    The line for the first half of 2013 may seem substandard compared to Breakout, but this has proved to me that HF has a WHOLE lot of great sets planned for the near future.

    I would agree. While the Hobbit is a great movie for any Tolkien fan, it's not a best picture winner. However, I can see how they attempted to appeal to a broader audience with the addition of certain aspects, such as the "Pale Orc" Azog. It would have been better to let Yanzeg live longer though :/ Really hope The Desolation of Smaug will be less cheesy.

    Yeah, the tree climbing needed to be more accurate to the book. Plus, the cheezy slow-mo bit with Thorin walking down the tree could have been just left out - instead just have the eagles pick them out of the trees. Not to mention the really corny cheer at the end when Thorin hugs Bilbo. IMO, Bombur should have started crying, and the Bifur should have punched him and told him to be quite.
