Wow, that model is fantastic. I was always glad LEGO introduced the new Hero Factory building system, but that model is solid proof that the new system has just as much potential as any other Technic system.

I wish I could have contributed to the anthology, but till some future date when I can participate, I offer my congratulations! I hope the compilation sells well (provided it's written well, naturally ).

Three songs, actually (though I thought there were more while I was listening, lol). I don't think Kids in the Street would have made either of my lists anyway, though.

I'm still scared Star Wars Episode VII will be a flop, but the likelihood of that seems less than it seemed when the film was first announced.

I've only watched the first few episodes of Firefly. I really need to continue watching the series when I'm able.

Katatonia aren't symphonic rock. gothic rock/metal, sure, but not symphonic.

I figured I should give a nod to Dead End Kings' symphonic qualities in its genres listed. I can't vouch for my genre approximation skills.

The Birthday Massacre was pretty close to making the honorable mentions list if you were curious. Crystal Castles I didn't dig, though.

I would say I've listened to more than enough albums to compose a decent top ten list for 2012. In fact, I'm considering making the list a top thirteen or top fifteen, or including ten honorable mentions, because there are a bunch of albums I don't want to leave unmentioned.

Oh, I've always thought "cuss" meant a minor impolite word (including such terms as "darn", "heck", etc.) rather than being synonymous with "curse". My bad.

I'd like to point out, though, that just because I seem to have ignored a recommendation does not mean I'm not considering it. I have been considering adding Some Nights to the list, and having just finished listening to Kids on the Street by The All-American Rejects, I've also been thinking about whether I should alter my content cutoff.

My current plans are to post my list in early January of 2013, preferably during the week subsequent to New Year's Day, so I have time to go back and cover any recommendations I missed or was previously considering.

I'm still debating on it -- the one profane track on the album uses profanity in a rather flippant manner (in my opinion).

I've already listened to Clockwork Angels by Rush and Living Things by Linkin Park (both good albums in my opinion). I'll look into the other suggestions. Thanks for the input, guys!
