  1. Oh, certainly. As soon as testing for this week starts, I'll give it a post. I've just been busy with stuff lately, but it's been on my list of stuff to do. =)

  2. Having to deal with a bunch of schoolwork, but other than that, I'm not bad. I was just asking because you didn't sound like you were feeling well at all the other day.

  3. Hey, are you doing okay?

  4. I've got MSN, but not AIM. Dunno if they're cross-compatable, but that's just me being inexperienced with social networking stuff. =P Currently, I'm only allowed to use MSN to talk to Lady K, but I might see if I can get some rules bent there. *sneaky*

  5. Happy birthday. =)

  6. "BOOM MEATSACKS!" "SniperFrog" "Underhanded Shuffleboard" "Halt" "You sank my battleship!" "Wunderwaffe DG2" "Synchronicity" "Your FACE!" "NynrahJaller" My favorite suggestion so far is The Phantom Tollbooth. Would be awesome with an avatar and sig set containing art from the novel.
  7. Why is it that overlooking something means to ignore it, while overseeing something means to closely watch over it?
  8. The first one's from Dirty Harry. Y'know, Clint Eastwood, .44 Magnum, all that stuff? There was a segment of a radio show I listened to a while ago where they corrected, like, 15 popularly misquoted movie lines. It's a shame I can't remember more than those three.
  9. Lots of people misquote movie lines. It's not "Are ya feelin' lucky, punk?" either, nor is it "Beam me up, Scotty!". ("Do you feel lucky? Well, do ya, punk?" and "Scotty, beam me up!" are the correct quotes. At least, I think... )
  10. Most recent TLR chapter was hilarious--Greg's cue cards may have been my favorite part. =P

  11. Jeez, it's been a while since we've talked. I take it you've been busy with a bunch of stuff lately? =P

  12. Haven't been on MK as much lately. You still racing?

  13. Looks like it's going to be a good year for you--Alonso went fastest in today's test. =P

  14. Alonso fastest as Schumacher and Brawn admit the new Merc has problems. Beginning to think 2010 isn't exactly going to be a dream season. =P

  15. I'm starting to wonder if Mercedes is sandbagging, they're slow, or Rosberg is just slow. I think we might get our first clear indications of the pace-setters tomorrow when Schumacher, Button, and Alonso take to the track. Kudos to Kobayashi as well--to see him win a race in the Sauber this year would be awesome.

    Hotel 17

You were probably expecting something more when you clicked this, but it's sadly only an update on my nearly year-old (and still unfinished =/) epic, Search and Destroy. I'd say this is probably my favorite of the revisions I've done so far, even though it's only the third one. As always, I'd like to hear feedback on what you think. If you read the epic before but don't recognize the name of the chapter, that's 'cause I thought the old one sounded cheesy and needed to be changed. *lol* Without further ado: Hotel 17
  17. Best ones: "Dare to be Stupid With a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" "We Will Rock You With an Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" The first one is my favorite. "Have a Cigar With a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" - Pink Floyd ("Come in here dear boy, have a doublebarreledapocalypticrocketlauncher you're gonna go faaaaar!" *lol*) "On the Run With a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" - Pink Floyd "Comfortably Numb With a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" - Pink Floyd "Man With a Mission (and) a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" - Don Henley "Life in the Fast Lane With a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" - The Eagles "Renegade With a Double-Barreled Apocalyptic Rocket Launcher" - Styx You've butchered my music library!
  18. Because I figure I should post an entry of some kind but can't think of anything else to post about, winter testing for this year's Formula One season began today. Seven of the thirteen teams to be competing next year ran in today's opening session at Valencia in Spain. Their fastest times are as follows: 1. Massa (Ferrari) 1:12.574 2. de la Rosa (BMW Sauber-Ferrari) 1:12.784 3. M. Schumacher (Mercedes GP) 1:12.947 4. Rosberg (Mercedes GP) 1:13.543 5. Paffett (McLaren-Mercedes) 1:13.846 6. Barrichello (Williams-Cosworth) 1:14.449 7. Buemi (Toro Rosso-Ferrari) 1:14.762 8. Kubica (Renault) 1:15.000 Personally, I'm excited to see that Schumacher hasn't really lost any speed--four tenths off of Ferrari isn't too bad. There's no telling what kind of testing runs everyone was doing today, so these times could mean absolutely nothing, but still, it's exciting to know that the cars are running again. [/f1geek]
  19. Saw your name on the b-day list--happy birthday. =)

    I'm Psychic

Not so sure about the second prediction, but the first one sounded pretty good. I can't really say that I've made any predictions like this one. Maybe the odd Formula One prediction, but other than that, nothing. *lol*
  21. Orange name is weird. =P Still cool, though--'grats on the promotion. ^^

  22. It's cool, no worries. School's been bad here as well, so I wouldn't count on me having time to chat unless it's a weekend. =P We'll have plenty to talk about when F1 restarts--cannot wait for the first race at all. *lol*

  23. Congrats on reaching FA! ^^

  24. I'm still interested in an art commission, even if I haven't really said so lately. We need to work out details on that sometime soon.
