.
  12. I store BIONICLE pieces in them, in an amazingly disorganised manner. When I have to search for a piece to make MoC i basically have to open them one by one until I find it.
  13. I would say that they heal their organic parts, and they repair their metalic ones.
  14. Some weeks spread all over the year, when I've got my most important exams and whatnot.
  15. My favorites would have to be the Bohrok/Kal canisters. The funtion that allowed you to put them in 'sleep mode' was just uberly cool.As for least favorites, probably any of the post-Barrakki ones. Too much plastic and hard to open sometimes.
  16. I enjoyed it a lot. It gave more customisation options that most other BIONICLE games, beign able to choose armor, weapons, power items, etc. Exploring Voya Nui was extremley cool and the story was nice.
  17. The Shadowed One, definately. He was capable of running an organitzation of assasins and battling with the Brotherhood of Makuta at the same time.
  18. I actually loved the Toa Hordika, and the fact that there were more than just one Makuta.
  19. Bionicle Storyline and Theories, mostly. However, what I really check the most are the topics in the My Content List, though.
  20. There are many things I could have done to enjoy my last few hours of Premier Membership perks... but none of them like a good old Contest! This time, the contest is subdivided in three separate categories. The winners will be featured in the following stories of the Fractures Universe. To make a long story short, in this alternate universe Teridax never existed, but the Brotherhood carried on their plans of contest, leaving Metru Nui as the only free land remaining. Now the City of Legends has become a multicultural society, much like in The Kingdom. A new faction, the Cult of Darkness, has appeared and is planning to terrorize the city. Most importantly, you have the chance to design some of their servants/troublemakers! NOTE: The Fractures Universe and all the characters mentioned don't belong to me. Matoro1 is the creator of the Fractures Universe, and he wrote the contest rules. I'm just helping him to get some more entries. Category 1: Convict In the opening chapters of Judgement Day, the following story in the Fractures Alternate Universe, I'm going to have the Toa battling two previously-captured convicts, who have been released from the dungeons beneath the Coliseum for the Toa to train against. One of these characters is a mutated Fe-Matoran Brotherhood Servant who I have already created, but the second convict fighting for a reduced sentence is unknown. If you choose to enter this category, you will have to build said convict, give him/her a brief backstory explaining what crime they commited, which Toa captured them, and what abilities they possess. Please note that I don't want anything overkill, not a massive, huge, bulky, complex titan. I'm looking for something about as complex as a Glatorian or a Toa with a consistant color scheme. This character will only play a minor role in Judgement Day. Additionaly, and only if requested, Matoro1 may revamp a creation of the winner. Category 2: Matoran Crafter Recently, the Cult of Darkness has been forced to make use of Matoran labour. They've used a suicide bomber Matoran to destroy one of Metru Nui's dams, they're going to use another to keep their servants in check, and now they've hired some Matoran builders to construct a base for them, which will appear in Judgement Day. However, to check that the containment cell in this new base in escape-proof, Mudro (the leader of the Cult of Darkness) kidnapped one of the builders and locked him in it, to see if he'd been conned. Unfortunately, he had not been and the unfortunate Matoran was left to die in the cell. In this option, you have the task of building that Matoran. It has to be male but it has to be one of the stronger types of Matoran; such as a Po-Matoran, Onu-Matoran, Fe-Matoran, Matoran of Magnetism, or a Ba-Matoran. Obviously the Matoran has to stay true to his respective color scheme (so no blue Po-Matoran) except in the case of a Ba-Matoran or Fe-Matoran. The winner of this contest will have their Matoran crafter feature inJudgement Day, where the crafter will have a chapter written from his perspective, and their creator will have BobTheDoctor27 write a chapter for their fan-fiction story or can have a free MOC request built by him, if asked. Category 3: Characters As the final option of the contest, in the final chapter of Over Your Shoulder (the current epic of the Fractures Universe), I'm going to set the story in a bar, where Tollubo, the main protagonist, is getting wasted and I need another male character for him to pick a fight with. Now, this option does not require you to build anything, but I would like anyone who wishes to enter this section to decide on the character's: Species Name Basic Personality Immediate History The winner of this contest will have their described character appear in the final chapter of Over Your Shoulder. --- Remember that you can enter as much or as few categories as you wish. Please enter, and have fun MOCcing! Fins aviat, The First Speaker.
  21. Are we allowed to write just one entry of the diary/memoirs or does our story have to cover various entries?
  22. I agree with you, even though I won't be starting the last year until mid September. Teachers have already told us that this final year we will storm through the different syllabus way faster than the previous year, which means much more exams and much, much more hours that will have to be spent studying. Oh, and also there's the Exams for Universtiy Acess (This is just a rough translation; in my country they're called Selectivitat, which I think that is the equivalent of the SAT Reasoning Test or the A-Levels). And if that wasn't enough we have to do a Research Project during summer, without which we're not allowed to go to university :$ . Yeah, I completely agree with you. Even though I'm in my final year, I've never recieved any kind of orientation or information to help me choose my futur career. Oh well.
