However, production falls upon a bunch of amateur teenagers with a budget of $104, so they can only afford a cheap smartphone as their camera (because their iPhones are full), and they end up sloppily putting it together in windows movie maker. When it premieres in Hollywood, it's so bad that nobody can believe it actually got approved to be shown to the public.
