  1. Lego Friends Battle Pack MLG 360o NoScope Edition Hmm...I want to say Bionicle, though I'm not entirely sure how that would work... For now, I'll go with saying Ninjago. We need more cheap sets with those exclusive weapons.
  2. I was fairly little at the time, but I remember getting one of the Alpha Team sets, the Ice Blade if I remember correctly. The 'Alpha Mode' concept just blew my mind as a kid, and I really wish they would bring something like that back for modern lines.
  3. So, I've been trying to get my hands on a few older parts, but it's a huge pain trying to get them. If you've got any of these parts, hit me up with an offer! 2001: AkakuMasks in general; any kind, any color. 2003: Vahi 2004: Ko-Metru Kanoka DiskOther Misc. KanokaKanoka LauncherVahki Keerakh Staff2005: Rhotuka SpinnersRhotuka Launching ShieldRhotuka Launcher ZipcordPlease note that this list will be lengthened and shortened as needed, so if you have a part from older eras you want to sell, keep an eye on it!
  4. How much for the Keerakh, Kurahk, and Korahk-Kal? As for the Keerakh, does it still have the disk?
  5. My first memory would be getting Vahki Keerakh for my birthday. It was hard to put together because of how tough the joints were, but I remember it being my favorite toy nonetheless.
  6. Vahki Keerakh. Not the best set in my collection, but it holds a special place in my heart.
  7. Overall, it would be G2 Tahu. For just G1, I believe it was Stars Takanuva. I have to say I was much happier opening up Tahu.
  8. Ooh, those are Kahgarak shells! Talk about your hard to find pieces! Put those to good use, you hear me?
  9. This is so cool! I wish I had enough talent to make stuff like that. Great find!
  10. Pretty much everything I want has been covered. More eye colors, part colors in general, new shells, mask packs, continuing the technic functions, etc, etc.
  11. Well, the easiest method would be to use your teeth to pull, but you run the risk of damaging the pin. I would recommend finding a thin, sturdy object to stick in the holes surrounding the pin, then use it as a lever to push it out.
  12. So, as the tic title might suggest, I want to know if the return of Bionicle has brought out anyone's inner child. It certainly has for me, to an extent. The first thing I really noticed was when I was at the Lego store to pick up my first Bionicle 2015 sets, and was wondering what sets to buy. I had decided on Kopaka as soon as I saw his set images, but I had enough money for a second set, and was trying to decide what to get. Normally, my set picking instincts would have activated, and I would go for the one with the best price to piece value, but instead, I got a strong urge to completely ignore that, and ended up buying Pohatu, who arguably has the worst PTP value. It may sound stupid, but buying sets based purely on fun value isn't something I've done for a long time. Of course, what really made me notice my inner child coming out is the fact that I just spent ten minutes sitting in bed and swooshing Lewa G2 around while making flying noises and stupid commentary. It was inordinately engaging. So, has anyone else had any experiences like this, or am I just a crazed lunatic?
  13. Ah, yes, this appears to be a classic case of MOFPETANLPITTS, or 'Moving On From Plot Elements That Are No Longer Present In The Toys Syndrome'. (Pronounced 'mahff-pet-an-ulp-its') It's a debilitating disease that can bring the most graceful of plots to a complete halt, and ruins the headcanons of many an innocent soul. If you would like to help fight this saddening illness, please donate to the MOFPETANLPITTS Cure Foundation by calling toll-free at 1-800-GULIBLE. If you don't feel guilty enough to donate at the moment, please watch this semi-relevant video, then call us and give us your money. Do it now.
  14. As far as the sets go, they weren't the best, but they weren't awful, and we did get some good pieces AND an entirely new building system out of it. As far as the story goes, WHY THE CLIFFHANGERS. WHY THE LAZY WRITING. AND WHY THE GENOCIDE BY ACID AT THE END OF INVASION FROM BELOW. WHY.
  15. Ah, bootlegs. Doth your wonders never cease? Or begin? Seriously, why do these guys all have to be so cheap-looking? Cost cutting, I know, but I would think putting SOME effort into the product would get more people to buy them. Of course, that's assuming these people care about anything other than making a quick, easy buck. They clearly do not.
  16. Yeah, I tend to agree with the majority vote. Breakout best, first wave worst.
  17. Mine was the queen crystal beast or whatever it was called.
  18. I'm stuck between the Lava Spear and the Rhotuka Shields. One the one hand, SPEAR THAT SHOOTS LAVA BEAMS, on the other hand, A HUGE SHIELD THAT FIRES ENERGY WHEELS WITH ABILITIES BASED ON THE USER THEMSELVES. IT'S SO COOL!
  19. Ah, Galidor. I remember nothing about it, but from what I can tell, everyone's complaints are well-founded. At least this was the only thing they did with that idea. We could've ended up with this.
  20. Best: New building system, even though it didn't really get used to it's full potential until the return of Bionicle. Worst: Unresolved cliffhangers for the sake of unresolved cliffhangers, the last two episodes had really poor writing, and, hi, WHAT WAS UP WITH THE ENDING OF INVASION FROM BELOW?! We learn that these creatures are fairly intelligent and capable of coming to an understanding with the heroes, then immediately afterwards, one unlucky shot and suddenly GENOCIDE BY ACID?! I MEAN WHAT. WHY.
  21. Mask, let me be nimble. Let me be quick! But I know I shall fall, If I eat a candlestick! Wow, this is exploitable! AWESOME!
  22. The MU robot is 7,575 miles (12,192 km) tall so that should give you a good idea as to the Red Star's size. After doing some research and visual comparisons, I've found that Mata Nui's back is about a 1/3 of his total height. Assuming the above information is correct, that would place the Red Star at around 2,525 miles or 4,064 kilometers in diameter, just under 2.5 times larger than the moon.
  23. This certainly sounds like a good idea, but I personally think the masks would have to be a bit more...I dunno, general in shape than the current masks, which are very well matched to their sets, and would just look weird if you switched them with other character's masks.
  24. I would like collectibles, but only if there was a way of knowing what you were getting when you buy a pack or something. Buying multiple packs just to maybe get one thing could get very frustrating very fast.
