  1. What's all this about Kentoku and Dasaka? You guys were busy while I was gone. It's been a while, anyone in need of a mercenary in Ko? I'm just waiting on a piece of foreign tech to be approved. EDIT: Weapon is approved and the character is ready.
  2. Name: Kapuru Species: Vortixx Image Gender: Male Powers/Weapons: Kapuru is fast, agile, and very smart. He also carries a curved blade in case his laser malfunctions. Technological Item: Kapuru carries a high intensity melee laser mounted on his left wrist. Approved by Nuju Metru. Weaknesses: Kapuru is somewhat frail for his species, so he is not very strong or durable. Also, his laser is useless if the power cord in the back is severed. Alignment: Neutral Evil Biography: Kapuru lived alone near Mount Ihu for many years trying to find a treasure that was supposedly lost near the mountain. After giving up, Kapuru went to Onu-Koro to join the Ussalry. Personality/Traits: Kapuru is very intelligent, a brilliant strategist, and a decent mechanic. Although smart, he can be very stubborn and too focused on his goal. Kapuru is determined to put himself in a position of power, and will do anything it takes to "climb through the ranks". Name: Drena Species: Fa-Matoran Kanohi: Powerless Akaku Gender: Male Alignment: Good Image Powers/Weapons: Drena is very athletic, and carries a custom made protosteel Kohlii Staff. Biography: Drena is, and always has been, a dedicated Kohlii player. He used to live in Po-Koro, but decided to travel the island after his best friend was killed by a Skakdi. Since then, Drena has become almost obsessed with exercise, and tries to live only in the present. Personality/Traits: Drena is very physical, and has trouble staying still for too long. He is also playful, and has a very good sense of sportsmanship. Aside from sports, Drena is very loyal and earnest. He tries to maintain a positive outlook on life, even through the toughest times. Weaknesses: Along with being powerless, Drena is a bit immature, and somewhat simple-minded.
  3. Ella Wheeler Wilcox was a ghost, and the poem was a secret autobiography. Violent video games
  4. A giant golden Visorak. Granted maintaining it would cost a fortune, but it would probably be worth it.
  5. Hamachi is what I use to host/connect to servers. Its a free download, just look it up and you will find it. Get the "unmanaged" version, then open it, click network; new network, and that is where you put in the id and password. The ip address should also show up there, and that's what you put into minecraft. Also, my school is doing finals this week, so one more week of school for me.
  6. Well, I just got a new computer, and it seems like it can handle a lot, so I'm starting a Minecraft hamachi server. It's going to be a creative server, and once summer comes (in a week) I can keep it up for a long time. It's been a while since I last visited this topic, so some of you probably don't know me, but some of you might. Either way, PM me if you want to be in the server.
  7. Schrödinger's cat is an experiment where a random event (the decay of an atom) can trigger the death of a cat in a box. Since we have no idea if the atom decays or not, we can not tell if the cat is either dead or alive. Events like this happen all the time on the quantum level, called superpositioning, meaning that both events happen simultaneously. If the cat is in a superposition, it can be said to be both dead and alive at the same time, until you open the box. There is many interpretations of this, but personally I believe that quantum decoherence would decide the fate of the cat long before the box is opened. If you can't tell, I have a bunch of weird science facts.
  8. Maybe it can transform pre-existing mechanical parts, but can't create new ones?
  9. Which kanohi in the bionicle universe do you think best represents your personality, and why do you think so? Personally, I think mine would be an akaku. It could represent my passion for science, because of its resemblance to a telescope.
  10. Granted, but now you have so much it takes over your entire life. Remember that thing called sleep? And food? I wish I could divide by 0.
  11. Toa Ignika: I don't know what the big deal was, I didn't see any challenge in defeating you. Actually, it was pretty fun. I can see why Teridax found you "amusing" and let you live.
  12. Doctor Who "The End of Time" part 1+2
  13. Granted, however, this paradox creates a rip in space-time, and reverts your wish. I wish I had the ability to control time.
  14. Get rickrolled, I might actually live then. WYR have the fastest internet in existence, or never get sick?
  15. Hapori Tohu is a multidimensional entity that observes and manipulates our plane of existence. The figure we see of him is just merely his shadow cast into our world, since his true form is unimaginable, complex, and simply too perfect for any of us to handle.
  16. But, Takua, I am so much more. Just run along, let me show you the door. You didn't save your friend Don't you feel the shame? And for your next great failure You'll loose this game. A simple game of Kohlii An easy task. When you loose, I'll have that mask. You gather an audience To watch you fail. Then I will be the one That all of them hail. You know that my brother Must stay asleep. And all you can do Is watch and weep. You actually think I will let them go? They will all stay here, down below.
  17. I love the show. I am deeply interested in particle physics, and this is a great way to introduce high level science (and a little bit of history) to the general public. We need more things like this...
  18. Anatoli Petrovich Bugorski, a Russian Physicist, was the only person to have a particle accelerator fire a beam of high-energy protons through his head. The beam struck and burned face, bone, and brain tissue. He survived, but half of his face swelled up and became paralyzed. He claimed he saw a light "brighter than a thousand suns," but didn't feel any pain.
  19. 5/5 I've been seeing you around for the past two years, I think more when I used to do BZPRPG.
  20. A clever ruse designed by aliens to cover their tracts on the development of our civilization. What, you thought the Egyptians built the pyramids? Quantum mechanics
  21. Sherlock, season 2 episode 2
  22. Oh no they are definitely not finished yet. The only problem i have with them is simply finding the right pieces, especially with Belhiru.
  23. Master Inika and I are writing an epic called Unseen Light, and in it, there are four mercenary Toa hunting down the main character, Ralis. I did my best to represent these Toa in Moc-form. Arkko, Toa of Plasma Jehka, Toa of Sonics Desula, Toa of Psionics Belhiru, Toa of Iron Ralis, Toa of Radiation Piercur, Turaga of Radiation (By Master Inika)
  24. Chapter 13 The Karda Nui Power Plant was arranged in a way unlike anything else in the universe. In contrast to the Metru Nui Power Plant, it was suspended aboveground, and branched out into the corners of the enormous cavern at the center of the universe. Large, white core reactors hung in the middle of the cave, and were connected to dozens of cylindrical glass tunnels. These white tendrils stretched and twisted through each other, leading to other smaller reactors spread throughout. Thousands of Nu-Matoran could be seen passing through these long hallways, maintaining the entire structure. Open, clear-windowed rooms with smoothed corners seemed to hang in the air as if gravity didn’t exist. Far below, Vo-Matoran regulated the output of power from the plant to the rest of the universe. Large wires draped the bottom of the cavern and drilled into the walls, feeding the world with energy. When viewed from far away, the entire power plant looked like an overcomplicated spider web. This enormous structure was waiting for Ralis and the other four Toa on the opposite side of a large, iron door. A few days earlier, Ralis was trapped on a contaminated island with a dying Skakdi. But by repairing the airship he had crashed in, Ralis managed to escape the quarantined island and traveled to the Southern Continent. There, he found a tunnel leading straight to Karda Nui, and began to follow it in the hopes of liberating the Nu-Matoran from their power plant. This, however, led him directly to the four Toa hunting him. Before Ralis could speak, Arkko pinned his plasma sword to his neck. Reacting quickly, Ralis aimed his launcher at Arkko’s chest and fired. Although the chemical burned only his armor, the force of the blast threw him backwards. Ralis then began summoning a pool of radioactive protodermis below the four Toa. However, he was interrupted by an overwhelming screech, flooding his mind with fear and panic. Jehka’s scream staff granted Desula the time she needed to look into the mind of Ralis. She looked deep into his psyche, and confirmed his identity. As Ralis lay on the ground covering his ears, Desula looked into his past and hit a wall. She saw his journey to Karda Nui, and even saw some of his time as a Matoran. She could even feel a burning passion to get to the Karda-Nui Power Plant, but could not tell why. She pushed harder into his mind, only to find herself forced out. Desula was shocked; she had never been pushed out of someone’s mind before. She had seen mental blocks in some Makuta, but this was new. While Ralis was recovering from the effects of Jehka’s scream staff, he heard another deadly noise. The eight armed Rahi the Toa had trapped earlier roared and clawed at the iron bars that held it back. Arkko used his Kanohi Karsus to put the beast in a state of frenzy, making it thrash violently in its cage. Once the creature ripped open the bars, it charged for Ralis. With a bloodcurdling roar, the beast slammed Ralis into a wall and went for the other Toa. The Rahi swept its spiked tail across the room, knocking the four Toa down. It continued to stampede around the tunnel, knocking down several support beams. Arkko eventually had to summon a large ball of plasma to scare it away. The ceiling rumbled. After centuries of wear and tear, the structure of the tunnel was very unstable. The loss of even one support bean would have been enough to collapse it. Large chunks of stone rained down, and all five Toa hurried to find shelter from the cave-in. After the large slabs of stone had settled in their new positions, Ralis found himself trapped between the debris from the cave-in, and a large iron door. Review Topic
  25. I got Lehvak-Kal on my fifth birthday, and I still have him sitting on my desk rolled up in a ball. I don't think I've even heard of Bionicle before then. I remember that when I first built it, I put the white pieces on upside-down, so it looked like it had fangs. Unfortunately, I lost the Krana-Kal, but replaced it with one of the same color but a different shape. It's amazing I still have both rubber bands... Soon after that I got all the Rahkshi (blue one first), then the Toa Metru (Vakama first), and it goes on from there...
