  1. Either Muaka & Kane-Ra or the Bahrag. Titans always were the better sets for me, and those were very cool, but I only have two titans from 01 and none from 02. That would have been nice to get either of those cool sets.
  2. By music, I mean something awful. Have a listen! So basically I wanted to try out using FL Studio's Demo, so I got some soundfonts and a synth that Toby Radiation Fox recommended somewhere, and then I re-imagined that "Computer Man" music you can find on that website where you can look at videos. It's not very good, I'm just trying things out, very basically, with little editing or whatever. Also I just realised that Audacity might be able to function in the same way, with use of soundfonts and the like? I don't know. But anyway, I'm excited about actually getting to write my own stuff. I'm getting used to how FL works, so I might buy it. Otherwise, I might still ask around to see what's good and what I can get a good deal on for music software. This is the stuff I've really been wanting to know for years, before I felt really serious about making my own stuff.

I don't care what people (including myself) say, I reserve my right to be irrationally apprehensive when anything like this happens, even though on the surface I know I'm being silly. Also, is it one of those asteroids you can see like a shooting star? If so, I still wouldn't be able to see it, since it will be like 11:28am my time, so weh.
  4. I have to go with Greg's favourite as well, Time Trap. Several reasons I think, I like it's sort of unrestrained nature to it, whereas the others have to mold to the current storyline. A lot of the best quotes, concepts and themes were in that book. Plus, on a sentimental note, I got it for Christmas that year without asking for it and certainly not expecting it, so that was a great surprise, since I had no expectations or anything. But I liked all the '08 ones a lot as well, probably only because I really liked the story that year too. I only have two others, Chronicles 1 and 2, and they're just not the same.EDIT: For a number of dumb formatting reasons.
  5. I don't mind the site, I always liked going there to read the serials than on BS01 or whatever. However I did like how BS01 did transcripts of the podcasts so I could read along the first time round. But yeah, I like how Greg did the serials on there, probably my favourite parts of the story were in those. I just wish they continued to be updated (marendarmarendarmarendarmarendar...)
  6. Uh, let me think...Mata, Nuva, Rahkshi, Metru, '04 Titans, Visorak, '05 Titans, '06 Matoran, Piraka, Toa Inika, '06 Titans, '07 Small Sets, '07 Titans, '08 Matoran, Phantoka, Mistika and '08 Titans (doesn't include the large vehicles). This also doesn't include combiner sets like Ultimate Dume, Kardas, Irnakk etc. Yeah, a lot of the time I was a completist in those days, particularly '06 and '08.
  7. Tried using it, it's not too bad, but as always I think I'll stick with going on a computer when looking at BZPower. It's just easier that way. Plus, I'm still trying to get used to the new system, let alone trying it elsewhere.Plus doing signoffs are a pain.
  8. Aw Lehvak Va, you were the coolest of the Vas by far. :PThe Illustrator style of art like this is basically my current default style, so I'm biased towards it, so I don't mind the shading because yeah. Anyway, though, when I read the concept I thought this would be an odd thing to try and humanise, but you did a great job at it. I like the style you've come up with, very cool. The shield face looks really great, good swish applied to each of the pincers, as it were. It's almost like it is a Toa, but with a Lehvak Shield as a Kanohi, sorta. But anyway, really like this, good job!
  9. This is actually so amazing. I do seriously hope I can get this. This feat in itself will be astounding since I haven't bought or received a LEGO since 2008. But it is too awesome to refuse. Sorta interesting that only a block or so away from me is this guy who loves VW Vans, he used to have several parked out in the street. And I think I used to know someone who was in my year who used to own a red VW van too, which was cool. But yeah, it would just look lovely. I've been stoked about it since it was on BZP's News page months ago. Wheeeee.
  10. There is definitely some off-key notes, I'm afraid. Particularly if you listen to the original, the second part of the key riff's bass should be Ab Gb, Ab Gb Eb, Ab Gb, A B D, rather than what you did (G F A, G F, G F D, G A). This gets you into more key troubles as it goes on. It gives a completely different tone of song to the original. Compare with this remix Lewa11 did for a fan project a while ago. The first part is fine though. I'm a stickler for the right tunes, that's the curse of absolute pitch. But apart from that (I have to say needed) nitpicking, this is a really nice remix. The instrumentation is quite pleasant and works quite well, just great use of all the percussion instruments in general. Certainly gives the atmosphere that we loved about the old Mata Nui days. I don't think it's too complex, I think it ties in quite well. I would love to hear more of your remixes if you have made or will make more.
  11. Very good spooky ambience, great use of the '05 drums, which I always felt needed some tune with it. Sound works really well as well. Spooky yet relaxing too.I'm so glad that this subforum now exists, I hope people take full advantage of it.
  12. Haha, that actually made me laugh. Hahaha, sorry. Anyway, yeah, in that case sorry for the lack of interesting profile for you. Obviously though treat the 'honour' as your own, if you want.
  13. We're in for the long haul this week, what fun. MisterMatoro MisterMatoro has 462 posts (4 Star Rating, 858 Profile Views) and joined BZPower 11-June 07. He is currently most active in Comedies. He has an avatar and small banner of Meta from Red vs. Blue (the former MSPainted (???) by him), lives in Rhode Island etc. (didn't know it had a longer name, cool), and generally likes Machinima. Alrighty then. He last visited on the 3rd of November 2011, and his birthday is the 8th of November 1993. Big 18 coming up, good on him. Whoa, déjà vu. It's like banner city in here. ------------------------------------------------ Magnus Greel Magnus Greel has 547 posts (4 Star Rating, 1934 Profile Views) and joined BZPower 24-July 10. They are currently most active in BIONICLE RPG. They have an avatar of the Hakann icon, a dead Teridax banner thanks to Spectral Avohkii Enterprises, and claims to live in the year 5000. I feel this is a complete lie. He last visited on the 4th of November 2011. Thrilling. Here we go once again with the banners. ------------------------------------------------ voiced otter voiced otter has 313 posts (4 Star Rating, 758 Profile Views) and joined BZPower 16-March 07. He is currently most active in Completely Off Topic. He has a BIONICLE Star Wars banner, claims to live in Alternate Universe #225, and likes many consoles as well as David Gemmell and Terry Pratchet. Good times. He last visited on the 2nd of November 2011, and his birthday is the 22nd of June 1993. His 18th is long gone now. Awesome, it's like another banner I have to make. ------------------------------------------------ The Mighty Fighty The Mighty Fighty has no posts (no star rating, 4 Profile Views) and joined BZPower 15-October 11. And hasn't come back since. And that's it. OK, this was worth while, I guess they get a banner. I'll put a had to have posted after the new board came up rule for the next batch. EDIT: ------------------------------------------------ Akaku94 Akaku94 has 161 posts (5 Star Rating, 98 Profile Views) and joined BZPower 17-December 09. He is currently most active in BIONICLE Storyline & Theories, but used to be most active in General Discussion. He has an Akaku for his avatar (what a surprise!), has a exactly the samely named LEGO.com account, likes Soccer, Wii and guitar among things, claims to be in my base (he's not), and has some silly statistic quotes and disturbing death quotes. Shudder. He last visited on the 3rd of November 2011, and his birthday is the 23rd of July 1994. Alright. Well with this banner, that's another month done. This is so worth it, isn't it?
  14. Really? I thought that for you guys it was actually still autumn/fall. Wait, why did I even need to come in with that stupid jibe? I don't even know.
  15. Halo is one I always hear about, so thanks. I'll also take Assassin's Creed into account as well. HAZMAT, if you read this, lol yeah right, I went and got the Portal 2 soundtrack, because it was free as you said, ahaha. Man some great stuff there, some great ambience/mood to a number of them. I'll try and listen properly again, but thanks for that!
  16. Thing is it won't, most projections I think are saying it'll be more like 9 or 10 by the end of the century. Growth will slow down once both child mortality and numbers of babies go down in less developed areas, which they are already showing to do. Still though, that's quite a tough ask to sustain that many people. I believe we're capable at this point in time, but down the road...ehh, gunna be some major food and water problems.
  17. Now, job hunting I guess? Mmmmmrreeehhhhhh...but also good times, right? Right!? Right? I dunno. More randoms tomorrow.
  18. Yeah. I don't have life updates. But I have my last exam tomorrow, so yay???
  19. To illustrate a point, I tried making an image that was 7 billion pixels. Suffice to say it froze Photoshop right up.
  20. According to UN figures, that's how many people now live on our planet. Holy moly. It's going to be a tough century or two ahead.
