Pahrak hit the ground and slid, digging his claws in to bring himself to a halt sooner. Shadowhawk had run off into the flora...rather flammable, probably...and Pulse was nearby...so that meant...

 

Pahrak smiled (can Bohrok smile?).

 

"Hey Pulse, you thinking what I'm thinking?"

Label says it, folks. Concentrating hard, the Shadowhawk faded partially out of the corporeal spectrum, becoming utterly noiseless, extremely fast, difficult to damage, and all the usual.

"Probably not unless it involves blowing everything up. Where's the enemy?"

 

Pulse was confused, a few moments ago Pahrak had needed help. Yet here he was, alone and with no opponent. Did he just walk into the enemy's trap?

ShadowVezon woke up. face down in mud, and covered in it.

"Ugh... which universe is it now..."

He got up, mud dripping, and looked around.

"Looks like full-scale war... must be Bionifight... I appear to be in Karda Nui. I guess I'd better go fight somebody, and collect some energy. Ugh..."

ShadowVezon looked around, to find someone to fight.

IC: [ Shadowhawk ] - [ 20/20 HP ] - Maneuvering stealthily around Codrex

The Shadowhawk was no fool; he knew his strengths, and he knew his weaknesses. Covert ops were his specialty; 'hit-and-run', his combat style of choice. He worked alone, striking hard and fast from cover, and vanishing just as swiftly in the dimness that is practically everywhere, if you know where to look. There was no honor in folly, and to stand and fight was, for him, the height of such.

In a word, he wasn't about to make a second follow-up strike at Pulse, not in broad daylight on open ground with the formidable Pahrak nearby.

Keeping to cover, he began expertly working his way through the swampy, overgrown terrain in a counter-clockwise path around the Codrex, ever alert for any eventuality.

Status: Getting up, vs. Pahrak

Oh, look. It's a Pahrak. What an original form to take. But, originality meant zilch when it came to warfare, because Jargon had disappeared from under me and the other guy was on top of me. Having bunched up my legs to brace for a rough fall, I was also able to push the large rockman off of me. Getting to my feet, I suddenly realize I've forgotten how to teleport.

OOC: I dunno; I was thinking that it could be summoned from the sky too?? Most are from the hands and such as usual, but I'd figure some would be summoned from the sky, even for Toa... Since Gali and the others didn't require simply creating it from them; they could manipulate stuff around them, hence how she and Lewa created that storm in 2002.

 

Also, I take it that I can't do anything. Because you did that shield thing. And then vanished. But yes, the cage obviously wouldn't do anything if you go underground unless it reforms. >_>

IC: Zakaro (Status: About to get crazy) [Health: 20/20]

A crossbow bolt thoked though Zakaro's earthen wall, not having enough momentum to make it much farther it fell to the ground. Zakaro looked up from his work, watched it for a second, and then picked it up. Best to use anything you can.

Now.. his creation was done. Zakaro beamed. What stood before him was vines attached to a tree, pulled back and held in the ground by Zakaro's sword. He grinned.

It was a slingshot.

"Ready for take off!" Zakaro exclaimed, getting in the sword-held pouch thing.

With a swift movement, Zakaro recovered his sword and cut the line, and was gone.

Well, not gone.

Flying.

Falling.

Falling sideways.

Towards the Codrex.

Of course this is a good idea!

Status: To battle!, vs. Pahrak

I run away, only to fall over. Oh look, Jargon's back. Wonderful. Mounting my anomalous steed, I pull out my Kunai and gallop up to pace. I then hit the Bohrok's midsection with my blade.

ShadowVezon, Befuddled, HP: 20/20

"Seriously? Another supervil- oh, wait, wrong body. So, who to kill? I'm not even sure exactly who's on my team, or where everyone is for that matter. Erm..."

ShadowVezon looked around, trying to figure out who exactly was on his team, and who he could attack.

"Hmm, I see a Pahrak, and Pulsate, and I don't believe they're on my team... I think I'll go for them first."

ShadowVezon tried to brush the mud off his sword, and charged towards Pahrak and Pulsate.

IC:

I saw some guy running towards Pahrak and Pulse, and gave him one nasty glare. I shot a laser beam towards him, leading it so it would (hopefully) hit him in the side of the head.

He wouldn't see it coming.

IC: ShadowVezon, Knocked Down, HP: 20/20

Too busy talking about anarchy to react to the laser in time, I get hit and fall down.

HP: 18/20

"Ow. I expected stuff like this. Chaos. But, Chaos is fair, I suppose. I should stop talking like the Clown when I'm not in character."

I get up, and start running sideways from Ehk's viewpoint, to dodge future shots, ultimately leading me to start running round the Codrex, not actually progressing.

While riding away from Pahrak, I saw Hard Light Guy shoot at one of the newbs. Ignoring him, I turn around. I scoop up some mud with the blade of my kunai and throw it at the Pahrak.

Oryx's patience was running out. No one had attacked yet. They were too busy with their own little battles. Dapper and Pahnrak (apologies if that's misspelled) were the closest fighting group. Dapper had his back toward Oryx, so Oryx broke his spear into 2 parts and hurled one of them at Dapper.

 

OOC: I pulled the same trick in a recent RPG. Thought I'd try it here

I swept it up, and then activated it. I then turned to Vox, and shot a few lasers at him.

I shot myself in the foot with a laser, which healed me back from that silly choking.

How do you even do that, anyways?

I then shot my other foot as well, to hopefully be all good and healthy.

Blade paced around in his makeshift prison, as he was quickly growing bored. However, a powerup randomly appeared in front of him; a Fire Bomb to be precise, and he shrugged, picked it up, and lobbed it through the air; it breaking through the barrier first, before quickly targeting Vox, and then breaking through that barrier too, to get to him. Blade noticed the Kolhii Ball, and paused, a smile on his face, as he dashed toward it, and then kicked it back, toward JiMing.

"Shoot-pass it back to the others, quickly!!" Blade said, using his lightning ribbons to guide around from near JiMing, to Locke, and then to the others.

ANNOUNCEMENT:

I have two things for you all tonight.

 

1 - The second update will release next Monday.

 

2 - The first boss battle will take place Round 5, so you'd all better be prepared... you see, boss battles are going to be rough. You'll all start out with 15 health and the boss has... well, add up the starting health of every player and multiply that by two. Good luck when the time comes! The outcome of this round will determine which boss you battle next week!

Since galloping at someone is really easy to see coming, Pahrak was able to roll out of the way and clip Jargon's legs.

IC: [ Shadowhawk ] - [ 20/20 HP ] - Collecting Nightmare Fuel pick-up

Seeing a jerrycan of Nightmare Fuel materialize in a nearby swamp clearing, the Shadowhawk quickly reverted to normal form and seized it, then sprang back just as quickly back into the deep dark shadows and twisted tangled foliage.

OOC:

That's the only pick-up left, I think, right?

Zero tried to stab the wolf several times - in response, the wolf rolled over onto its back suddenly, at the crucial moment when Zero's blade was still lidged in the wolf. The attack was very sudden, so Zero would not have much time to react, much less keep his sword.
