  1. I suggested once that they be nomadic, which would explain why they're not on the map, and that they're explorers or archaeologists or something.

    Diaries of Destral

It's not that I was expecting it to be attractive, it's just that this is probably the closest anyone has come to Bioincle gore.

Ugh. Tat armorless Toa of water is horrific. Is it a Toa of water? The face looks male. Anyways, that is horrifying.
  4. Wait, I have a question about this whole "Elder Spirits" thing. How could they have forgotten about Mata Nui and the Great Beings? They were kind of pivotal in the Matoran and Agori culture. And it's not like there's no one left who remembers. Three of the Turaga are inhabitants of the MU and were part of the Chronicler's Company. How could they have allowed the Matoran to forget like they once did on Mata Nui under the rule of the Makuta? Also, how did belief in the Elder Spirits come about? What are they, and what do they do?
  5. Yeah, it's pretty unanimous that this makes everyone angry. However, it is interesting to see the development of the controversial Mistika figures.
  6. Maybe the Fa-Matoran could be nomadic, seeking the connection between all things as explorers/archaeologists/anthropologists/whatevers. That would explain why there aren't a lot of them, and why they don't have a village on the map. On an unrelated note, what's Turaga Vesta's badge of office?
  7. I've got a bad feeling about this. Lego has been using the best plastic out of anyone for decades and I haven't seen anyone come CLOSE to the type of quality that Lego has. If there was a better plastic, others would be using it. Which they haven't, so that tells you something. If the plastic changes, something very fundamental is going to change about Lego: the stability, the durability, the way the pieces feel, etc.
  8. Love your comic and your style. But where are the Fa-Matoran?
  9. It's like his two(or maybe three?) CYOA comics that he's made in the style of mspaintadventures. But I'll bite. Takua: Take a look around the beach.
  10. You chose the maskless Matoran face for this one. Nice. I'm also getting an "Iron Giant" vibe from this. "...Toa..."
  11. Aww... This comic was really good. Should this topic be closed? Anyways, I look forward to seeing your work on Biocraft.

    Onua Mistika

Impressive. Though it's easy to miss, you captured his mask quite well, no easy feat. Although, I was expecting a full-body view like you did with the others, so that you could show the leg rockets. But I suppose that you wanted to mix it up with Onua, since you gave leg rockets to Gali. Now if only we could get the Phantoka...
  15. Wow. I am... impressed to say the least. It was a hilarious, high-quality deconstruction of your own work. That is a rare sight indeed. The biosector01 gag was an expert jab at Makuta's long list of powers.
  16. bweeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee ROCK SOLBO
  17. Ha ha... Almost forgot about that relic from Dark709's comics.
  18. What do you think they're doing? They've said this hundreds of times already. They are finishing the CGI effects for the movie. The only reason that it is taking so long is because there is only one person working on it. Questions like this only waste their time and annoy them.
  19. Without Shading, it feels a little unfinished. And my biggest complaint is his back arm and claw. They're just too small to be threatening, especially since they were his main weapons and means of intimidation.
  20. Sorry, but I'm awful with that sort of thing. It's not like I haven't tried or anything. But if you go to the website, click "Design Notes", and scroll down, you should be able to find an image of all the masks from this year. I found one, by the way. Look two posts up, the third reply.Yeah, I noticed just after I posted my last post. I forgot to press F5.

  22. There is a game called Dragonfable (link) created by a company known as Artix Entertainment, and every Halloween they have masks you can collect, but anyway... The highlight this year is definitely the "BioMechanical Mask", which is practically a carbon copy of Jaller's mask from MoL. Here's a link to the mask (Thanks Chro!).
  23. It was great to see how snappy you made that fight scene.
  24. It looks a bit like Thunder Cats, except with more animals and more Lego. And it looks like the weapons were taken from the NPCs of Lego Universe. (yesss)
