  1. what....0_o I understand time and such things, but really...It's not laughably short but 7 hours or so is more then enough to beat it... What. Just what.
  2. Mario is one of those things you can't explain very well-of course the story's stupid, lame and unoriginal and so are the enemies. The thing is it's so basic simple and imaginative- SMG2 (I've never played 1 so...) had multiple moments of "Wait I can do this? Really? I can have Yoshi grapple to a berry with his tounge and then jump off and float down? I can dig to the other side of the planet? Awesome!!! And the other day playing New Super Mario Wii with my younger brothers-it was a blast. We'd mock each other for failing at a level, we'd throw each other into the lava and the pits we'd try to jump and crush enemies in over the top ways. Again Metroid and especially Zelda > Mario most any day of the week and Halo is great too, but it doesn't quite deserve the level of hate you're giving it.
  3. Because that is how time works. It was created to annoy us. Like how when you're going through math class or waiting for something time slows down. And when something you want finally happens, it is over far too soon. Time enjoys messing with our minds. Greatly.
  4. So doing it. Between this idea for an epic I have and some assorted SS ideas I think I could make 20K. Don't think I've got the time to judge. BIONICLE-ONLY. Please. 20K sounds great.
  5. Excuse while I have a major nerd-out.
  6. I always do this in my short stories. Usualy as part of the last line. It needs a name. But I can't think of one.
  7. Was there ever a episode of Battlestar Galactica in which a bear ate a beet? Do bears even eat beets? Could you beat a bear with a beet? A Bear, a beet and a episode of Battlestar Galactica walk into a bar. What happens next? Is there any connection between a bear, a beet and Battlestar Galactica? I could do this all day...
  8. Arpy you just won the internets. All of
  9. Last time I checked, Transformers and Spider-Man were not "deep and dark, depressing adult PG-13 movies." PG-13 yes, but nothing else. And now, curse you, I want a R-rated Elmo movie, if only to see what the posters and trailers would look like and how all the parents of toddlers would respond.
  10. Which is why said help is needed. Because they are compleate oppisites. Even worse I now have this awful mental image of the Puppet Master head banging CANOT UNTHINK ARGGH
  11. This is the first thing I thought of when I saw this entry Help me.
  12. My theroy about all musicals is that they take place in a alternate world were humans developed this gland that secreted this thing (much like adrenaline) that caused them when they or anyone in there vincinity had strong emotions to sing, in perfect tone, harmony and everything. At least that's my theroy.
  13. How do you get a scar shaped like the London Underground? That could be really useful to have.

    Eragon:

Eragon is cliched yet fun. When I first read it (2005) thought Eldest was great but now am more iffy. Brisinger is the best (yay no Star Wars plot!) because it sort of merges the two into a pretty good formula. Also even though I read Eragon and Eldest before I saw Star Wars (maybe that's why it dosn't bug me so much) I thought that the Urgals insted of looking like Orcs looked like Chewbaca, with horns. Errie councidence is errie...
