^ Didn't Nintendo do a whole game devoted to playing as Peach which was... not as wonderful as it was supposed to be? I love Raiders, too, but I'm not sure if I'd put Marion very high on the pillar of female sidekicks who can hold their own. Her contributions to that movie (aside from supplying a plot device) include gunning down one henchman in the bar fight, and blowing up a truck load of Nazis... after which she proceeds to lock herself inside a cockpit requiring Indy's help to escape. She's probably more useful than the sidekicks from the serials that inspired the movie, but I can't imagine it's by that much more. Speaking of which, can we please get that Uncharted movie now?

I actually really liked the episode overall, though my biggest gripe is that it didn't address the elephant in the room: Starlight Glimmer looking like she should be Twilight's sister. Name similarities aside, they even had similar colorations down to the differently colored stripe that goes down their manes. I think what they were going for is that they wanted her to be sort of a foil to Twilight... which would be fine if they didn't already do that for Sunset Shimmer who also has a name modeled after Twilight's. Midnight Glow must be waiting around a corner somewhere. Also, as for that brony reference, are you referring to the muffins? Honestly, unless someone comes along and says otherwise, I'm calling coincidence. That scene required a food that's so bland, so tasteless, and so gross that even Pinkie wouldn't want to eat it. And I have no idea if you've ever eaten bran muffins, but if you had, you would know that description fits them to a T. The only other thing they could have used there was tofu.

Thanks for those- I haven't heard of either of them (though I suppose it should have been obvious that the first existed). I'll keep an eye on both, specifically the latter, and hope for the best tomorrow!

Me too... but I always watch these things after they air anyway so it's no big loss for me. As long as it's online somewhere. Anyway, I'm excited!

I dunno I think that Dr. Wu is pretty cool. I don't have much interest in the game, though, so I'll pass on it.

I dunno, I thought Norik was fine. Better than this one, which is one of my least favorites alone with the twelve year... which is coming up for me in a few months. I should state, though, that just because they're my least favorites doesn't mean I hate them. In fact I think they are all pretty cool. I'm glad BZP has this feature for sure.

Will Discovery Family be uploading episodes to their site? Because with their current layout it doesn't look like streaming anything is a feature, which is too bad since that's pretty much how I watched the show the last two seasons.

I dunno, it's still early. There's more than enough time for Hapori Dume to launch his takeover.

I'm disappointed with myself for scheduling things bad and being five minutes late to work today- overall not a good start to my week. I don't think being late is something that bothers our supervisors all that much (some of my fellow coworkers are consistently late), and it's not really the type of job that demands you start at the second you're suppose to, but still it's the principle of the thing, you know? But that was my first time being late, and I won't let a situation like this come up again so it should be the last time. Doesn't make me feel any better, though, and I'm sure it will only increase the number of nightmares I have about being late to work. Seriously I already get one a month at least. Also high five for Spring break! I don't get one, but Spring break is the second best time of the year, right after winter break.

This is actually pretty cool. The only thing that seems unspecifiied to me is: what do they consider a mask? In the video it seems to be anything that slightly resembles a face, so I guess I'll just go with that? Oh is says right in the video text: anything that gives an impression of a face or mask. Anyway, this is really cool, and a great way to get people to go outside and take a closer look at things around them. It also requires no purchasing (unless one has no access to a camera) which is a plus. I know what I'll be doing this weekend!

This one seems kind of useless. What's the point in creating a language if no one else is able to understand it? For an altenrative, how about allowing the user to decode encoded messages?

58! That is... a lot of countries. You certainly are a world traveler. I guess that's owed to growing up on a ship? Also, as for Prague: I was putting away some Prague travel books today and it wasn't long before I was flipping through pages and looking pictures and just really wanting to go there. Vienna is also on my list simply because of its association with a certain Linklater film... also it just looks like a cool place. In other words: jealous.

Well The Muppets was fantastic so if Segal can bring that energy and love to this movie... seems like a win to me. Though I have to confess that even as a LEGO fan I can't see myself being too interested in so many movies thrown at us at once. Though oversaturation hasn't stopped super hero movies from being box office gold so I'm sure everything will pan out.

Pretty sure mine already does... Also the TV show Supernatural had a recent episode about a ghost that traveled through objects that could connect to WiFi which is sort of on that track.
