I was the SPL being attacked by parents for being painfully truthful. The legend says the debacle almost tore the troop in two splinter factions. My side won and the wrong people had to shut up. =3

A question. Might it not be better to add, under the blog reporting section, that you can also PM the blog owner? Sometimes the owner of the blog where a rule has been broken may either not be aware of the rule, or simply have not seen the offending post.
