Words that end in vowels are just more dramatic.
Perhaps because you can't really do a long drawn-out consonant. You can scream "NOOOOOOOOO!" or "WHYYYYYYY!" or "CURSE YOUUUUUU!" because they end in vowels (or vowel sounds). I suppose you can also do "COME BAAAAAAAACK" but it's just the -ck at the end sorta disrupts the effect of the "AAAAAAAAA," if you know what I mean. It's harsh and abrupt.

First off I need someone to tell me if the katakana is even readable, or for that matter if it could be further stylized. It's not like I have much experience with Japanese typography...

Today I decided to officially stop writing my four-year-old comedy with the perpetually misspelled title.
Officially stop writing. I'd already stopped writing this July, but it was still left open that maybe I'd continue.
However, there is something I'd still like to share, and that was the premise I had planned for a sequel to MR, after I finished the current plot arc in MR (which now, I'll never finish).

So basically the old Lyg spritesheet absolutely sucks.

Yay being able to understand a surprising amount of the Japanese Hiro and Ando spoke. I mean, I don't suppose I could understand it without the subtitles but I recognized several words, "omae" you "boku" me "sekai" world (as in, save the world; heard that a lot ) "unmei" destiny (heard that several times too. Lol Hiro) and there weren't many very complicated sentences.

I swear I've never heard of such a screen resolution before.
Yet all the monitors in the 300 computer lab have that res. The first day that I had Comp Sci after I'd made the wallpaper I tried out the 1280x1024 and found, not to my great surprise, that it was too big. So when I got home I resized it to 1024x768 which is a pretty usual resolution. The next time I have Comp Sci I found out that it's too small. So I'm like "wut?" except I forget to check the screen res I think.

Oh yah the MoC I mentioned last entry. It's "finished" so to speak (the process of modification and tweaking tends to be infinite) and I'm really proud of it. However, I'd like to first see if there's an LGD contest being planned any time soon before I post it.
Do I really have to think about the maximum deceleration a skydiver with a parachute failure could survive while I'm doing physics?
Or how long a rock climber has to live when he falls off a 50 meter cliff?
