It could just be that the characters in Bionicle don't actually have a gender at all. They're just "its". They only associate "he" or "she" based on the assumes force. For example; water isn't seen as a strong or forceful element, so the matoran are considered "she" Whereas those of Stone or Earth are strong and always noted as "he" Edit: Clarifying more. There is no gender locking because there technically is no gender. They only assume gender based on dominance. Yet only noted based on compared stance. Example: A Le-Matoran would be known as male when referred by a Ga-Matoran. Or female by an Onu-Matoran.

I suggest looking through the cheapest sets available and picking through which you like the most. For example, I'd get as many green colored sets as I could within budget. However you spend your money is your choice.

Villains CAN turn into good people. But it isn't like the flick of a switch. It takes a long time for them to turn good. And even if they do turn good, they can still relapse. Evil intentions are like a drug addiction. The ability to do violence or harm actually gives you a euphoric reaction. Similar to getting high. That's why there's so many bad people in our world.

It seems well written. However, there are small spots where the story moves too fast, giving no pause to let the reader take the scene in. Adding a quiet moment between every chapter, usually small. Such as the character sighing, pondering, or taking a breath. Basically add moments where nothing happens, something small. The Lost Toa: The desolate city laid deep in the heart of Okoto. Plant life from the Southern jungles moored the abandoned citadel. The toa heroes wandered around, uneasy of the land they trekked. Lewa, master of jungle, scouted the skies. No sign of any particular life. Then the presence of an injured bird caught the Toa's eye. It fluttered weakly to a home covered thickly in brambles. Lewa landed towards the home to investigate, the bird landing behind the home. "Why would it land here?" The toa thought; his train of thought halted by a dark shadow passing through the home. Lewa held his breath and readied his swords, slowly approaching the strange shadow as it neared the injured bird. The shadow appeared to be a toa. Her body slim and similar to that of jungle elements. Wearing little to no armour, concealing herself in a cloak painted with runes and markings. Lewa watched behind the corner of the abode as the toa gracefully lifted the injured bird in her palms. With a whim and breath, the toa displayed her powers, healing the bird of its ailments in a bath of glowing light. Lewa gazed in wonder, the bird flying away. The finished version will be posted on Wattpad. This takes place between the Winter and Summer arcs in the storyline, far from interference with the main saga.

yeah i find it weird, mostly 'cause vastus was never really an important character? o: A death toll is always important in a storyline. It adds realism to it. Even if the characters aren't important to most. I keep track of every death in the epic I'm writing, which I know will be important for many.

Does anyone know the Death Toll for the entire Gen 1 storyline? Such as main characters, villains, etc;? Counting deaths of characters who revived too.

I saw posts regarding secondary elements of Gen 1 and some saying using the gen 2 toa as bases. I was confused as to if this was a future series of sets or not

Not to be a massive dork, but nerds and geeks are pretty different. Nerds are more academically focused and geeks are more passionate about their hobbies. Dorks are people who know and care about the differences. Anyway, most, if not, all bionicle quotes are too obscure to be understood by someone who isn't a fan, but has heard of bionicle in the past, so creating a shibboleth is not only difficult, but kind of pointless since the fandom for bionicle is rather tiny in comparison to something like homestuck or MLP. Yeah, I guess so. It's still fun to talk about Bionicle stuff with other fans, since most people don't know what you're talking about.Perhaps fans could produce their own merchandise. Sometimes an identifier to a fandom is an iconic article of clothing or accessory. T-Shirts, Key-Chains, etc; Something the existing community can collaborate together to unite fans offline.

I have a large tub for the main Bionicle pieces. A small box for the joints, a divider case for base technic pieces, a wooden box for technic beams, and a shoebox for masks, krana, etc; I don't have enough of the new system to store individually. And I get the new toa kept together. My MOC toasona as well.
